During my first experience getting filling at this location the doctor warned me that since the filling would be next to a nerve that I may have some sensitivity if I don't get a root canal first. As I already have a few filling, and mild tooth sensitivity, I wasn't too concerned about having another tooth that scolds me for chewing on ice so I proceeded with the filling, scheduled an appointment a few out for additional work, and resumed life. A few days after the aforementioned filling started feeling a bit painful. A week later it felt like my jaw and skull had been replaced with molten metal. This felt like it was probably an infection. After having my next appointment canceled and despite my complaint that I likely had an infection in the tooth, my appointment was scheduled weeks into the future. I eventually, got back in the dentists chair, enduring more pain in my head from this obvious infection than I had ever felt (i.e. broken ribs, passing kidney stones, appendicitis). At this point I knew I needed antibiotics. Despite my insistence that the level on pain I was in and that if I pressed my finger into my gum under the tooth that pus would come out, the doctor looked me straight in the eye and told me "If you remember, I told you there would be some sensitivity." I asked if there was an infection since the pain was far more than I would expect sensitivity to be. She said there was a "small" infection in the tooth and would prescribe antibiotics. She then proceeded to have the employees give me all the information I needed to schedule a root canal with an orthodontist despite my efforts explaining that my sooth wasn't sensitive, it was an infection. At this point I figured reason didn't matter so I sat through her 'I told you so' and listened to the employees tell me how to schedule my appointment with the orthodontist while just wanted to go get my antibiotics. Time went by, and after a course of antibiotics, the pain went away with no sensitivity whatsoever. Over a year later I had a tooth chip and tried to make an appointment at various other dental practices but was met with a month long waiting list at all of them. not wanting the chip to get worse I begrudging tried making an appointment at Fiesta Lanes Bright Now. I called every other day for three weeks and got an automated message telling me to leave a voice mail and that they would call me back the next business day. They never did so I tried a Bright Now a few miles further away, but was met with a scheduling service that put me right back at the original due to it's proximity to my address. I begrudgingly accepted the appointment, scheduled the time off from work for it, and was glad to finally have the chance to get the tooth fixed. The morning of the appointment, I get an automated message telling me that my appointment has been canceled and that a representative would call me shortly to reschedule my appointment. . No one called that day. They didn't even give 24 hours notification that they were cancelling my appointment. No way I'm ever considering going to any Bright Now practice again.

I have a lot to say about this place. TLDR THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!! DO NOT COME HERE. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND TRY TO RIP YOU OFF!!! If you come here and this happens, do NOT pay the bill, dispute it tooth and nail with your insurance. At first everyone seemed really nice and helpful. The short older woman with glasses that is the "hygienist" did my bitewings and gave me an itinerary of everything I needed done. I was told a problem tooth I had needed a root canal and a crown (it did) and that everything I needed to have done would be covered by my insurance except for the fluoride for my cleaning. I scheduled my appointment to begin the process. I came to the office and they acted like they had no appointment for me. I literally had received an automated text the night before to confirm my appointment so I wasn't happy but whatever, I rescheduled. I had the root canal at a later date and everything was great. I schedule for my crown fitting a few weeks later. It was at this appointment the problems started and I realized everyone that works here is a con artist. I got my temporary crown and was told I had to wait for the permanent one to come in. Wasn't explained to me that way but okay. When I left I thought I was going to the desk to schedule my next appointment, but it turns out they wanted me to pay $1,400 for my crown. I was obviously shocked and the receptionist sympathized but upon explaining to her I was told everything was covered she told me that my insurance never covers crowns for the back teeth. I was livid, because obviously if my insurance never covers for this work the lady I first spoke to knew that. She intentionally misled me. I did not pay, left the office and immediately called my insurance. They took down all my information and I filed a grievance. She advised me not to pay the bill and that this process could take months. A month later I was notified that they were launching a full investigation. They had gotten a copy of the itinerary I received on my first visit and had evidence they did, in fact, explicitly tell me I did not have to pay for this procedure. After the investigation concluded I was told they discovered Bright Now! did not do their due diligence with making sure I received the proper information and I did not have to pay for it, Bright Now! would be shelling out the cost for it. I did go back for my permanent crown (after they rescheduled me at the last minute, of course) and it went well, sometimes it's still sensitive months later but I refuse to go back to them. All in all my tooth is fixed and it worked out but the amount of stress I went through to get here is absurd. After the grievance went through on their end, I stopped receiving correspondence from their collections department and they have since cancelled my cleaning I had for this month, despite the fact that I scheduled for it 4 months ago. I will never come here again, I will rip my teeth out with pliers before I let these people near my mouth or wallet again. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.

