Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Unprofessional!!!! Arrived to my appt on time just for me to sign in and wait in the waiting room for 30 minutes! Mind you, I was the only person in the waiting room. I go up to the front desk and ask when will I be called? The front desk employee responds "oh did you sign in?" I respond "yes 30 minutes ago" then she goes "oh you have to fill out paperwork" I'm like well I was sitting here for 30 minutes in an empty waiting room. I made my appt for a cleaning just for them to do an X-ray and say the hygienist doesn't have time for me to get a cleaning. NEVER GOING BACK. Waste of time. Choose a better practice. Plus their tools look disgusting. I had to have them open all the tools infront of me after seeing the tools laying around.

Terrible service. Ive been coming here for the past few years along with my son and I had a dental emergency where one of my fills cracked off (a fill they did). I called for 2 days straight and no one answered the phone( 4 to 5 times). I left many messages. I even got through to the emergency line but they transferred me to the front desk but again no one answered. On the second day it was 9am and they still had the automatic messages advising the office was closed. Luckily I called a another office where they took me same day. Its been a week since I've left messages and no one has even called me back.

I've tried to reach you to reschedule and it's impossible. Your service is terrible. I've called about 5 times left messages and no answer. How do I get a new appointment? I could not go the day of the appointment because of Covid-19. I left various messages explaining why I couldn't go, but to my avail no one has contacted me yet. I am going to wait for your call because I already paid the implant, if not I wouldn't insist in going to your office again.

Literally, I would've rated the front desk 0 stars but that wasn't an option. Do not waste your time here, they do not care about the time of your set appointment. I had fillings, deep cleaning, and a crown put on here at different times. Very subpar service RUINS everything. The dentist Tella seems good at her practice but is not very informative- WHAT IS THE POINT OF BECOMING A DENTIST IF YOU DO NOT COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR PATIENTS? She is not very informative at all almost like she doesn't want to be there. The only person that saves this location is the hygienist Freddy which has an award winning personality and honestly is the only reason I even bothered to return, but unfortunately I will not be returning again and I would advise everyone to do the same unless you are only getting a cleaning from hygienist

The only thing that irks me is trying to call about anything. No matter what time of day you call... expect to be put on hold at LEAST a MINIMUM of 15 minutes to 30 just to speak to someone. So make sure when you call you have a lot of time to wait on hold!

My first visit to this office was not bad, Dr Tella did a good job w my crown, but I was especially impressed with the dental assistant Beverly, she was so pleasant, she was so attentive to my needs, she explained everything, and was very careful to listen and genuinely concerned w my treatment, she is definitely an asset bto that office!!!

Haven't been patient here for 2 years . Because of "help" they did I had to redo 2 crowns ,and 1 root canal that got infected . Did not write a review because simply did not want to deal with them at all and erase all the memories on how they treated me. Always has been huge wait time in a lobby. 1 doctor run in between at least 3-4 pations. If someone think its ok ,no its not. My "doctors" were "doctor" Potter and "doctor " Williams that seemed very nice but turned to be unprofessional. Hope both of them don't work there any more. "Specialists" there might know how to do a simple fillings but i would not recommend anyone who needs to do anything else to go there.

Ella decidio arreglar otra diente que segun ella estaba cracked..pero que al arreglarla no garantizaba que no se iba a romper otra vez..y tendria que volver arreglarla que era mi decision si me la arreglaba o no ..falta de etica y profesionalismo.Por su puesto no me puse en manos de ella.Paute otra cita con otra doctora en esa misma oficina.
