PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

On Sunday, February 16th, three doctors from Bright Now! Dental provided underserved communities surrounding Mesa, AZ with the chance to receive free dental care! Dr. Abdullah Ahmad, Dr. Harlean Ahuja, and Dr. Leen Qutachi gathered with over 25 support staff to host a Day of Giving with the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

On Sunday, February 23rd, volunteers from Newport Dental partnered with the Smiles for Everyone Foundation to make a difference in their community. Four dentists and over 20 support staff came together to provide free cleanings, fillings, extractions and more at the Fullerton Day of Giving.

On November 2nd, five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving at Bright Now! Dental in Herndon, VA, sponsored by DDS Lab. DDS Lab is a full-service national dental lab that has been a proud partner of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation for many years. With the help from the Smiles for Everyone Foundation they were able to provide free dental care to seventy-two veterans including dental checkups and dental cleanings.

Bright Now Dental in Olympia, WA partnered with the Smiles for Everyone Foundation to provide free dental services to Veterans and their dependents. Many Americans have limited access to affordable dentists because they have no insurance, but the Smiles for Everyone Foundation is committed to providing free dental care to those in need.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

To leave a patient in the amount of pain I have been in since November is not acceptable. To return to the dentist's office numerous times only to be sent back home with an uncertainty of any type of resolution is not acceptable. To follow a dentist from one office to the next because you had faith in him to only be let down is disappointing. Regardless if I needed a root canal or if I had an infected tooth, or if I needed periodontics - so be it! Someone needed to make a decision, and no one did until the last visit, which I was then sent home again to come back the next day. It may have only been a day, but keep in mind Bright Now! Dental I've been going through this already for 4-months. Never again. Dr. English and the string of other people I have seen at your three locations have been less than helpful. Reply to your followup. ****I'm not interested in any follow-up, please not contact me by phone, text, or mail.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I am so disappointed because the Denver office for Bright Now was amazing so I thought I would switch over to this location because it was closer to my work. I regret that decision 10000% First they call me and tell me that the time the schedules me for my appointment was not actually a time that the doctor is available .... THEN WHY DID YOU SCHEDULE ME THEN. So I change my appointment and go in on my lunch break. They asked me to come in 15 min early to fill out paperwork. Turns out I didn't have to fill out anything. From the moment I walked in the receptionist sat on her phone texting... and continued for the next 35 minutes that I was waiting. She even had my ideas she was supposed to copy just sitting there while she texted. I finally asked her how much longer this is going to take and she replies and says "he had another patient before you" .... so then why is my appt at 11am??? They take back into the room where the doctor doesn't come in until 11:45.... so my whole lunch break is over by now. The doctor looks at my teeth and now it's time for my cleaning... which the doctor did..... I have never had such a terrible experience. He asked me to hold the suction thing... and then continues to get water ALL OVER ME! It's dripping down my back in my hair and my dress to the point where I had to stop him and sit up and move my hair. He even went and got napkins !?!? This is NOT NORMAL. It was extremely painful and when it came time to brush my teeth he put toothpaste on my teeth and then made me rinse. Probably took less then 30 seconds... then he attempted to floss my teeth, and I'm pretty sure he only flossed about four because he couldn't figure out the correct angle to do it and barely got the floss anywhere near gums. I would rather drive an hour and sit in traffic then EVER come back to this horrendous office again. DO NOT GO HERE!

Highly rude and inefficient staff. Ms.Ginger doesn't know how to read schedule and keep cancelling and rescheduling my appointment just before 3days everytime. Last time when I got really frustrated, she kept me on hold for more than 5min and then put the call off without completing rescheduling or apologising. They need trained staff who know how to deal with patients. Won't recommend this office because of this lady, else doctor and hygienist are good. Also they don't have any pediatric dentist as they claim while scheduling kids.

Complete waste of time. Set appointment for check up and cleaning. When I showed up two days later for the appointment I was told the doctor didn't have time to do the cleaning and they tried to call and let me know. Never got a call and was blown off as my time wasn't as important as hers. Left and wont return.

I had an appointment at Bright Now! for an exam and cleaning yesterday. I had a great experience and truly enjoyed my visit (especially how clean my teeth felt after the cleaning). All the staff, from front desk to assistants to hygienists to dentists, were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I would definitely recommend Bright Now! to anyone looking for a great dental experience. Thanks so much, guys!

Very slow turn around time for receiving digital x-rays. Ignored calls and had to go into the office at least twice to get them to send them out to doctor. Had to wait around a month to get those images sent out and was told several times they would do it. Did not check my insurance and charged 6 months later for full set of images. Bad customer services!

I previously had AWFUL experiences at this location...I would never had gone back, but due to my insurance, this was it. So I bit the bullet and took my chances and decided to go back after a year. THANK GOD the staff has changed, the Dentist is New and my experience today was nothing short of an answered prayer. I previously was told I needed deep cleaning and multiple fillings. Today, I gently questioned this with the crew and asked for a second opinion from the new doc. I got it and guess what--I saved a few thousand dollars. Thank you for the integrity you represented today! Thank you for taking time to hear, readdress the issues, and respond appropriately. I don't have to dread returning--you all made my entire year!
