Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE! They have the rudest office manager that will tell you: you owe for "SOMETHING" and does NOT say for what! Save yourself the trouble and drama and go to a real dental office with real people that actually care about you and your treatment! I will be reporting this office to the Dental Board of CA, this is how HAPPY I AM WITH THEIR SERVICE!!!!

They have no child dentist. They refer you out. We have gone to this practice last 2 years. They've been pretty good. Today though I was not happy. I made appointment for my 9 year old. They had me pull her from school at 10 when I had just dropped her off. She had a broken tooth so I went. They tell me they have to refer her out that they don't have a specialist anymore for kids? Why the heck did I go there? Waste of my time. I work too. My child got pulled out of school so they can make money referring me. I didn't need a referral. Waste of time.

The newest ortho doesn't know what he is doing, he cut my mouth with a drill and didn't even apologize. He also refused treatment on my sister because the old dentist started her treatment. This place is not worth it.

Unprofessional Front desk workers unprofessional office all in all. Was Texted and emailed to make appointment finally i did. get to the appointment i wait 30 mins after my scheduled appointment and then told it will be a wait becuz they only had teo dental assistants my appointment was 30 mins after opening never again will they get my service here. you are better off at western dental

I've had nothing but great experiences since I've been here even when I had to have nine teeth pulled almost at the same time five one day and four the other the new dentist now then it used to be but still great service and they seem to genuinely care

Billing experience was terrible. Went with care credit to pay but because of their mistake in billing I ended up with two separate bills. I had to call care credit to try to combine into 1 bill. Was told that that was not a problem all I needed to do was have Bright Now Dental reissue a corrected invoice which they said they could not do or would not do. They gave me a hard time. In returning for my teeth repair I had to have them fix the same tooth 3 times for chipping. Bad experience.

Ripoff dental place. 4 second exam , not very good. They asked for over $1200 for teeth cleaning and $1200 , 1 cavity, 5 unneeded fillings. RUN from this place.

Excellent Service. Very kind and caring people. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Going to and from the dentist is a nightmare since the dentist like my doctor is on the opposite side of town from where I live. I often arrive 15 minutes early at my point of origin to catch a 45 minute bus ride (Route 50NB) that is sometimes late. On the return trip I often wait from 15 to 45 minutes for the 50SB. I have osteoarthritis and osteoporosis which are very painful so I hate having to use the bus. In Anaheim, California my dentist and doctor were within walking distance. Orange County buses are only a little better than Victor Valley buses. Once I get my abscessed tooth fixed with a root canal I will be looking for a closer full service dentist.

I'm changing dentist! Wrong tooth was worked on. The dentist said my daughter had a cavity yet he couldn't point it out on the xray. Don't waste your time.

I recently had a checkup appointment and was very happy. X-ray showed no problem and they cleaned my teeth. When I left, I noticed that my diamond and gold ring was missing. I called back and they seemed very concerned and put me on hold to look around. Nothing was found, I am so sad!! I hope they keep me in mind if it turns up. Anyway I think when I used the sanitizer at the front desk, I may have made my hands slippery and the ring fell off. Everyone was so nice about my loss. See you soon.

Bright Now Dental is a very clean and professional dental office. Dr Marco Castilanos is a highly skilled, patient and gentle dentist. Going to the dentist has always been difficult for me. Dr Marcos has helped me with breaking through that fear. He explained everything he was doing as he worked on a very difficult tooth. He was very good with his staff as he explains to them why he needs the tool or what every the assistants are handing him. I would highly recommend this dental office to everyone I know.

Service desk Isabel, usually I have the other ladies assist me. Isabel called prior to verify insurance if not will cancel appointment, I understood. Than I returned her call and provided her the information she mentioned she will call back either way. Instead later on I called her to confirm everything okay for my appointment. Day of appointment Isabel acted as if she didn't talk to me over phone and had a different girl verify my insurance day of appointment as she didn't verify. So clearly I was not seen at my scheduled appointment time and back tracked on time due to Isabel lack of work and doing her job prior as well having another girl verify the day of my appointment. Perhaps management needs to give Isabel a talk or an updated class on her job and working the front desk and running information.

I had an excellent dental visit at Bright Now Dental in Hesperia. They are doing the procedures to keep you safe during this pandemic. They are professional. I get in and out of their in a timely manner. I like the new dentist. I leave their dental office feeling very pleased and knowing my teeth are in good health. Thank You Bright Now Dental Staff! Do NOT I repeat do NOT go here!!!! After using this office for several years by myself and 4 children for all service including braces I am done! They have verified the wrong person's insurance, rescheduled after I walked in the door and now refused to give any type of emergency care for a child in absolute pain. The lack of intelligence and even empathy by the office staff is absolutely ridiculous. They have been consistently rude and unprofessional multiple times.

Work was great, but just the way they handle service was horrible. I had 3 appointments yesterday and they had issues with my appointment because they got it confused with another one of their clients so we both showed up and she was confused. Then i had later appointments for my kids which are 5 & 6 years old. They told us we couldnt be anywhere near our minor son. First excuse was because of the nitrogen, second excuse was to respect other clients and finally the truth came out when I had to insist that i was not going to leave him out of my sight and they said that i needed to find a new dentist because he doesnt like parents around! In this day and age i couldnt believe they would have a problem with this or wouldnt offer any alternatives.

I have severe anxiety when it comes to dental work, I was very nervous about finding a new dental office. Since my first phone call with the office staff and all appointments since they have been so kind and helpful and have greatly eased my anxiety about dental visits. The ladies in the front office are friendly and very helpful when making or rescheduling appointments that fit into my schedule The dentist was great too, he understood my nervousness and answered all questions and put me at ease during all my visits. I have had a very pleasant experience with Bring Now Dental and have recommended then to others, Thanks!
