PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

On Sunday, February 16th, three doctors from Bright Now! Dental provided underserved communities surrounding Mesa, AZ with the chance to receive free dental care! Dr. Abdullah Ahmad, Dr. Harlean Ahuja, and Dr. Leen Qutachi gathered with over 25 support staff to host a Day of Giving with the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

On Sunday, February 23rd, volunteers from Newport Dental partnered with the Smiles for Everyone Foundation to make a difference in their community. Four dentists and over 20 support staff came together to provide free cleanings, fillings, extractions and more at the Fullerton Day of Giving.

On November 2nd, five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving at Bright Now! Dental in Herndon, VA, sponsored by DDS Lab. DDS Lab is a full-service national dental lab that has been a proud partner of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation for many years. DDS Lab also supports the Foundations newest program called Implanting Inspiration, donating custom abutments and crowns for select recipients of free dental implants. On September 23, 40 volunteers from nine Bright Now Dental locations gathered at their local Olympia Dental office to provide free dental services to Veterans and their dependents. With the help from the Smiles for Everyone Foundation they were able to provide free dental care to seventy-two veterans including dental checkups and dental cleanings.

Bright Now Dental in Olympia, WA partnered with the Smiles for Everyone Foundation to provide free dental services to Veterans and their dependents. Many Americans have limited access to affordable dentists because they have no insurance, but the Smiles for Everyone Foundation is committed to providing free dental care to those in need.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

I love this mesa location. The staff its very friendly from the desk to the doctors. I had my braces put here and I love how friendly all are. Specially Veronica and Dr. Jones. Veronica does my adjustment and she it's very patient and takes time to make sure that everything it's ok. I never had any problems in this office.

I have not been to a dentist in so long and was terrified about going. My past activities have not led to a beautiful mouth! So I was feeling bad about going but I had to. The staff and dentist were so friendly and made me feel so welcome and they did not judge me at all. They were very encouraging and I left feeling so much better. I couldn't have picked a better dentist to visit and want to say thank you for making me feel comfortable and welcome! I appreciated all of y'all.

Not sure why this office is even open. One of the dentists who did crown work for my wife, was unable to identify the true problem, so after having gone through weeks of pain and associated expenses we find out that the tooth needs to be pulled. Staff at this office took weeks, and then scheduled my wife to have that tooth extracted; when she went in, she was told it's a cleaning session. Two more weeks go by, they schedule the extraction at the Surprise office, but they give us the Glendale office's address (We live in Gilbert). My wife is still suffering because of these peoples' incompetence. I hate to use the word, but the only thing I can find fair is that this place has idiots working there. Stay away from this place!

I love this mesa location. The staff its very friendly from the desk to the doctors. I had my braces put here and I love how friendly all are. Specially Veronica and Dr. Jones. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. FRONT DESK STAFF IS TRASH. Scheduled an appointment, gave all insurance info, was told I was ready for the appointment for myself and my child. Arrive at appointment, suddenly I'm not covered and they need more insurance info the day of appointment for my child. What a joke. Very unprofessional staff, none of them are the slightest bit personable.

Appointment was for 11:00. I arrived at 10:45, and filled out paperwork. I then sat in the waiting room until approximately 11:30 before I was called to the back. They took my xrays, and had me sit in another chair. I sat there for about 10 mins. They brought me a paper saying the fluoride would be $20 and I declined. They then moved me to another chair for the actual cleaning. The cleaning began at 12:17, over an hour past my appointment time. The cleaning was the most painful cleaning I had ever had. My mouth tasted like blood when I left the office. I have no decay or cavities so this was a very basic cleaning. Deduction of stars for making me wait an hour before my actual cleaning, and for the pain that was inflicted on me.

Have have been disappointed with this office over the past year. Staffing has changed and the hygienist is never on staff when I visit. I recently experienced rescheduling of my appointment. I scheduled for the first available Saturday in July and confirmed my appointment via email. Showed up Saturday morning to a closed office with no phone call from staff.
