Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

Staff has no clue about Insurance coverage. They said it would take 4 weeks to figure out their contract. I called them in 6 weeks still nothing. They call me a month later and still didn't get any better. If you like your Dental chair like a barbershop chair right on top of each other this is the place for you.

Went to Bright Now Ocala, I had 11:00 apt arrived 10:45 I waited till 12:15 before I was taking in. Went for a check up to see about couple teeth been hurting & what work I needed. 3 1/2 hours later was on my way home. No work done on teeth only X-rays. Dentist speaks Spanish I don't, broken English, so I ask lots of questions. My dentist I had there in 2019, I loved, had left never was told. No teeth cleaning appointments till after April she only works two days a week.

I came to Bright Now from Greenberg after my wonderful dentist left the practice for the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Bright Now has caring staff at every level. The front desk people are cordial and helpful! Technician V___ did X-rays and bite wings expertly, gently and she got to know me, too. Along with Dr Garcia, the explained a plan of treatment and what my insurance will allow. I was more than simply pleased by the care at Bright Now. I was enthusiastic about the caring way they treated me.

Overall a positive experience. Wait time (20 minutes past appointment time) was a small issue. All of the staff are friendly and treat patients in a kind and compassionate manner. Dr. Stafford is very good and a pleasure to work with.

The can't keep hygienist working there, been seeing them for years and never the same person. And for the 2nd time now my appts fot my self and my son were canceled with no notice to me. They claim they send texts but I have not received any. Horrible customer service, all they say is well its out of my hands. And now the first available appt is in Oct. My husband went for exam and cleaning a few months back, after the exam they told him they didn't have a hygienist and he'd have to come back again.

We recently moved to Ocala and I was in bad need of some dental work since my 30 to 40 year crowns had been failing and I couldn't get in to a dentist the last couple years due to Covid, moving, insurance change and being snow birds. It is difficult to know if you will get a competent dentist and staff but Bright Now took my insurance so I took a gamble. I had to have several extractions and I was very nervous going into the appointment. I am happy to say Dr. Erik Garcia and his assistant Veronica soon eased my mind. Veronica took the time to go over my xrays again with me and answered all my questions which eased my mind. I did not have to wait much at all on my initial appointment and not at all on my second appointment. I have been to dentists enough over the years to know when a dentist has got confidence and good skills and Dr. Garcia certainly has both in my opinion. My procedures went as well as they possibly could considering one extraction I know was quite challenging because the tooth had sheared off but Dr. Garcia handled it superbly and I never felt any pain. Last time at a dentist I felt considerable pain so that was a fear I had. It is never a lot of fun going to a dentist but knowing you are in good hands and being treated well by the staff makes all the difference. Adriana took care of me at the front desk and immediately straightened out an insurance problem since I had recently switched policies. Everyone is professional, friendly and courteous at Bright Now Dental and thus far a thumbs up on the dental work. I have more work to be done but now I am feeling confident about my new dentist and his staff.

Definitely do NOT recommend this office. They constantly have to reschedule appointments which is extremely inconvenient when you work and take time off for each appointment made. I had to go back on three separate occasions to have the SAME crown put back in and each time it was a hassle to even get an appointment.

The staff is friendly enough, but in my 1.5 visits with them (I'll get to it in a sec), I've been disappointed. I will give them some leeway that they are probably understaffed (which is why they are getting 2 stars at all), but at my first visit about a month and a half ago, which was an initial exam, I had an extremely long wait time not only in the lobby but also in the hygienist chair. I didn't feel like they communicated well with me about what was going on. I even got up at one point thinking the exam was over, and they sent me back to the chair to wait some more. Leading up to my scheduled appointment today, I received two calls from the office as well as 3-4 text messages to confirm the appointment. I arrived early so they could add some information into my file only to be told that their hygienist had an emergency and has left the country for at least 4 months. Overall, I can't recommend them based on my experience. I understand that they are probably under staffed at the moment, but I have not been pleased with the service and communication that I have received from them.

Sure would, love to get an appt here but they do not answer their phone nor return messages for getting an appt. Unfortunately the only dentist I can use with my dental insurance. Very upsetting.
