Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

On Sunday, February 16th, three doctors from Bright Now! Dental provided underserved communities surrounding Mesa, AZ with the chance to receive free dental care! Dr. Abdullah Ahmad, Dr. Harlean Ahuja, and Dr. Leen Qutachi gathered with over 25 support staff to host a Day of Giving with the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

On Sunday, February 23rd, volunteers from Newport Dental partnered with the Smiles for Everyone Foundation to make a difference in their community. Four dentists and over 20 support staff came together to provide free cleanings, fillings, extractions and more at the Fullerton Day of Giving.

On November 2nd, five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving at Bright Now! Dental in Herndon, VA, sponsored by DDS Lab. Many Americans have limited access to affordable dentists because they have no insurance, but the Smiles for Everyone Foundation is committed to providing free dental care to those in need.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

Miriam the receptionist was so rude, I forgot my mask and told me they didn't have mask and I need a mask for help then shortly another person comes in and the other receptionist gives her 2 masks. Then when I'm done with my service I head over ot Vivian for appointments set up, she so rude and just stares at me like I was dumb so I ask are we done, she responds um yeah! As if she's frustrated being there doing her jo HONESTLE ZERO STARS. THIS POST WONT LET ME THROUGH WITHOUT 1 STAR

Let's start with this dentist was in network for my Dental insurance. I was shocked when one appointment, the bill was much larger. I consulted my insurance, and the dentist was no longer in my network and the Dentist office did not tell me this change. I decided to cancelled any further appointments. In the process the Dentist office reached out to me and hired another dentist that would be in network. I confirmed with my Dental Insurance. My bill was now near the same prices as before. During Covid our appointments were much more stretched out. I made a yearly appointment and was shocked a week later getting $1,000 bill with no information on what dental work was done. And as soon as I got the bill it went into collections. I am fighting the bill but this is no way to treat a customer.

I really felt welcomed and safe, usually going to the dentist is something I always dreaded and filled me with anxiety but during my two visits I didn't feel scared. My dentist talked to me like I wasn't stupid and took my concerns seriously, he didn't make me feel like I was stupid for waiting so long to go back to the dentist. The only issue i wasn't a fan about was leaving without a tooth lol, i understand the concern but i didn't think they would let me walk out with one of my front teeth missing, i was expecting some kind of temporary tooth in its place but we scheduled appointments to get a mold done so i can get one in its place. It just caught me off guard really. Aside from that i would totally recommend this place, they make you feel welcomed and well informed of your oral health.

OUT EFFING STANDING!!! The staff at the Hawthorne location is above & beyond awesome! I needed to see the oral surgeon for an extraction & he had already been to that location so the staff was able to hook me up with an appt at a different location to see the oral surgeon. They are all super super sweet at the Hawthorne location. A week later off to the Downey location to see the oral surgeon. They Downey location staff were fantastic! Everyone was so helpful & kind! The oral surgeon - let me say that if you ever need an oral surgeon Dr. Wright is hands down the BEST on multiple levels! He was such a super cool cat. He explained everything, when my anxiety krept in a bit he gave me a min & lemme tell you he has a feather light touch & he is fast! I didn't feel a bit of pain & was done really fast. Excellent staff at both locations & just had such an amazing experience! Dr. Wright you are pure awesome sauce & clearly the best at your job!

You are just a number to these people. They don't care about you or your needs. Oh and good luck trying to get an appointment they are months out. Worst dentist ever. This place should have 2 stars at best.

I took my daughter to the office in downey. It was the worst experience ever. They had us waiting for and hour and 15 minutes. When they finally called us in the doctor was talking about stuff that didn't pertain to why we were there. I told the doctor all we needed was a retainer so she checked my daughters teeth quickly then said she will get someone in here to talk to us about the cost. There were a lot of people in there. Employees talking amongst themselves so after another 15 minute wait we walked out. This place was a ridiculous waste of time.

I've been going to the Downey office since 2013 and was really pleased with Dr Lena, Michelle and the staff. My last visit was December 2020 during the week of Christmas. I was prepped for a crown and the technician fitting my temporary was impatient and in and a hurry. When I left the office and was getting in my car the temporary crown popped off and I immediately had to go back in the office to have it cemented again. What made me upset was seeing the technician getting upset and stomping her feet in the hallway when she was getting ready to leave for the day. Unprofessional!! I've not been back since.

I'm beyond disbelief in writing this review. I'm hurt that doctors that are supposed to be serving the public actually care more about taking revenue over the patients well being. I went for a cleaning, when I got to the office they took about 30 X-rays. I understand I don't pay X-rays, but my insurance company does (no wonder why insurance is so expensive). After the X-rays I was seen by the doctor, everything looked goo (no issues, no cavities) the only recommendation by the doctor was that I needed a mouth guard costing $900+. Then I was seen by the hygienist who said I needed a "DEEP CLEANING" costing $2,100.00+ and I would be responsible for about $350.00. When I filed out the application i noted I was "unemployed" I guess the office doesn't know how to read. Maybe they are only concerned about getting the patients money. The "deep cleaning" was very poor quality, I've had regular cleanings and those were way better than what I had at this office. I think there should be someone (gov' agency) regulating the standard of quality. It is shameful to have to go through this. After the supposedly "DEEP cleaning" I received a txt from this office asking me if I would recommend this office to my friends and family (I would not take my dog here). Then they asked for a rating I gave them the lowest. The txt responded if there was anything they could do to make it better. I did reply to the txt. Til this day the office hasn't even had the decency to call me and say we will refund the $ we took from your pocket. This is the office in Downey on Firestone Blvd.
