Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

On Sunday, February 16th, three doctors from Bright Now! Dental provided underserved communities surrounding Mesa, AZ with the chance to receive free dental care! Dr. Abdullah Ahmad, Dr. Harlean Ahuja, and Dr. Leen Qutachi gathered with over 25 support staff to host a Day of Giving with the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

On Sunday, February 23rd, volunteers from Newport Dental partnered with the Smiles for Everyone Foundation to make a difference in their community. Four dentists and over 20 support staff came together to provide free cleanings, fillings, extractions and more at the Fullerton Day of Giving.

On November 2nd, five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving at Bright Now! Dental in Herndon, VA, sponsored by DDS Lab. Many Americans have limited access to affordable dentists because they have no insurance, but the Smiles for Everyone Foundation is committed to providing free dental care to those in need.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

The frontdesk at this place is the most unprofessional people I've ever seen. As I was waiting at the lobby, one of the women was on the phone talking to a gentlemen and was listening to this rude woman. She reminded me when I made an appointment, the same treatment I got at that time. To the owner, you need to replace and clean up the rudeness of your business.

After visiting for a consult and getting a cleaning I had troubles when it came to my filling. I had to go back twice for adjustments since it was not done correct the first time. The third attempt to see the doctor I walked out as they had me waiting for an hour and took back people who came in after me. They tried to reason why this was okay when it was not and have no understanding of other peoples time during a work day. At the last appointment still took back someone who checked in after me who was seeing the Sam doctor as he was next door to me. This office has not care about the patient and love to make you wait. You wait to go back and wait to see the dentist.

The staff was friendly and helpful, The Dr. was nice and knowledgeable, he made me feel very relaxed and that's saying something because I'm deadly afraid of Dentist....that's one of the reason my teeth are like they are. I'm looking at months of thing's being done in my mouth, it helps to know the people who will be doing that work care.

Have dental insurance that my provider was changing to them. Had an appointment for a month and a week before the appointment they said they don't accept immediate transfers. Had they said this when the appointment was scheduled it would have been 30 days. We in turn pay for insurance and they refused to accept it so had to pay out of pocket. Such a joke.

From the looks of it, I won't be able to get a single cleaning done in 2022! Also, I'd suggest getting an online portal to simplify the paperwork.

Had a pleasant visit. My only issue is not having enough dental hygienists. My wife had her cleaning appointment cancelled because of no hygienist and the closest date is APRIL 2023. Kinda sad.

Okay service. Often feel rushed by dentist who has poor bedside manner. His work itself seems good. Dental hygienists, it really depends on who you get regarding bedside manner.

My dissatisfaction is with the front office clerk Jessica who needs a lot of training on how to deal with clients/patients. She's not nice & was very rude. She threatens me that if I don't pay the balance, which I did not yet received a bill for, that they will not treat or see my son for his follow-up check for ortho appointment unless I pay the balance. She was not friendly & was very rude. That was one reason I left them years ago. The only reason I chose them again is because of the cost of their Orthodontics services which is a little less compared to other clinics, but will not consider any other dental services with them after my experience. I asked to speak to the manager & Jessica just took my info & I still have not heard from anyone. However, the orthodontist Dr. Zarka is great.

I called was met with a recording saying they are open only one Saturday a month all these places use the term emergency if they were really an emergency dental service they would be open 7 days a week 24 hours a day like area hospitals they should not be allowed to use the term emergency as that is false advertising

Reducing to 2 star rating. I think the larger organization of Bright Now Dental has a lot of issues, and I advise against using this place. However, the people at the local Huber Heights branch are pretty good to work with. At the last two visits there I noticed a screw either loose and the joint worn or the screw missing on the arms that hold equipment, some of which is suspended above you. I am still waiting on a basic cleaning after they dropped my appointment back when COVID started. On May 3, 2022, I asked to be put on a schedule for a cleaning, and the soonest they could do was Feb 15, 2023. That is not a mistake on the year, and I am not a new patient. They were able to squeeze in my filling and if you ever do get care it seems professional. They may offer to put you on a cancelation notice, but they told me there could be something like 100 people on that list also waiting. Previous review The care received is quality and people are nice. The customer service is not that great. They can't get you on a schedule right now because they are too booked up from Covid and have to wait for a cancellation. They have some funny policy's where you get an exam but have to come back another day to get a cleaning.
