Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

Dr. Park had terrible bedside manners, barely spoke 2 words, also was scheduled for an x ray and cleaning and was told it was just an x ray which i had already had done. Terribly managed property

Never go here! During my cleaning the guy ended up ripping off my filling and said it would have come off eventually. After 6 months of waiting to get a filling back on it fell off 4 months later!!!!! Waste of money. Never going back and will never recommend to anyone. Same thing happened with my friends crown. It fell off 3 times in a 8 day period and finally she went some where else to get quality work. Don't waste your money going here.

Bright Now Dental group is a nice and caring dental group. When my crown fell off right before Thanksgiving they got me in the office and cemented it back on in time for the holiday. Recently my husband lost his bottom denture. They got him in right away and started the process to replace it..

Was trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt but sadly disappointed. I was confirmed for my appointment a month ago the night before by several text messages and calls/VM alike. When I showed up for my appointment , front desk girls told me the texted me this morning to cancel because of no hygienist. I never got a text or a call. I'm in health care and realize the gravity of being short handed so I decided to just let it go. Today I'm back for my rescheduled appointment left work an hour early and after three consecutive days of calls and texts confining I was glad I was gonna be seen. 45 minutes into my appointment I'm over hearing the girls talk in Spanish , yes ofc I understand but what bothered me is the lack of communication. Twice. Had the lady just said hey we just need to run your insurance and waiting on that I would have known why I was still sitting 40 min later. Thank god for the hygienist Robin who was just a temp but she certainly smoothed it over. Anyways, work on the communication. I don't typically write reviews but in this case it's well deserved.

I had a cleaning with Hygienist-ROBYN She was wonderful She told me she was agency, l wish she was permanent . It was the best cleaning l ever had- the equipment has been updated and it was stress-free Thank You See you in January Happy New Year

Made appointments for my daughters a month prior. I get a call the day before the appointment advising me that there will be no cleanings due to no hygienist available. I specifically asked for teeth cleanings. Who calls the day before to advise you that the services you asked for isn't available? The staff was very rude when I asked about this. Never again!

I've been coming to this practice for over 10 years and I have noticed in the last two years they have gone way down hill I'd had a you have this image partial made had it fitted than it had sent out and then I was sick and I could not make my appointment and it took two more months for me to go in to get my partial did it and then they told me it would be over a year before they could give me a cleaning appointment now this place can't seem to keep hygienists their staff is rude and they don't seem to care about how long it takes for people and the what they're doing yes as soon as I get my partial fitted and everything's a go I am definitely switching to a different dentist

Was convinced to go back. Made changes to my new dentures. After 3 weeks of waiting they came back exactly like they were before. The dentist kept telling me what was needed. I had teeth knocked out 45 years ago, I have NEVER had problems having dentures made. Can not recommend them for anything.

Feel very uncomfortable when non staff people remain in close quarters with face protection (not in private area receiving treatment). A time or two, I have seen unfaced people beyond reception area but not in treatment room yet. I understand the staff are only told to post mask signs and not police visitors but, safety for everyone comes first. An open mouth is one of three areas for the defensive to COVID-19 or any other germ. Because of this fact, I take extra measures for self-protection Please reinforce safety protocols, do not allow procedures to get laxed because people think the shots/boosters is their (and everyone) cure for absolute protection.

This company is nothing more than a money machine. Offices are supposed to be interconnected so services can be coordinated and performed at different offices. That is why I originally agreed to use them. This is not the case and the location on Ulmerton put me through a series of new X-rays, tried to convince me I needed additional services which some are covered by my insurance but they tried to tell me I had to pay for them. And to cap it all off, after an hour and a half in their office, I was told I would need to reschedule for my cleaning. That was the original purpose of my visit. I will never use them again!!!!
