Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

I came here at 4:30pm with a appointment to just to do a deep cleaning at 5pm and left with nothing done due to X-rays and the person that deep cleans is not there and to schedule again the next day and they can only do half so the other half is scheduled another if I knew they would take this long I would of never came just mention that oh we close at 6pm you should schedule another time or that specialist is not there WASTE OF TIME

So annoyed and over this location they only have one hygienist on Tuesdays so expect to wait minimum hour and a half for a TEETH cleaning. I arrived to my appointment 5 mins before to fill out any paperwork and when I asked how long it would be because I have to be work I was asked if I wanted to reschedule where I told the receptionist no because if every Tuesday is just like this don't bother coming to this location just find another dentist company to go to.

The worst experience in a dental office that I ever experienced the dentist Selena Sufi is very rude and dose not know her job I went in for an emergency visit for pain and swollen gums and she did not give me any medication I had to ask for it knowing I was in so much pain I would not recommend this office

This place is very unprofessional, they don't care about your needs. I informed them that I had two teeth that were broken due to grinding. They disregarded what I said and continued on with other dental work they believe needed to be done. I asked them about a temporary crown and they supposedly don't have those. They weren't concerned about how my teeth could get worse. The dentist never contacted me after having a bad reaction to medicine he prescribed me. I'm very disappointed and will be going elsewhere.

I paid $2000. cash for my crown and they also billed my insurance. They owe me overcharge of $2000 and an additional overcharge of $600 (charge for porcelain vs. Zinc crown), in which I was not told that it would be Zinc until after crown was installed. I am not being reimbursed, telling me that they have billing protocols. Can't reach Corporate, the office states that everything is handled via email thru them . They will not share my file information with me and it's been two weeks and can't get anywhere. I got insurance involved and Dental board next.

This place called me to tell me the dentist didn't wanna stay till my appointment time (12:40) asked me to come in earlier or by 11. I can meet in before 10, I was left to wait until 12. Without being serviced. They brought me to the back and left me in a room. When I asked when I was going to be serviced I was told they were going to have me come back. They could have saved me the 2 hours I wasted. When I told they woman I was just upset and was going to leave all she said was "fine" and talked away from me as I was talking. So unbelievably unprofessional.

Called bc my son had a tooth hurting him bad. Seen reg dentist she then said she would need to refer him to kids dentist just to pull tooth not a big procedure. Then they continued to tell me he would be in but once a month so he would have had to keep this tooth hurting for another 2-3 weeks. Needless to say we left and went to another dentist office and they took care of him immediately.

Avoid the Moreno beach location in Moreno Valley, ca at all costs. 1-2 hour wait times with appointments. Miscommunications result in getting over billed and I had to go back because I was in pain still. Dentists not being gentle and having a HEAVY hand while performing procedures (most likely because i vocalized my frustration from waiting that long to get called back) I came here while growing up and now I am not happy at all. It's gone downhill. Save your time and money. Never going back. No vayan a este dentista en Moreno Valley, CA la que esta En Moreno Beach. Esperas 1-2 horas aunque tengas Cita. Letty at the front desk is rude and condescending. She talks down to other staff and patients. Service is terrible and the example is having a 3:30p appointment for X-rays and it takes 1.75 hours to get in for the X-ray (after paperwork has been done ahead of time) and then an additional 45 minutes getting X-rays done and establishing what my child needs done. I don't think getting X-rays done should take from 3:30p-5:30p when you have an appointment.

Worst Dentist Group Ever! Billing is horrible still working through a claim from 2021 they keep me in a circle passing me between different offices, each blaming the other. For peace of mind do not use this Dental Group. User be aware!
