Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

Service and staff were outstanding but they really need to STOP with the upselling and not giving people options. They make people feel like that 1 upsell option they provided is the only option. We should have say and not feel like they won't provide the service we were scheduled for if we decide we don't want to approve additional services. I don't even think the insurance company would be okay with that.

Very well oiled machine. Staff is courteous and recognize by first name basis. Office manager is competent and friendly and recognizes you on first name basis. Dentist and staff are friendly professional. They can perform their procedures effectively with minimal pain and stress. Highly recommend.

Very unpleasant experience, They are billing me for services not rendered or not authorize They are billing my Cigna Dental services twice, I have asked them to send me a copy of the so-called authorization for services not rendered.

Price gouging; did not offer me any other low cost options; they did not bill my Delta Dental insurance with consistent charges. I had a previous procedure and I needed a repeat of that same procedure on a different tooth and they tried to charge twice the amount of the previous procedure. Filing a grievance to report these unethical billing procedures being done by Bright Now Dental Office and have changed to an ethical and professional dental office. Very disappointed! :(

DO NOT GO HERE! This place should honestly be shutdown. It's a complete SCAM. You will not be able to get anything done here without them trying to get you to pay out of pocket. Doesn't matter if you have insurance. They will try to charge you for something that isn't covered by your insurance. Everytime. I've given this place so many tries. So has my husband. They are running a full blown illegal operation. Ask them how long each of their dentists have been working there. Not one of them more than a year. Even the dentists working there understand the business is a scam. The turnover is astounding. The front of the house receptionist is so rude. There are plenty of other dentists you can go to. Just don't go here! You're welcome

I enjoy visiting Bright Now! Dental, because of the staff and clean environment. With a variety of appointment time slots, they always find a way to accommodate my ever-changing schedule. The dental care is professional; the dental tech and dentist listen to & properly address my concerns.

After waiting for an hour. I was given a quote for something that the doctor didn't even suggest. After questioning the discrepancy I was told I could not be helped until the following day and the procedure would not be covered. I call this a WALMART dental office

Getting an appointment for deep cleaning took almost 2 months. On day of the 09:00 appointment the office receptionist called me at 08:15 to cancel appointment because the hygienist was not feeling well because of second dose effects. That is understandable. My appointment was rebooked a week later. Day of appointment I learned that only right side of mouth will have deep cleaning. I was not informed that is the case. If I was made aware, I would have booked the second half immediately. April 19 was the first half deep cleaning and I was given a Jun 22 appointment for the second half, a good 2 month wait after the first cleaning. Receptionist should be proactive in informing patients what's going on and give us the best service the office can offer.
