Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

Made an appointment online. Called to check and confirm. Never received a call back. This is the second time I've tried to make an appointment here, and there won't be a third. Either there is no receptionist, the online booking system doesn't work, or they just don't care enough to communicate.

Extremely disorganized and unprofessional. The staff needs more training. I went in as a new patient in Jan 2022 for cleaning and x-rays. The appointment itself took about 2 hours. My x-rays took about 20-25 min by a staff member who was clearly not properly trained as she needed an additional two staff members to help her take the x-rays because she did not know what she was doing/the right equipment to use. The doctor then mentioned that we would have to redo the x-rays because they were not taken correctly. My cleaning lasted a total of about 10 minutes. I paid 45$ for the extra fluoride that was not yet covered by my insurance. I was told I would need a root canal and crown and was never followed up with to schedule the appointment. Because of this disastrous experience, I pursued dental treatment elsewhere, where I had to have an additional cleaning due to the poor quality of my cleaning. As far as I knew, I had no balance with Bright Now and my visit was covered by insurance. I recently received a bill in the mail for $181, including being billed for the fluoride treatment I paid out of pocket for. My insurance informed me that my claim was denied due to seeing a second dentist HOWEVER, Bright Now did not send the claim for my treatment on Jan 26, 2022 until May 2022, five months later-which they are now stating I owe. I'm not sure who is responsible for the billing, but I have never experienced a claim taking 5 months to be sent in and processed, almost as if they were trying to avoid the 6 month coverage from my insurance. AVOID BRIGHT NOW AT ALL COSTS. They are a chain dentistry that is extremely unprofessional, disorganized, and provides subpar service that just wants to take your money.

New patient after moving. Booked an appointment for cleaning: they took X-rays and did the DDS exam but sent me home without doing the cleaning bc they overbook. I had to come back a second time: the cleaning was quite succinct (compared to my previous dentist) and the person at the desk wasn't able to tell what was done how much I owed or what was recommended by the DDS to do and when. The place is clearly optimizing revenue over patient outcomes, I will not be coming back.

I was very pleased with my teeth cleaner, ms Melissa. She was communicative. She was professional. She was knowledgeable about her job. She advised me on how to take better care of my teeth. I like Ms. Melissa a lot.

Theresa my hygienist at the Alameda office is great. She is very friendly and does a good job in keeping my teeth clean and in good shape. The office is very efficient, friendly and clean.

I have been a patient here for about 3 years now and always walk away happy and well served. They are highly efficient, professional, and friendly. The dentist and hygienist were most proficient, answered all my questions, and were friendly as well. The staff is welcoming. I had to wait about 30 minutes, but, once I was in the chair, it all happened quickly.

They will come after you if you leave negative reviews!!! After I posted a negative review on yelp, they called the next day and asked the review be removed in a very unapologetic manner. So I won't put too much faith in the good review ratio about this dental office if this is their practice to reduce negative reviews. Here is the negative review that earned me the follow up call - fingers crossed they won't give me another scolding. 1. More training needed -The scheduling personnel could not understand what procedures mean. I scheduled to replace my temporary crown but they thought I was there for a filling. 2. Limited resources-They only have two doctors so the wait time is crazy. 3. They try anything to squeeze more money out of you- putting uncovered antibiotics on your bills, try to put in as many procedures as possible, shorten the between time of teeth cleaning. Etc. 4. Bad inventory control. They lost the crown I ordered. Hence we need to go through the 2 hour measurement, send measurements to labs, wait2-3 weeks and come back to place it processes again.

Dr. Hipti did a thorough exam! She was not only extremely competent, but also professional and kind. Teresa the hygienest is so pleasant and professional! She did a great cleaning with suggestions for fluoride care. Everyone else was competent and friendly as well.

They wasted my time, I waited 4 weeks for my appointment, and when the day came, one hour before my appointment they called me and informed me that my appointment was canceled. I asked why ? she said their system was down and she couldn't see the schedule, not sure how she knew about my appointment if their patient scheduling system was down. I wish they told me days before not the last second. Thanks for wasting my time .

The people there were certainly nice enough. But I got there at one for my 1 o'clock appointment, and they didn't bring me back until maybe 1:45. And then I sat in a chair for almost an hour and 10 minutes before The dentist actually saw me

The hygienist, Theresa, is a real pro and very thorough. The manager, Ms. Topete, runs a great operation there. Just as good as last time, so no changes here. Met Dr. Dipti and will be back for a filling. Only dental office I've ever looked forward to visiting!

The two stars are for the doctor and the second assistant who ended up helping me. The negatives: I arrived at 8:02 for my 8:00 appointment and didn't leave until 11:25 and the procedure only took about an hour. The first assistant stated I needed X-rays since my last visit was 2-3 yrs ago at which time only one X-ray was taken. WRONG... I was there within 6 months and had several X-rays taken, guess they don't review charts prior to calling the patients into the office.

Good equipment and place. But not the one for new patients. Check was not good, didn't find 1 of my cavity or false detect crown. Added unnecessary items to the bill. Not recommended to new patients

I absolutely love this dental office. As soon as I walked in I was pleasantly greeted and tended to. The receptionists are always pleasant and help to start the beginning of a great experience. The dentists that I've seen are outstanding, patient, companionate, and they really care about rendering the best care. The service wasn't rushed and the dentists seem to have a passion for providing quality care to patients.

Bright Now! Dental, is a great place to get dental work done. The staff are polite and very informative. From teeth cleaning to more complex dental issues, they're very thorough and efficient. Just recently I had to have a crown placed on my front tooth. ( I had an issue with discoloring and chipping). This made me self-conscious and I smiled a lot less. I sat down with a specialist and discuss possibilities. I made an appointment and went in to get my gold crown done. My dentist was great. She was nice, very thorough and took great pride in her work. I am very happy with the work done. I left the dental office smiling and haven't stopped yet.
