Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

On Sunday, February 16th, three doctors from Bright Now! Dental provided underserved communities surrounding Mesa, AZ with the chance to receive free dental care! Dr. Abdullah Ahmad, Dr. Harlean Ahuja, and Dr. Leen Qutachi gathered with over 25 support staff to host a Day of Giving with the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

On Sunday, February 23rd, volunteers from Newport Dental partnered with the Smiles for Everyone Foundation to make a difference in their community. Four dentists and over 20 support staff came together to provide free cleanings, fillings, extractions and more at the Fullerton Day of Giving.

On November 2nd, five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving at Bright Now! Dental in Herndon, VA, sponsored by DDS Lab. Many Americans have limited access to affordable dentists because they have no insurance, but the Smiles for Everyone Foundation is committed to providing free dental care to those in need.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

Let me preface all of this by saying I have tremendous fear and anxiety around dentists. Tears, combativeness, you name it. I will also say this location has really turned around in the last 10 months. I was previously not happy here and now it is a well functioning and trustworthy location! I started coming to this location in Oct 2021. At the time I did not find the office staff to be helpful or have any follow through. While the dentist did nothing to directly cause concern I was very distrustful of them and felt they were recommending unnecessary procedures. It took many requests to get a treatment plan and all I received was a long list of insurance billing codes that meant nothing to me. I didn't understand any of the recommended procedures or how to get started with them. In Dec 2021 I had to go to the Parker location for an implant surgery (which ended up being a very traumatic experience for me.) The follow ups in the Arvada office never gave me any info about what the next steps were. Fast forward to June 2022. There is new office staff and a new dentist. I reiterated my fears and the difficult implant surgery. I asked about how to continue with the implant and requested a new exam. The new dentist Dr. Kim is VERY patient, gentle and non-judgmental. She even suggested a few of the procedures previously recommended could be "watched" rather than rush forward with them. A few of the assistants are still around and they are friendly, caring and will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. And the office staff is AMAZING! They are very friendly, attentive and took the time to break down my treatment plan to put it into understandable terms and my cost after insurance. I really appreciate them and I'm happy I gave the location another chance after the changes.

I was treated great the dentist was very good and explained thourally what was going on and what had to be done , the staff was very nice and professional, it made me feel better because I'm terrified of dental procedures over all great experience most definatly recommended

I need a referral sent to an oral surgeon for my husband and I. Not sure how else to get this done since I've called several times for the past 2 1/2 weeks and nothing. I even had the oral surgeons office call and ask for a referral on April 26th and it still hasn't happened. My husband has discomfort and pain but this office doesn't seem to care. I spoke with someone in the Lakewood office today, hopefully she'll follow through and send it.

It took a while for me to get my appointment scheduled as I reached out several times and did not hear back for a while. However, I do know that a lot of people are having issues with staffing these days and I understand. With this said, when I finally got on the schedule and showed up for my appointment, everybody in the office was so welcoming and pleasant. My hygienist performing my deep cleaning made sure that I felt comfortable and calmed me down knowing that my nerves were way high. And the assistant did as well. They offered me nitrous and it was affordable and it helped my experience go smoothly. They were all very sweet and made me calm and comfortable. There was an issue with my insurance and it ended up being a pricey procedure but they offered me the CareCredit, walked me through how to apply and I was approved within minutes and now I have 12 months to pay off this procedure with no interest which is really helpful. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the people performing the procedure. My hygienist was named Charmay(unsure of spelling) and the assistant was Mona; both wonderful ladies.

PSA, stay away and go somewhere else. I had an appointment to get my teeth cleaned at 9 am. I was 1 of the 1st patients to show up and was completely disregarded that day. I waited 3 hours just to be rescheduled a month later. Even had the audacity to try and charge me that day for treatment I didn't receive. I show up 1 month later and was treated only because the office is normally closed that day. They failed to get my prescription sent to the pharmacy. After my treatment I was charged for a cancer screening that I opted out for and never got. Front desk was supposed to call me about my refund and never did. I finally get a hold of them for my refund and they say it's going to take 3 weeks to get. The most unprofessional dental office in existence. Save yourself, you have been warned.

They are all so very nice, welcomed by the front desk lady Jen who is super friendly and sweet and helps you want to be at the dentist by her smiling face. There doctor is so very sweet and takes her time and makes you not just feel like a number but instead she cares and explains everything so well I also got work done from the hygienist and she is also very nice and makes sure her work is down well and not fast and she great at making you feel wanted. I highly recommend this location as they make your unwanted visit to a dentist very welcoming and comfortable Thanks you guys Kayla Copple

Let me start by saying I'm NOT a fan of going to the dentist, which directly relates to some of the dental issues I needed to get resolved. Doctor Shelor put me at ease immediately. She explained the process and my options in a clear and concise manner. I appreciate her positive attitude and look forward to my next visit. Highly recommended! The staff at Bright Now has been great as well. Courteous and helpful - thank you!

The front desk girls are friendly. The lady who does the X-rays is always rude to me. The dentist was friendly. My crown fell out & they did glue it back in. Never saw the dental assistant even clean the crown before putting it back on. She admitted their previous dentist messed up on the procedure so they want me to pay again for the crown out of pocket because insurance won't pay for another one. The new dentist is definitely better than the first one I had.

It amazes me what humans can learn and achieve. Don't know how difficult my dental procedure was compared to others but it was something I've never come close to experiencing before. Dr. Natalie and her assistant stood by me for over three hours. Making sure that I was as comfortable as possible. I have more dental work to be done and I'm glad that I am in Bright Now's hands. My experience at Bright Now was amazing! Dr. Natalie and Michelle were both very engaging and listened to exactly what I wanted. They delivered on their promise and I couldn't be happier with my perfect spider partial. My confidence and smile are back, thanks to the awesome work done at Bright Now. I had a root canal done, it could not be completed because my roots are curved. Bright now wanted to send me to a specialist that my dental plan doesn't cover so I decided to just have the tooth extracted. One of the roots broke off and couldn't be retrieved. Now they wanted me to see their oral surgeon. When I went to see him he told me it would cost nearly $7000 to get the root out. They also charged me $160 just to tell me it would cost $7000 to get one piece of root out. I called another oral surgeon and total it cost me $800. The people here are nice at bright now but that doesn't justify their price. If you like your money don't come here.

Everyone in the office is friendly They made room in there appt schedule to see me on an emergency visit The Dentist is patient and cares about how you are felling . She took time to explain what was going on and what would be the best route to take to fix it . They give a good discount for UFCW employees
