Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

The location I visited was just ok. I don't know if I would recommend them to anyone. The people there were not very friendly. It was just an average average dental office

Visited this dentist office last in 2021 where they put crowns on 2 of my teeth. I had to come back THREE times for my permanent crowns because they were made incorrectly and did not fit. After grueling process of finally getting them to fit, I called saying my bite still felt off on the back tooth and that there was a lot of space behind one of the crowns. I was told that this was "normal" until I got used to them. I've had a lot of dental work done so I usually know when something isn't right. Fast forward a little bit when I was having pain in a tooth that they did a root canal on. I was told there was nothing wrong with the tooth and that it was just sensitive still... how is a root canal Still sensitive?? Got sick of it and went to a different office who said the root canal had failed due to a nerve being left behind which was why I was feeling pain. On top of that, I had them look at the crowns that were off and they confirmed that one of them is "open" on one side and not cemented down properly. Would never come here again. The doctor and all assistants were nice - but kindness doesn't fix anything.

Worst dental practice I have ever been! I just went in for a cleaning, tried to up sell me! Said I needed , crowns , mouth guard, deep gum cleaning(4 times a year). My other dentist said my teeth were fine, the only reason I tried here was because my other dentist didn't take my insurance, oh and they lied to me about my insurance! Bad people just in it for the $$$. I recommend nobody goes there. Unless you have $$ to burn.

This is absolutely the worst heath care experience I have ever had. To be fair I am only commenting on the orthodontist services. I have had to move offices and see 4 different orthodontist. I finally just had them remove the Invisalign. They provided me with a cheap retainer that wore out in 4 months. They now want to charge me $300 for a replacement when others received a higher quality of retainer. Do not choose this company for ortho.

Not a good clinic for orthodontics treatment unstable staff and specialist doctors it took ages to finish my son's treatment plan which was planned to be end by 24 months. No regular appointments for follow up and no commitments beside that they are lacking of costumer service skills. I don't recommend this clinic for anyone who wants Ortho. Treatment, wasting of time and money.

The Bright Now team in the Southlands are professional, responsible, respectful, and friendly. The office and dental areas are clean and tidy. Plus, the music they play is always light, upbeat and fun. I have had the best personal experience with my dental team. For the 1st time in a long time I feel that we are a team in my dental health. Even my children are more motivated to care for their dental health (which is huge for 2 teenage, gamer/Mtn Dew drinkers). I've been looking for a team like this for a while. Thank you so much!!

Waited months to get an appointment. Called multiple offices. The day of my appointment they texted me that it was cancelled because their hygienist called out. And then when I called to get it rescheduled they wanted to reschedule a whole month and a half out and told me I need to go based off the hygienists schedule. Excuse me!? I need to be considerate of your schedule but you aren't considerate of my time or schedule. I'm like I'm no you should get me in as soon as possible because i waited months and YOU cancelled my appointment like I don't have a job and a schedule. Makes no sense for you to cancel my appointment and then put me back at the end of the line. Realize other people have jobs they take the day off for when they have an appointment. VERY INCONSIDERATE. Only reason I came here was the previous dentist Dr. Sam and she's not there anymore. Will not be retuning to this company or even this location.

The last time I had to have a crown done was horrific. The other dentist did not listen to me when I said I didn't feel numb enough and started drilling anyway. On top of that, he nailed another tooth and denied it when I said something (future X-rays proved I was right). Then six months after, he decided to retire because come to find out, he had Parkinson's Disease. This was not in the Denver area, so don't freak out. Anyway, years later, I broke a molar recently and needed another crown. Found Bright Now and definitely a great group. I explained my previous experience and they understood my anxiety. Instead of digging with the drill, she let the drill do the work. The temporary crown fit perfectly and the permanent feels perfectly natural. With all said and done, I highly recommend this office. Friendly, professional they did a great job.

My daughter had a cracked retainer and so she needed to get fitted for another one. Sent the cast off to the lab and took over three weeks to get back in with an appointment to get the new retainer. Showed up early at 7:50am, took time off work for her appointment, and waited for about 40 minutes in the waiting room while everyone else there was called back. Eventually, the receptionist calls us up and unapologetically says that the lab made a mistake, there is no retainer to pick up, and we need to make another appointment that is three weeks out. No "sorry" for the misunderstanding, no customer service skills, just "you need to make another appointment". Fortunately for the practice, my daughter was right there and so I controlled myself. After reading the comments on this site it is amazing they have any customers at all. Mistakes happen. But wouldn't you think that you should check to make sure that the tools, supplies, special lab orders or whatever are ready prior to the next day's appointments? If you are covering for someone else's mistake should you at least appear apologetic? At least appear to care that someone totally rearranged their day for nothing?

1st time to Bright Now! Dental and when making my appointment they were professional and personable too! Arriving on time they did let me know right away that they were running late about 15min, which I so appreciated them letting me know right away. I went next door and bought a bottle of water and when I returned it was maybe 5min later I was called back. The X-ray tech was really sweet, quick and accommodating ensuring I was comfortable. The Doctor and hygienist were both really nice, explaining everything to me. The hygienist reiterated everything the dentist told me which was reassuring they were on the same page! Checking out was good too, again she reiterated all that was needed to be done and explained the insurance approval they were submitting and made my next appointment.

I should have read the reviews before trusting this office again. I scheduled an appointment with the periodontist, Dr. Arthur, who is only here twice a month. I took a day off of work because even though their working hours appear to be until 6:00 pm, this office wouldn't schedule an appointment for me past 3:00 p.m. I am currently sitting here still waiting to be seen after 90 minutes. These people don't care if they waste your time. Extremely disappointed.

We called 2 hours before our appointment to see if they could see us sooner to be able to go back to our work a bit earlier. They said they were booked but they'd see us right at our appointment time with no wait. They took my child for x-rays and when I asked if it was ok for me to be with him during his cleaning they said the hygienist was not there today. The dentist saw him for 1 minute and we were asked to make another appointment for the cleaning. I wasted part of my work morning and now need another day off work. They could have told me this when I called them that morning!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. My 8 year old daughter got her braces through these guys. At first they were great. They forgot to trim the wire after putting a new one on my daughter. I called and no one returned my call. When I finally got a person 24 hours later, and told them the pain my daughter was in, and asked if we could come in, they told me to take toe nail clippers and cut the wire myself because the ortho wont be back in for a week and the other dentist and surgeon in the office cannot help. They offered no solution besides me trying to do it myself which could lead to injury. DO NOT GO HERE if you value a call back or anyone who actually cares about you or your children. They are here to collect your money and dont care about anything else.

I made an appointment with the surgeon to put in 8 posts for implants. To get snap on dentures. Step one went really good. From there in everything went down hill. Over a year later and I'm still trying to get the snap on denture procedure completed. I know things will get better from here.
