Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. The clinic is nice and clean. The receptionist and registration services need to be more friendly. The waiting time for registration and check in is long. The same long waiting to finish X-Ray and to see the dentist. My appointment was 9:00 and finished by around 11:40 am.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This place called me at the 11th hour right before they closed the day before my appointment with concerns about my insurance, but didn't do the due diligence. The morning of my appointment, I was scrambling to address the concerns they brought up right before they closed the day before. I ended up being about 20 minutes late for my appointment due to this place completely being unprofessional and causing me a panic on the morning of my appointment. During my new patient appointment, the dentist said I had an abscess, then said they would come up with a plan, which took literally about 25 minutes of me just waiting there. The dentist never came back to talk about the plan, just the dental assistant, and was unable to speak about the absess mentioned by the dentist. That's a huge glaring oversight to tell me "you have a problem" and then completely forget to tell me how they would remedy the problem they found. The dentist finally came back and spoke to me. They wanted $5300 to do two deep cleanings and a crown. My cost = 1728, so prepare yourself for sticker shock when you come here too. I ended up telling the front desk not to reschedule me, refused to sign any paperwork surrounding the $1728 rip-off for dental work, requested to speak to a district manager and the office refused to give me that information, and my wife cancelled her appointment too. Going back to my old dentist. It might be an hour trip, but at least they cared, didn't grossly disrespect my time, and didn't try to rip me off to the tune of almost 2 grand. Read the other reviews. They mention the same.

The staff is very unprofessional. I was scheduled last week for an exam and cleaning, to be called the same day to reschedule the cleaning because the hygenist had an emmergency. So I rescheduled both appointments for today because I also work and have a schedule like everybody. Same thing happened, my dentist had an emmergency, I asked to speak to a supervisor. She (the office manager) was no help at all, she was defending the office instead of understanding my side of the story and frustration. To make a long story short, she would NOT reschedule me for next month although the receptionist told me that the hygenist will be available next month, mind you I have family members who have scheduled appointments for next month. Now she said they only have 1 hygenist at that location and people have emmergencies, her hygenist has an ongoing emmercy and they will contact me if and when the hygenist returns it could be in July, so does that mean no cleaning is getting done until the hygenist returns? Nope, that's a nice way to say don't come back here. They are very rude and unsympatethic at that location. You can't cancel patients appointments back to back and not offer an alternative, they brushed me off.

The experience was not the most pleasant, I am not the first person who thinks the same about the ATTITUDES of the receptionist or Manager and I mean Mrs. Nati, very kind when you are a new patient, once you ask her questions based on your treatments or medical plan that is part of her job, is uncomfortable and begins to have inappropriate attitudes, but the saddest thing is that Dr. Isadora Gonzalez who is very good Dr., but how every Dr. remains in his work area and can almost never see the situations not until you have to resort directly with them to raise the situation and obviously the emplead@ gains advantage in telling things to his convenience, to justify their wrong actions and the Doctors choose to look for another place, to evade. These situations are not reported and it goes unnoticed people continue to have abuse of power for their positions. It's good that I'm not the only one who has gone through the same experience with this Mrs. That's why I will NEVER go back to that place let alone recommend it. The importance of reading the opinions of a place is very important for a week ago was that I realized that several people had left a similar opinion of this same person, but believe me I would NEVER have gone through this situation. But God sees everything. From experience you learn

Everyone was very courteous and professional. My one issue was that my first appointment was for 11am and I was advised to report 15 minutes early. I was not seen till 11:50 which I feel was longer than I expected.

I called this office yesterday requesting the soonest available appointment for a dental emergency. My wisdom tooth has been causing me a LOT of pain and I've started running a fever. I was scheduled for today at 2PM. I arrived at 1:30PM to fill out paperwork, but the receptionist said the dentist wasn't in today. I was very confused and asked why no one had notified me, but she just shrugged at me and said the dentist had an emergency. She called the Sand Lake location to see if I could be transferred there, but they weren't answering, so she gave me their number and basically told me "here, you try getting a hold of them, have a nice day, bye." I was still in a lot of pain, so I sat in my car on hold with the Sand Lake location, just hoping I could be seen by someone, ANYONE, because the pain was so bad. After half an hour on hold, I was told that the Sand Lake location wasn't taking any more patients for the day and to call back Monday (it's Friday now). I'm extremely upset at how this was handled. I was brushed off by the Osceola Parkway location despite having an emergency appointment, and the receptionist made no effort to help me work something out with another branch. Just gave me a phone number and sent me off. I can understand if the Sand Lake location was full for the day, they hadn't made and canceled my appointment, but every person I spoke to was unsympathetic and offered no options except to take an ibuprofen (does nothing for this pain) and wait until Monday. I understand if there's no availability at another location, but to cancel someone's emergency appointment with no notice and not offer any alternatives except to wait for three days in searing pain is unacceptable. At the very least, someone could have offered me the number of an emergency/weekend dentist, but I got the impression that they just didn't want to deal with me.

Total waste of time. I scheduled an appointment to get x-rays, an exam, and a cleaning for 11am today. I arrived at 10:40am and completed my new patient forms by 10:50am. However, my name was not called until 11:40am (40 minutes after my appointment time). I got my xrays and was then taken to the hygienist's (Fabio?) chair. He explained to me that he was taking his lunch break at noon and had another appointment at 1pm so if I wanted a cleaning I would have to come back at another time. I was shocked and really wish they would've said something sooner instead of wasting my time. Besides the cleaning and exam/ x-rays I wanted to get an estimate for a new night guard and teeth whitening. I was quoted $715 for a new night guard and told to use Crest White Strips. I have never had dental insurance and my first night guard was less than half the price I was quoted today. I'm extremely disappointed. I wasted 2 hours and didn't even get my teeth cleaned. I'm also no closer to getting a new night guard. Now I have to schedule somewhere else and get another exam so I can get my teeth cleaned and find a reasonably priced guard to protect my teeth.

You want some nasty attitude, this is the place to come! I was told to arrive an hour prior to our scheduled appointment so they could have enough time to do my cleaning. I arrived an hour early, and had to wait an hour. I asked if I'd still have time for the cleaning since the hour had passed and got a mouthload of attitude.
