Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Bright Now Dental & Orthodontics is nice, clean. So far my appointments are always on time, no waiting. My recent office visit was not really makes me satisfied. My hygienist is nice, but I don't feel her work was great. After cleaning you should feel a lot of difference, if you touch your tongue around your teeth you should feel the difference that it's clean. The coffee stains are still there, how much more to the inner parts that so hard to reach when brushing. That is why we have to go to our dentist. She needs to improve her work take a little more time to scrape stains. I still recommend this office to family and friends.

Dr. Sood and her assistant Hailie were so efficient and helpful. Dr let me know all options and answered my questions so I understood! As I was leaving Dr saw me and gave me a thumbs up to see if all was well I would recommend!

First time being here at bright now dental. They did an excellent job in my first visit. I been to other dentist before in the past and this place is so far the best I been too. All the staff are friendly and very welcoming. Carolina help me out with the X-rays for my teeth and she's so sweet. I recommend this dentist for any work you need.

This dental office isn't transparent and honest about the price. I ended up with paying $400 more than my dental insurance claim showed. Communicated 3 times and I still couldn't get my refund.

Went in for a deep cleaning. Was extremely nervous as I have a healthy fear of the dentist and anticipated a painful experience. However, the hygienist, Marissa, was very personable and had a cheerful disposition. The cleaning took no more than 30 minutes I'd hazard and no pain was felt due to the numbing agent used. The wait in the waiting room was not long either. The interior was very clean and neat and the rooms open for viewing, although they had clients faced away from the open doorways. Hearing the bustle and chatter from other rooms was oddly comforting as well. The front room admins were very nice and accommodating.

I love going to Bright Now Dental in Hayward! I live in Alameda and drive 30 minutes plus to go to this dentistry. The staff are amazing here! I haven't got a filling in years and I was feeling pretty nervous but Halle and Dr. Sood was kind, quick, and made sure I was comfortable to whole time. Highly recommend !!!

I had an implant and crown done in 2000. The billing department did not submit the required supporting documents and detail in a timely manner so my insurance denied the claim. Bright Now billed me 2 years later for $1800. I was shocked and disappointed. I'm still trying to get the issue resolved. To make matters worse I still experience pain in the area that I received the implant and crown.

I have been with Bright Now!Dental in Hayward for close to a year and can honestly say that the staff as well as Dr. Sood are a pleasure to work with. Dr Sood is gentle and patient and always explains every step carefully. The equipment used is modern and makes the client comfortable. I cannot praise this specific doctor at this location enough. I highly recommend this place.
