Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Many Americans have limited access to affordable dentists because they have no insurance, but the Smiles for Everyone Foundation is committed to providing free dental care to those in need.
Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

Knew I was low income tried to steal from me. Will never recommend I better not get a bill for the complementary X-ray they said no charge and better not try my insurance. They try to sell you expensive treatments. Glad I walked out. All dentists are crooks beware

If you have braces and you're going for your check up with the dental hygienist just know she's more worried about gossiping than the health of your teeth. She does the absolute minimum. Doesn't clean between each tooth, rushes through every tooth instead of taking her time to clean each and between your teeth. Afterwards my teeth still have plaque buildup, there's plaque ON my braces that I can't remove myself with my waterpik and floss. I thought this is what dental hygienists are supposed to do?? I asked the dentist if anything could be done about stains on my back teeth that I've gotten after braces from not being able to reach there with my toothbrush and she said the dental hygienist would be able to easily remove those. Well she didn't. She barely touches my teeth just keeps asking personal questions while I'm trying to hold my mouth open for her to do her job! it's seriously annoying because I really care about my dental health and it's as if I never even got a cleaning.

I came in terrified, I had horrible experiences before but everyone in the office was extremely kind and so helpful. The dental surgeon Dr. Wright has to be the best I have ever seen. He worked so fast and told me everything he was going to do as well as answered all my questions. They made me feel so comfortable it makes me want to come back to the dentist haha I'm such a baby. But the dentist office has always scared me. But I just wanted to say thank you for helping me with my dental problem and I'll be back in a month for my check up

Dr. Lin was excellent. The office staff is very friendly and understanding. They take care of their patients and help them in a timely matter. Whenever I showed discomfort Dr. Lin would check on me. Would definitely recommend my friends and family too this office.

During my visit (menifee)the provider stood up after cleaning someone's mouth. She took off her gloves, then turned around and sat in the chair behind me. She looked me in the face and just started talking to me there was No sanitizing or hand washing in between patients and it makes me think as to when was the last time she washed her hands. During this time hygiene is very important, as a Healthcare professional myself I would be fired if I went patient to patient without some kind of hand hygiene. I hope you all take this into consideration.

Going to the dentist is one of my biggest phobias, but this dentist was great. I had my most severe dental work ever and they were fantastic. Who knew a root canal and crown could go so smoothly? I would have given them five stars, but they get one because of the dental office not being able to handle insurance billing or being able to communicate with the corporate office. I was seen five months ago and I have been going in circles with their corporate office, the dental office, and to a very limited degree, my insurance provider. I got a call from the Bright Now corporate office weeks ago telling me (I am paraphrasing) that my insurance declined payment. I called my insurance company and they said they did decline the payment because they asked the dentist office for the reason the procedure was needed and they never received a reply. I was told this is a common request, but no reply meant no payment. I then called the actual dental office and explained the situation. I was told they would make a note in my file and follow up with my insurance company. Today, a few weeks later, I received another call from the Bright Now corporate office asking me if I had resolved the issue and there were no notes in my file. I told them of my conversation with the dental office, but then asked the obvious question... If they were the Bright Now corporate office then why can't they directly communicate with the dental office or my insurance company instead of placing me in the middle? The very nice young lady I was speaking with told me a manager would follow-up with the dentist office. I was very pleased with the dental work I received, but this billing issue has been ridiculous and I almost paid for something before my insurance company said they would cover it if the dentist office replied. I even told my insurance company that I may pay it to get it resolved and the woman did not hesitate to say don't do that and dispute it. It seems as if the dentist office is not doing their insurance billing properly and then the corporate office does not seem to communicate with the dentist office. Instead, they expect the patient to fix their communication and paperwork problems or just pay for something insurance will likely cover (unless the dentist office cannot justify what was done). I've never run a business, but this doesn't seem to be a great way of pleasing your customers. Instead, they lost me as a customer and I will not be shy about warning others to stay away unless paying cash. I will update this review if the billing ever gets resolved.

First time being a patient here and my visit went amazing!! The receptionist Alyson was very kind and helpful, Dr. Bui was very thorough during the exam, and Tammy the Hygienist was very sweet and gentle throughout the cleaning. Definitely would recommend this dental office to my friends and family!!

Great doctor and assistant. They stayed 2 HOURS after the closed to make sure my sons root canal and crown were done properly. They jokes around with him and made him very comfortable. Will definitely go back in the future.

The staff were really nice and friendly but overall we felt lied to. It was more like a sales speech. When my wife and I went to Bright Now Dental it reminded us like when you take your car for an oil change and they tell you that you need a new engine Etc. you know how that goes when you go to the mechanic. My wife and I were very happy patients for 15 years with our old dentists in Murrieta. The reason we end up with Bright Now Dental was because my job company change insurance and our new insurance was not in network with our old Dentist in Murrieta. When we went for the first time they denied us our basic cleaning service because apparently my wife and I needed a deep cleaning and they couldn't do any basic cleaning until we took care of the deep cleaning and much more other expensive work... together it was in the thousands. With our previous Dentist we were always on time and never miss any cleaning work that we need it. After leaving the Bright Now dental office my wife and I were so upset and confused. So my wife made an appointment and went to see our old dentist as a cash patient to make sure if it was true what they had told us at Bright Now Dental, that she really needed a deep cleaning=and our old Dentist told my wife that it was a lie because after checking the x-rays everything look great and she did not need a deep cleaning. Also she did not need it to have her bottom wisdom teeth remove which they were charging her over $1,000 at Bright Now Dental office. When in the past are old Dentist remove my wife upper wisdom teeth he only charged us $260 in total for both teeth. Are dentist charge us 130 for each molar. It's really hard to find an honest dental office, so for that we are going to stick with our old dentist of 15 years. Bright Now Dental all they did was run our insurance and never provided us with our basic cleaning service. I don't recommend Bright Now Dental.

After conducting some research I selected Bright Now Dental based on the favorable reviews I read. Additionally, the office location is perfect for me. As my dental needs included the need for a temporary crown one was created and done while the permanent one is completed as well as a filling. Dr. Bui explained everything clearly and was very professional. The staff were very helpful in assisting me arrange for payment of the dental care needed. I highly recommend this office for your dental care needs. Thank you!
