Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. The waiting time was too long. The doctor said she recommend I do deep cleaning. I said thank you, could I just do a regular cleaning for now. She said no, I must pay for deep cleaning first.

I had to schedule my appointment twice cause they kept missing it, supposedly It didn't appear in their system , even when I got the confirmation email. My husband went there to have a deep cleaning and they refused to do it. Like what? They only wanted to do it with laser to charge $420!!!!! Horrible experience with this place!

This place charged me 1000 $ for just 30 minutes of cleaning my teeth. Before cleaning, they told me full charge of service would be 550$ and I need to pay only 350$ but later on after getting 350$ from me and 380$ from insurance, they are still asking me to pay 200$ more on top of it. How hard is to understand that people earn $ through hard work not by looting the people and mental agony even after paying for the services.

I will say that with coming in ready with my signed new patient form helped, I was checked in and seen right a away which was nice. The reason for my visit was have a consultation and find a good quote for metal braces. I have had different opinions from 3 orthodontists about what I need to do before getting braces. I just had all 4 wisdom teeth removed last august along with 3 fillings. The advertisement about $100 down to start your braces is what lured me in. So I called and asked all the questions I needed to before making the appointment so I wasn't wasting a 37 minute drive. I asked if the advertisement was applicable for adult braces? I was told yes. I asked will they take my insurance? They said yes. I also gave them my policy number and I was set up right away with an appointment. I get to the appointment I was seen in less than 5 min. No X rays were taken, from what I saw there was a man already occupying the station for x rays so I was told to gargle and then lay down in the chair and the ortho which I believe he was came in to see me in less than a minute to check out my mouth. It took him LITERALLY less than 2 min to make an assessment on what I needed done. He said I needed 4 teeth removed 2 of which I JUST HAD FILLED 5 months ago from a different dentist. Also recommended that I see a surgeon for a gum graft for 1 tooth that isn't receding that far. I told him I've had a few other opinions and I have had recent dental work in a 6 month time period I have never been told I needed so many teeth removed and a gum graft in order to proceed with getting braces. He basically told me someone in the front will talk pricing with me and to have a nice day. It was very dismissive and icky because I wasn't given a clue how to exit to the front since I am a "new patient". I go back out to the front and shortly after a lady is talking over all the work I need done, including pricing and how my insurance won't cover anything after all, in the lobby for everyone to hear. I assume that's the way they have things set up to be but it was very humiliating to have everyone know the status of all the unnecessary work "I need" done and knowing I cannot afford it. It was a very disappointing experience for me, wanting my teeth straightened for so long and feeling like it won't be possible because dentists at these franchises want to tack on unnecessary procedures to take your money. The advertisement was misleading yet again and the quote was far more expensive for braces than any ortho I've ever been too! NEVER AGAIN.

I never got to even make an appointment because the receptionist hung up on me before I could. Extremely rude service, do not come here if you care about good customer service. They don't even know where they are located lol I mentioned off "Towngate crossing shopping center" and she said that's not where they are located and hung up. If you google the location that's literally what is stated

I have to put 1 star because you can't put zero. My husband has braces and we opted not to go during pandemic for safety reasons. Now they are denying him coverage even though we paid upfront. The people are rude and I would not recommend this facility. 3/22 just to update my review. I had to call the main corporate office and finally someone called me back and the problem was resolved. Thank you.

I have been taking my entire family to Bright Now Dental for about 10 years. Both of my children have had braces and checkups and it's like visiting family. I actually look forward to my dental visit.

Five stars to 12420 Day St #B4 Moreno Valley CA 92553 location. I wanted to be specific which office made my day. It was a very pleasant experience, very friendly staff, very patient and understanding. Every single staff member in that office made my visit a pleasant experience. I was able to get several procedures done the same day and did not have to wait weeks or months to get a follow -up appointment. Keep up the good work COMPLETELY OPPOSITE to the office located at 12761 Moreno Beach Dr Suite 103, Moreno Valley, CA 92555, this office is a complete disaster, they need to.get their act together . I was very disappointed.
