Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Many Americans have limited access to affordable dentists because they have no insurance, but the Smiles for Everyone Foundation is committed to providing free dental care to those in need.
Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

The staff is always kind and informative. I never feel like I am being judged or dismissed. I went Saturday for some fillings and the new Dentist was so kind, and the dental assistant was very sweet as well. I was very well taken care of and would recommend again. I love this office

Best dental office I've ever been too period. all the staff are extremely friendly and punctual. Entire office staff is knowledge and flexible for my appointment times.was given extreme care during my procedure for my teeth, had an extraction and was over so fast and no pain. Worst visit ever. Tried to get some help for tooth ache, and waited for an hour and 20 mins while they helped other people that came in after me. Would definitely stay away from this place!!! Now that I've had a little bit of time to cool down, I want to be very clear of what happened. I was a new patient, called on Monday to get seen, they said they can see me on Wednesday at 3:30. All good. I get there at 3:20 to fill out the paperwork that I know needs to be filled out. Had that filled out in less than 10 min. I'm sitting there, and while I'm sitting there, at around 3:45 a gentleman walks in for his appointment at 4. Then about 3:50 an young lady walks in and is immediately taken to the back. I'm still sitting there. At 3:58 they called the gentleman that came in after me back. Ok I say. They finally call me back at 4:15. They do the x rays, then sit me in a chair in the back at 4:21. Then proceed to tell me that someone will be with me. Ok I say. At 4:45 same lady comes back and says that they will be with me shortly. I say calmly that I don't like the customer service here as I have been waiting for over in hour. That I'm thinking about leaving. She walks away. Then 5 mins later another lady comes to talk to me saying I gave her staff attitude. I was in the middle of texting my fiance to update her. So the lady walks away. When I'm done, 20 seconds later, she comes back and says that I was rude for ignoring her and that I needed to show her some respect. I informed her that respect goes both ways, and I was in the middle of texting someone. She then proceeds to say that I give the staff attitude. I informed her of my complaints as far as other people coming in after me and being helped before me and that I didn't care for the customer service. She then goes on to say that my appointment was for 4 also. I then informed her that nobody told me that. I was told 3:30. She states that I was told 3:30 for paperwork but the appointment was for 4. I say again that I was not told this. She states that I may want to reschedule if I have other plans. I stated that if I reschedule it would be with another dentist office. I was then informed that she thinks it would be best if I did reschedule with another dentist office and asked me to leave. Prior to writing this review I really wish I would have read the other 1 star reviews as there is alot of them!!! Be wary people and do research before chosing somewhere to take your business. I was treated the entire time like they didn't even want mine.

I was going to call here in the morning. I'm glad I looked at the pictures and saw the rust on the dental tools. That tells me all I need to know. You can give someone a sepsis infection which can kill them. Does the A.D.A. know about this?

I had a 9 AM dentist appointment and they didn't even open the doors until after nine. The woman who was taking my dental pictures didn't even take me back until 9:20 AM and then she apologized because the dentist was 45 minutes late because "sometimes he runs into traffic". When I called i wanted to schedule a dental cleaning and I was very specific about that . After I got done with the dental x-rays, this place then informed me that I couldn't have a cleaning that day because the dentist needed to look at me and inform them as to what type of cleaning I was supposed to have and then I would be able to schedule it. The soonest opening they had for a dental cleaning was May. When the dentist got done looking at me he informed them that I needed a deep cleaning which I googled and I do not need and then they informed me that my insurance would not cover that and it would be close to $300. Run!!! Scam

new patient port richey location.. nobody bothered to tell me to be here 30 mins early... so after not even getting a call, the dentist left... this happened today 2/28/22.. I have an obvious infection in my gums... Im in pain and was turned away bc the dentist was "already halfway home"....oh and long"yeaaaaaaa". you'll be reported to the better business bureau.. today

I didn't catch the name of the dentist who worked on me but he was very good! Probably the best dentist I have ever been to! If I have any more problems with my teeth I will definitely go back and I hope that he still works there.

Very unprofessional. The manager who is in charge of the dental office on December 10 at 1:00 pm, treated my mother very unprofessional way, she asked my mother twice if she spoke English perfectly. I don't recommend this office.

Dr. Eljack, the medical and management staff, and even their after hours operators....I cannot say enough good things. I rolled snake eyes genetically, and my mouth has been no exception. But somehow, this group made having a severely infected broken tooth extracted as pain and anxiety free as they have been able to for me. I just recommend them to two patrons at the library where I work. Thank you so much!

Today my grandmother went to this place for her appointment at 1pm. The manager was unprofessional and disrespectful and acted with prejudice towards my grandmother. When my, 74 year old, grandmother asked if she could sit down and call for a ride inside the building, the manager told her to get out and call for the ride outside and to wait there. There was no respect towards an elderly person who was confused and alone. I am very DISAPPOINTED. I don't give them zero stars because it's impossible.

I am "newer" to this area and have tried a dentist before BrightNow! When I left that office I felt horrible. After leaving Bright Now! I felt listened to. They gave me GREAT advice and I have already passed on their name to a friend in the area.

Shocked at the amount of people who say this location has great customer service. Every time I go with my fiance for his appointments the office manager has an attitude and her customer service skills are definitely lacking. I was looking for a dentist for myself as well and I would never even consider OR recommend this location.

Had a terrible experience here, had an appointment that i came in 14 minutes early just to get informed that I had to do a lot of paperwork and that there's no way they could see me. No warning and no notification that i had to do so much paperwork that apparently I can't complete within 14 minutes, but as a added bonus the lady i spoke to mentioned how my insurance hasn't put them in the roster and havent sent them the info when i called the insurance company later that day they said they 100% sent the paperwork to that office so this woman was lying, funny enough her co-worker unprofessionally came into the conversation to just say that there's no way this girl could forget to remind me of that. 1) people are human, things happen 2) No one asked for your unprofessional input into that conversation, you weren't helping it you were escalating it. They didn't even bother to call to reschedule if they knew they couldn't see me, they just wasted my time. I wouldn't recommend going here.
