Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

On Sunday, February 16th, three doctors from Bright Now! Dental provided underserved communities surrounding Mesa, AZ with the chance to receive free dental care! Dr. Abdullah Ahmad, Dr. Harlean Ahuja, and Dr. Leen Qutachi gathered with over 25 support staff to host a Day of Giving with the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

On Sunday, February 23rd, volunteers from Newport Dental partnered with the Smiles for Everyone Foundation to make a difference in their community. Four dentists and over 20 support staff came together to provide free cleanings, fillings, extractions and more at the Fullerton Day of Giving.

Many Americans have limited access to affordable dentists because they have no insurance, but the Smiles for Everyone Foundation is committed to providing free dental care to those in need.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

Rude and incompetent receptionist... Be prepared to wait. I showed up 10 minutes early for appointment then waited 30 minutes on top of that. I asked how longer the wait?... The receptionist said "it's going to be a way longer wait" implying upwards of an additional hour. I asked why the long wait and they told me "that's the way corporate offices work". This is unacceptable. That's not the way corporate offices work... That's the way this office works. I'm no longer doing business here.

Currently in the process of switching to the La Quinta office, I've had it with the miscommunication of the front desk staff at this location. From "confirming" appointments with me, only for me to show up and say I wasn't scheduled, to waiting in the lobby for 2 hours because I was forgotten about, to now being told my insurance won't cover my braces anymore now that I am 21. I turned 21 in May and they still were servicing me and now that it is August all of sudden I have to pay? And I WASNT notified in advance? Last month Lizzy Ramirez called me saying my insurance needed progress pictures and I needed to come in ASAP. She did not tell me why just that they need progress pictures...I told her I had work so if I cannot make it today I will call to reschedule (again she called me wanting me in that same day) So I reschedule for a different day (today) finally show up and then I am told I have to pay out of pocket. She claims she explained this to me, which she DID not. SO much miscommunication. Ive never had an issue with the hygienist or the orthodontist themselves. Just a shame these women have ruined the name of this location.

The person performing the x-rays was excellent. Was not happy how the dentist and hygienist were trying to push on me to have caps implanted at a cost of $2,500 each when there was no need to have the treatment

Dr Michael (I didn't catch his last name) was very kind and informative. He talked me through everything he did and also let me know how to prevent certain things in the future. He did a great job on my cleaning too, I could immediately feel the difference.

The Dental Hygienist, Michael refused my request to apply numbing gel on my blind husband's gums prior to his dental cleaning. I'm trying to be his best health advocate and prevent any extra discomfort but was denied a basic right.

Worst place ever! I was having pain in one of my teeth and they wouldn't even help me. I had gone to them before and they also didn't do anything for me. Do not go to this place. They just treat you like a number and not a person in pain.

Had to change my 5 star review. People have come and gone since the 4 years I started coming here when i first wrote my review. When I first started coming the workers were great, but it seems many of those great workers have left. I've had nothing but issues recently with this office. From them saying they confirmed payment details about my appointment when they called to confirm my appointment (which btw they don't because it's an automated system that you push a button to confirm your appointment, so that's a lie). Then when you come in, you're waiting because there's no one in the front to sign you in, and the wait to be seen is becoming equally long. The dentist are good, it's mostly the front office that's lacking. Maybe they are under new management; regardless, try another dentist office or the Bright Now in LA Quinta. 2018 This is a great dental place. Everyone at the office is extremely friendly. From Andrea in the front, to Tammy the hygienist in the back. They go over everything so you can understand and they really are there to help you out. This will be my dentist from now on. Love it.

The management has done a lot to improve the turnover in staff and customer service. The hygienist is excellent and works very quickly which is truly appreciated.

Bad service. I got there at 8:45. It was 10:40 and the only thing they did was xrays. They said it was because they had a specialists. Then why did they give me an appointment at that time and day? If I would have stayed I would probably be there until 2:00 pm, while everyone was getting in except me. Don't come here they are not as bright as they say.
