Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

These people are thiefs. All they care about is money. I have mental health problems and they took advantage of me. They never explain anything to me and they always ignore my request for more understanding. Yesterday i went for my appointment at 10:30, they called me to the back at 10:35 but come 11:30 i stiill had yet to see the Dentist. Due to them waisting the only free time i had, i went to the front desk to ask to reschedule but another employee walked over with an exstream attitude and told me that the Dentist isnt there for me but there for other people and that i can just leave. And then proceed to tell me to just leave and to not cone back. An hour after i was kicked out they then called my pharmacy and sent 2 prescriptions so that my insurance would have to pay them.

This is very disappointing I thought coming to a different city and try a different bright dental would be better but they are all the same they make appointments and they have You seat for an hr before they call you to the back or tell you to come back later due to an emergency.. do they ever think people take time off work for this appointments or that they can communicate sooner to tell you why the delay instead of making you wait what happened to communication!!!!!!! For sure bright now dental just lost another customer.

Bright Now Dental is more concerned with profit than the patient. I was ask to pay an additional $200 for child's teeth cleaning for a specialized gum treatment because they stated that my insurance would not cover this additional treatment. I refused to pay and requested that they proceed with just teeth cleaning. They said they would not. I have since set up another appointment with another independent dentist, not a corporation/franchise, whom I explained to what had happened at Bright Now, and they were shocked that they would do that to anyone, let alone a child. I would not recommend using Bright Now Dental in Hemet where this happened. Profit is they're number one focus, not your your well being. Very dissatisfied customer.

Ive been not wanting to go to a dentist cause i have a phobia of it, but now i gotten older and i know i need help, this staff made it really easy on me to get over my fears truly an outstanding staff! and thank you for your help and service i wish i could take you all to lunch!

The best dental experience I have ever had. Every dentist and staff was nice, professional, and caring. I went in for a check-up and they were able to do all of the follow-ups in one day.

Everyone at Bright Now Dental have gone out of their way to make me feel welcome. The front desk, dental staff and Dr. are caring and professional. I don't love going to the dentist (who does) but I am happy to come to this location because of the people.

Had my first visit here was nervous because I've been to couple car salesmen places. Didn't have to wait long and they kept treatment plan simple didn't try to get me to pay and say insurance don't cover like other places. I was treated with patience and in a timely manner. All my concerns were unfounded.i would definitely recommend my friends even tho I need the cleaning the explanation wasn't scary and harsh easily explained no cavities.

Dr. Castillo and her dental assistant whose name I didn't get were fantastic. I had to have a crown removed, a cavity cleaned up, a post placed I was getting and my gums pushed up. I didn't feel the novacaine shots, no pain during the procedure and surprisingly no post-procedure pain.

My sons first appt there today and 20 minutes before his appt they call me to cancel because the Dr wasnt in. 20 minutes before! I was already on my way. Very unprofessional. The night before i was reading the reviews and there's many other ppl complaining about the same thing. If i had cancelled 20 min prior to his appt they wouldve been a charge. Did not reschedule im taking my kid somewhere else.

I've been to other dentist offices where I feel like I'm at a used car dealership, and the staff is trying to upsell me for work that doesn't really need to be done. When I refused to get unnecessary work done and pay more money, it seemed like they stopped caring. This dentist office is NOT like that!! The staff is very professional, yet very relaxing and comfortable to talk to. Not pushy at all. They answered any and all questions that I had very thoroughly. I'm looking forward to getting future dental work done without feeling guilty for doing so. Great place!!

this place had terrible service everyone looked at you weird no was was friendly at all way over priced and my sons filling fell out in two weeks after they rushed to do it and they talked to each other in a different language and when i asked a question about my sons filling for them to re do it for free they they needed a translator to ask and they wanted us to pay for another filling on the same tooth that was filled and fell out also no regards for customers at all they are all about the money
