Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. I went yesterday for an appointment got out of work and drove 1 1/2 hrs to see the for cracked tooth on my lower right side and he didn't even try to do anything. He told me to make another appointment to see the specialist for a different tooth on the left side what a waste of time

Great and professional staff. A shout out to the dental hygienist who did a very thorough job on my cleaning and for explaining why I need a water pik. I went ahead and got one and it's amazing. It gets everything out from between your teeth. My mouth feels great. I really appreciate my dentist.

Staff are wonderful and considerate. Doctors constantly check on your pain levels and work to make you comfortable. there was however, a very long wait to complete my service as doctor was attending several patients at once, but will definitely recommend. Very happy overall.

Clean, modern, up to date technology and overall quick, fast and most importantly professional in Erving their customers. I really give kuddos to the front desk lady playing multiple hats but she was exceptionally detailed, takes care of her patients, and ensures it is a great experience physically at the site but on the phone and even post experience dealing with the billing. I have been going here since I moved to Lodi two years ago. The office itself is bright and clean. The front desk people are friendly and efficient. Dr. Keshav is an excellent dentist. Vong, who is the Registered Dental Assistant always takes great care of you and is very professional and caring.

The staff is very friendly, the equipment and the center is new and clean. Their dental hygienist is excellent and friendly as well. I gave 4/5 stars because the main dentist needs to be a little more friendly and communicative. He seems to be a friendly from the big smiling picture in the office but I guess he chooses certain patients to be friendly with? Other than that, the visit was great!

My boyfriend & daughter both had a terrible visit with this so called dentist. It is very obvious that he does not care about his patients or the quality of the work performed. My daughter left in tears. They lied about how much they were charging. Then to top it off I got a letter in the mail stating all of my daughter's personal info was involved in a data breach and could possibly end up on the dark web. If zero stars was an option that is what they would have gotten. They are all about the money please do not waste your time here as he will waste as little time and attention on your mouth as possible. It is such a shame, I hope this review helps some people decide to go else where. I hate to say it, but it's true.

This was my first visit at Bright Now. I wasn't impressed by the amount of wait time throughout my appointment. Not just the waiting time at 3 different times. But I had to move to 3 different rooms. After my X-rays, I was moved to another room for an exam by the dentist and then sat there 15 or more minutes before having to get up and moved to another room for a cleaning. My previous dentist never made me wait let alone had me get up and move several times. Then they upsold me on an.oral irrigation for $35. It was just mouth rinse squirted on my teeth. I won't fall for that again. We'll see how my next exam goes if they improve the time I'm there.

Have been going here about a year. Has been a good experience so far. Everyone very friendly. All the way up to the boss dentist. They just tell you what you need, and how to get there. They do not harp on you if you are over due..

Very professional. The staff, the dentist all did a very good job. Technician who performed the cleaning is very good and knowledgeable of the function she holds. After speaking with my wife, this is our new dentist. We plan on sticking with this dentist and staff.