Went in about a month ago this week. Need two teeth pulled from the bottom but because bone may need removed I opted for sedation. It was submitted to my insurance and I received the approval. I have been calling for two weeks trying to schedule the procedure and no one answers the phone OR returns calls. They were so nice in the beginning but now I am being ghosted! Now thanks to them I have to start this process over and I am not pleased one bit as i've been walking around with this infection for a very long time. The only way to get rid of the infection is to remove the source. Yeah, not impressed at all.

I am not even sure if I can give 1 star. I have never even been there. I have left 2 messages to inquire about making an appointment; still waiting on a call back. We recently go insurance through my employment & needed to find a dentist. But, after reading other reviews; maybe it is better they had not taken the time to call me back. Apparently, I will keep looking

Went in, all seemed good at first. Needed stuff submitted to insurance first, no problem I thought. A month later still nothing. Called and finally talked to someone different and said it wasn't submitted so they would put it through correctly. Since then absolutely no way of contacting them. Nobody ever answers the phone, nobody returns multiple left messages. Ultimately gave up and went looking for services elsewhere - do not waste your time with this place.

Had my teeth pulled and they sold me healing dentures for 1800 and they have never worked even after the first realign, now they lost a couple of workers and never answer the phone..oh and the insurance, half the office accepts one kind and the other half wont..not to mention being talked to like a child and don't ask any questions you will be sent to the front to talk with someone, I don't wonder anymore when I don't see a name tag on people there the ugly ones that get the most complaints, just go somewhere else...

I've been waiting a week for this place to call me back so I can schedule an appointment. No one answers so everytime I call it goes directly to voice mail. I've been calling all last week and still no human has called me back. I would not waste my time after what I have read about this place. And now they would like to reach out to me to improve my experience. ANSWER THE PHONE. That would improve my experience. How about calling me back instead of me wasting time talking to voice mail?

Double booked appt for cleaning that created 40 minute delay. Not happy that they did not call me ahead of time. However, everything else was great. Hygienist did a great job and was very personable.

You did a great job! The Dr and nurses are very kind and helpful. I have been told that getting bottom teeth pulled hurts worse than top teeth because they are stronger and thicker. I am a little sore, but not nearly as bad as the place I went to have the top ones done. The swelling is already starting to go down. I have decided that you will be the dentist office I stay with. I will see you again soon too get my dentures fitted. Thank you for everything!!

I would never recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely horrible and no respect for patients time! I took my 84 yr old grandma to this office for her appt to have her tooth fixed that broke as this was a choice with her insurance. We checked in for her appt 10 minutes prior to her time. We sat down to wait to be called back, after sitting for AN HOUR my grandma was done waiting. I went to the window to check on how much longer and was told we would get called back shortly in the next 20-30 minutes. Why do you even have appointment times if you can't even get called back to be seen until 90 minutes after you are scheduled? We left as I was not making her sit there any longer not knowing when we'd ever get called back and she said she was not waiting anymore. Completely an unprofessional office that has 0 respect or care for their patients time. I honestly have told others to stay clear of that place unless you have time to camp out and hope you get called back in under 2 hours for your scheduled appointment time. I wish I would have read these reviews first for this office as all the 1 star reviews are accurate!!!

Brought my 5 yr old son here to fill a cavity. The call center said they could do that in the 2 hour window that he scheduled us for. We waited an hour to go back, then we waited 20 or more minutes to be seen by the dental hygientest. The woman didn't even introduce herself to us, and just started cleaning my sons teeth. He's 5! He needed a little bit of an introduction or instruction on what was going to happen. She didn't floss his teeth, and made no attempt to make the appointment easy for him. Once we saw the dentist, he said my son had at least 5 cavities and would need to spend $1500 to get put under and have them filled. We have good insurance. This place seems like a scam. Do not recommend.

The one tech working in the back was unprofessional. The dentist told me without looking at my Xrays that I need two fillings but I have no cavities. He told me that I have a decaying tooth when I know the tooth is just discolored, I've had it my whole life.

I would rather give no stars! The most horrible experience with a dentist I've ever had. It was my first visit Bright Now. I had to sit in the waiting room almost an hour. Then they took approximately 12 x-rays. I asked, why so many x-rays and they said because I was a new patient. My other dentist always took 4. I only went here because of my insurance and it was closer to me because I moved. It was a horrible experience and it was all about the money. I did not need all the things he wanted to do, so he did nothing. Not even a cleaning. **BEWARE**

The wait was short. I was treated well for a basic checkup, and they took the time to treat a chipped tooth.

I do not recommend this pediatric dentist. I called in January to schedule an appointment for my daughter and they couldn't get her in until March. It's now March and was the day of the appointment and they called me to reschedule because their X-ray machine was broken. I called back the next week to schedule a new appointment and they said the soonest they can get her in would be September. I've already waited since January. Bad service
