Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. They Canceled cleaning appointment four hours before appointment. Then said the soonest they could reschedule is 6 month later. Constant scheduling problems on their end. Real lack of caring. 6 month to reschedule appointment that they canceled is unacceptable.

Dr. Grisales is AMAZING! She is very compassionate and positive. She is the kindest dentist I have seen. I had to get a lot of fillings done at once and I didnt feel a thing. I also had stains on my teeth I had since I was a teen removed and now my teeth look like nothing ever happened! The rest of the staff is so patient and caring as well. Thank you so much!

I have dental anxiety! Thursday July 28th - I can't say it was fun but the staff made me feel comfortable. The office is very clean and everyone is professional. Monday August 1st - One of my temporary crowns cracked and fell out. Went to the office this morning and they worked me in quickly. The tech (Clarie-?) was so nice and did an awesome job. The replacement feels better than the first one. Thank you!

Great professional experience. I just started my Dental a few months ago after more than a decade and have a lot of work. No judgement what so ever. Cleaning and fillings went well. Didn't feel a thing. 1 of the Doctors I had even helped refer me to an oral surgeon on the same dental plan I had. Thank you!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! You will need a deep cleaning every year for sure Worst dentist office I have ever been. They do not know anything about customer service. They treat people with the worst attitude. All they want is to sell a deep cleaning. That's it. As I can see in all the reviews, it seem like everybody needs a deep cleaning. They choose the service you need, you can NOT choose the service you want.. So unprofessional.. I literally just wasted my time. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO THERE!

I love this clinic, and was referred by a family member, the doctor was amazing. However, some of the staff members were a bit unpleasant to speak to , they don't smile and seem very annoyed or mad all the time .

It was very frustrating finding a dentist for our 7 year old that used our insurance. On top of that finding one that had availability before September. Here at bright now they were more than accommodating. Once we were there, they made my little feel so special even giving her a blanket because it was cold. They took such good care of her, came up with a plan provided me with all the specific details so I was well informed. In the end they made everything easier and when our appointment was done we were better than we walked in. Hands down best dentist office in Waterford lakes/east orlando area. Thank you bright now!!!!

Bright Now is the best dental office my mother and I have ever been to. My mother is terrified of going to the dentist. They made her feel calm and comfortable. Iverlisse (I hope I spelled her name right) is the best dental assistant. She is so friendly and she does her best to make you get through the process smoothly as possible. The dentist and the hygienist was very thorough,and nice. we appreciate a pleasant experience. The rest of the staff is awesome. Bright now is A1. Keep up the good work.

I went here as a new patient because I had moved away from my dentist that I had gone to for years. My last visit was 8 months ago. I didn't agree with the additional cleaning charges from their gum exam. An extra $1789.00 billed to the insurance & an extra $165.00 out of pocket for me. I was unable to receive a regular cleaning as I have received for decades. The X-ray procedure was the most painful I have ever had. There were 2 other dental exam charges offered that I declined. The dentist found nothing that needed her attention for a future appointment.

After waiting 3 months to get in for an appointment for an exam and cleaning, I was told that my appointment was for an exam only and that they could not have scheduled both the same day because they don't do that. The lady who did my x-rays said that was just company policy. Such a waste of time have to schedule two separate appointments when every other dentist I have been to does them both together. I was called and texted multiple times to confirm my appointment but was never told this. I even made an appointment for my husband for the same thing, and was never told! The dentist came in, spent 3 minutes with me, told me my teeth looked great and sent my on my way. I guess she didn't look at my records to know that I was told I had a cavity last time and that they would keep an eye on it. I cancelled all future appointment for my husband and I. They don't care about customer service, and they are terrible at communication skills.

My son had 4 teeth extracted. The experience was as pleasant as could be expected. The staff was very patient, taking the time to answer all of our questions and providing after care advice. The dentist, Dr. Rivera, was gentle, ensuring that our son was relaxed and in as little pain as possible.
