Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. There is a reason this place has so many bad reviews. Absolutely terrible customer service , every single person at the front desk is rude, including RAY and all of the ladies up front . They do not want to help you AT ALL. You can't expect anything less when the manager Mirella is very rude herself , so of course the rest of the team will follow her lead. I have witnessed them be rude to multiple people. I got a temporary crown put in , and I have never been in this much pain EVER in regards to my mouth. I didn't even have this much pain before going in ! When the assistant was putting the crown in she was struggling and it took her multiple attempts just to get the crown on . The temporary crown is obviously to big so air and liquids are getting underneath, they refused to give me a new temporary crown and said I have to wait weeks until the final comes in. This is only 1 of the many problems I have experienced with them. It truly has been a nightmare, terrible service, and they don't communicate at all within the office . They have had me come in multiple times, wait over an hour and do NOTHING then proceed to ask me to come back . Do not waist your time here . The one and only reason I went there was for Dr. HAMEED, she is amazing.

Wisdom tooth removal scheduled at this place, fasted, they did another x-ray, waited 2 hours to see the surgeon just to let me know that I have to get 3d scans from somewhere else. I wish they had a better process or utilized everyone's time better

Run of the mill dental services with very shady billing practices and Shody dental work. Cannot properly take X-rays to submit to insurance and you will get dinged hundreds of dollars for this. Skip them all the time.

I've never had a decent experience here. This is the worst dentist I have ever been to, please do yourself a favor and do not waste your time coming here. It's like they have a policy that allows them to only see you within a minimum of 40 minutes after your appointment time. I've been rescheduled the past two times, both within minutes of my appointments. Also, my sister had an appointment and was told that someone who was over the age of 21 had to accompany her because she's a minor, so once we showed up they said that they couldn't see her because she has to be with a parent when that was not what they told us before the fact. I will never come to this terrible place again!

I like the orthodontia treatment for my son, but the location where he receive services only provides services on Tuesdays and Fridays. This was only told to us after we signed up and paid fees, which is misleading. It turns out these days don't even (I am a Nurse who works most Fridays, for instance) match my schedule most of the time.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! I'll change my clinic after this visit. I did the teeth filling on 01/22/22, my teeth were not hurt until did the teeth filling here. I came to adjust the leveling 3 times, but after almost 4 month they are still hurt. I cannot bite on my left side teeth. 4 months passed, I have braces plan, I don't know how long time I need to wait, so I took my braces. And the doctor blamed me why I'm not come back to level with her (what the?????????). Do not blame your patient if she's hurt after you filled the teeth, thank you! Also, my appointment is at 8:00 AM, I set the early appointment because I have things to do later. But the doctor came to me at 9 AM. What's the point for making the appointment 1 hr ahead??? Why waste the time of my weekend morning????????

This is the worst Dental Office I have ever been to, please do not go here. They're surper expensive for mediocre services, and when I asked for an explanation of pricingThey couldn't give me a straight answer in fact the lady at the front told me that she she gave me a print out of all services that were done (which I never got) For the x-rays, an exam, and for a crown prep they charged my insurance $2,825. I went in with a chipped tooth, no pain and I walk out with the worst tooth pain I have ever felt I my life. PLEASE save your self the trouble. DO NOT GO HERE!!! P.S I took 5 hours

My appt was 2p. Wasn't seen until 2:35p bc they were short staffed. They need to manage their schedule. It should not take 30mins to be seen when patients have an appt.

This dental is unbelievably unprofessional. My brother had an appointment today at 7am, after my brother and I took a leave for his uni and my work and drove all the way to the dental, they did NOT open! They didn't even have a staff inside! We called the Bright Now Dental Emergency line, and the center told us our appointment has been moved to another date!!! WITHOUT informing us!!! After we made all the arrangement for this appointment, and they just changed our appointment WITHOUT telling us??? NO mail, NO email and NO texts! Such a waste of our times and we have to take another leave bcoz of it... Just SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL!

Thought this to be at least one of those average place for getting some generic dental care. The care is good, but the billing doesn't work well with my insurance (AETNA). If you use this insurance and go here, the estimate is not accurate and be prepared to be overbilled even after getting and estimate. I got an insurance denial bill from this dental office after 4 months of service and got charged again even after making sure to make full payment on the date of the service.

Horrible services. Front desk was rude, Dr was unprofessional, waited 1hour 20 minutes for filling, even though I was on time for appointment. No one ever said sorry. Their work ethic is terrible.
