Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

I was told I had 5 cavities. I had them fix 3 and decided to wait on the other two. I decided to go to another dentist to get a second opinion on the other two cavities and to find out why one of the teeth they worked on was bothering me. I got an X-ray (on just the side bright note said I had cavities) and the new dentist said I didn't have any cavity problems. He helped correct one of the fillings that was hurting me. I have to go back again to my new dentist because the other teeth bright now dental filled are now starting to hurt.

This is the type of dental office that rips off the community. They wanted to charge me $ 5,700 for a deep root cleaning and to fix a broken filling. Predatory dental office. I have insurance !! I have had lots of dental work, in Beverly hills, and all, this place was the highest because the decide e their clients ! They need to be inspected by consumer affairs and the insurance commissioner! The operate in certain communities because the feel the won't be questioned. They are like predatory Lenders!

Don't ever go there. I went for a sensitive tooth and the dentist told me I have 4 cavities(which weren't hurting at all). I went ahead with the process. However, they didn't do anything about the tooth that was actually hurting. Reading all the comments now I think they messed up my perfectly fine teeth just to charge more. They used up my insurance and now I have to go find another dentist to fix the sensitive tooth that I went to the office for. To make it even worse, they sent me a bill that literally has nothing on it, just says balance, must pay. Terrible office, don't go.

I went in for service on July 20 2021 and paid my entire balance owed that day of $1400 with my insurance paying the remaining $200. I then get a bill in February 2022 for $200 saying the insurance company didn't cover the service done on July 21 2021. I went the office to dispute the charges and was told management is only in on the weekdays and will call me back. I went back 3 weeks laters and got the same response. It is now June 2022 and I have not heard back and keep getting calls from collections trying to collect the payment. I am very disappointed in this unprofessionalism. Management didn't even try to look into it. I called my insurance company, Blue Shield, and they said they couldn't get a hold of any manager at the location to go over the itemized charges. Stay away from this location and check your charges and make sure you get a signed receipt by management indicating the services were paid so they don't come back and say you came on a different day when in fact you didn't.

Staff was polite and did great work catching me up after not going to the dentist over covid! My only complaints are that this is a corporate dental office that I was required to use for my dental insurance. Insurance only covers xrays and cleanings, but the intake paperwork the office makes you sign says "I understand that during treatment, it may be necessary to change or add procedures....I give my permission to the Dentist to make any/all changes and additions as necessary" and "I agree to follow the Dentist's treatment plans" even if my insurance doesn't cover it. By the time they worked up all the treatment options they wanted for me, and then confirmed that my insurance didn't cover it ($800+ because they want to redo my previous fillings), they didn't have time to conduct the cleaning. I got lucky that the next patient was a no-show so they could go ahead and do my cleaning. This is something I've never had to deal with in 30 years of dental visits to private offices.

3 hour wait, unorganized, broken credit card machine. Dentist was nice. This is my second review, only 1hour :45 minute wait this time. Unacceptable. They put you in a chair and forget about you. My cleaning was done in a room that was also being used as a storage room for equipment and a wheelchair.

They always have availability on Saturdays, and as long as you get there 10-15 mins before your appointment, they can usually get you in right around your scheduled slot. Yes, they are expensive, but the dentist makes sure you're comfortable at all times. I was nodding off during one of my root canals. So you're paying for comfort, customer service, and availability. I was able to get all my dental work done on Saturdays, and I had pretty extensive work, so I would say it's a pretty good deal.

The best experience at a dentist I've had in a long time: all of the staff was so helpful and the dentist took the time to explain what was going on, gave different treatment options and outlined the cost of each, and didn't try to sell me on any whitening treatments or other extra things.

Dr. David was the best! He explained everything to me and made the process as comfortable as possible. Scheduling department was fast and responsive and was able to get me in quick. The office team was able to explain benefits throughly and help with future appointments. Thanks for making my California dental experience way better than my previous experiences in the state!

I'm writing this review because my husband was seen at this office, they told him he had periodontal disease and did all these treatments on him, it didn't seem right so I had him get a 2nd opinion. He got a copy of his x-rays the lady behind the desk was very rude when he asked for a copy. He waited for 45 minutes they weren't helping anyone else. He filled out the form to get the copy of his x-rays. Over all when he got his 2nd opinion from another dental office it turns out he didn't have periodontal disease, so they lied to my husband. He still wanted to make sure he got a 3rd opinion said the same thing he didn't have periodontal disease. Then this office sent him a bill claiming that our dental insurance didn't cover deep cleaning, which it did so I called our dental insurance to see what it covers, she gave me the coverage so she also called the office my husband went to to tell them why are they claiming the deep cleaning wasn't covered, at the same time my husband called the dental office also now telling my husband the charge was waved you owe nothing, this office was trying to charge my husband for a lot of money because we have really good insurance. The staff are rude, taking more money then they should. I wouldn't recommend going to this dental office.

Highly unsatisfied with my experience here. I recommend you go to another dentist before coming here. My appointment was at 3pm. Waited 45-60 mins until they called me. I suggest being more punctual. The environment isn't the most sanitary I noticed. The front desk and doctor was cool but the rest of the staff's vibes were just super negative and on edge. I own a business and the first thing a customer wants to experience is exceptional customer service, they have failed this part which in return causes a customer to never go back. I'll invest my money elsewhere into getting my teeth cleaned. Waited an additional 25 mins just to get paperwork. Again you need to value the customers time over anything. I suggest whoever owns this establishment to reinterview your staff and I guarantee you'll want to make some adjustments.
