Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. The day before my daughter's appointment, they called and canceled her appointment. Not only that, they said they are not going to reschedule because she has healthy teeth and gums and that she would no longer be a patient there.

Waited 18 months for 12 month Invisalign due to inadequate office staff and ordering errors. Also had to have partials remade 3 times due to office error. Not to mention SEVERAL reschedules due to them over booking. However, below was "the straw that broke the camels back. April 2021 had teeth cleaned, inquired as to when I would have an exam again as hadn't had one for over a year due to COVID. They scheduled me for next cleaning WITH exam for October 2021. Day OF appt get call that the dr out, and down one hygienist. Rescheduled for Jan 2022. Jan. we had COVID in house, so I called to reschedule for first available (Mar 9, 2022). At this visit was told appt for exam only AND I needed DEEP clean as my visit in April showed signs of periodontal disease (which I was never informed of). No cleaning that day even though was scheduled since APRIL 2021. I had to complain to get cleaning appt scheduled before my trip out of country for 2 mos. They scheduled me for Mar 9th and 16th. Mar 9th visit went very well. Arrived today (Wed. Mar 16, 11am) for bottom teeth to be DEEP cleaned and was informed by Shyla that my insurance "Wellcare" was having issues and they couldn't perform my final cleaning. I informed her I don't have WellCare, have never had WellCare. She said they'd straighten out and for me to give them a few minutes to sort out. Next, the hygienist came out to inform me that even though the insurance is fixed, she filled my spot with someone else. I told her that they needed to make room for me, I'd wait as I leave in 4 days for Europe. Shyla informed me they didn't have any openings until Mon and there was nothing they could do. I told her they'd never see me again. I've NEVER in my 50+ years of going to appts have I ever had an office call on SAME day of appt to reschedule by leaving a voicemail (8:39am); which I missed as I was bathing. Yes, perhaps had I been able to answer, this could have been sorted out on phone. What is deplorable was THEIR error. They should have made accommodations and had the other person who took my appt WAIT. Not cancel my appt. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!!!

Sadly it's been a frustrating experience here with Ortho. I wish I would've known before paying the thousands of dollars for my daughter's braces that she could only be seen Fridays as they travel and aren't there any other time. Though it hasn't been every Friday that they're even there..So when my daughter needs to be seen sooner for issues with them it's difficult to get help. Today went to this location because she had an appointment and NEEDS to be seen but the location was closed apparently due to the storm though no one bothered to inform us and no one would answer the phone so I drove 35 minutes there for nothing and couldn't speak to anyone about getting her a new appointment. Just can't recommend this place for orthodontic care.

Dr Moore is the best Dentist I have ever seen. She is caring, takes time to answer all the questions that I have and always makes me feel comfortable. I have health problems that effect my teeth she not only was knowledgeable about the disorder but was able to teach me about my health disorder and what to do about my oral care. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dentist and a great office staff. The entire staff is wonderful.

My first visit was very good. The folks are real nice. The office is clean. The Dr was very honest about my dental plan. I will going back to get the treatments needed and will review after work is completed. I was a bit nervous after reading some reviews on another platform. My experience was nothing but positive. Sadly a year has passed since my first review and they have gone down hill. First I had to fight for overcharging. Still have one overcharge on limbo. My cleaning has been postponed twice because no hygienist will work for them. My final crown/bridge placement was set back 6 weeks. I finally got it, of course I paid all services up front. I am looking for a new dentist now .

I will never go back to that place again. The first thing they did wrong was a full spectrum of x-rays even though they had my x-rays from my previous dentist. The dentist is a wonderful woman, but the hygienist was doing a new patient consult and while probing my gums to measure the pockets, she's calling off fives while looking around in the office instead of in my mouth. I have never had issues concerning gum disease. I left being told that I needed to have deep cleaning done in four quadrants. The office was going to submit my x-rays and diagnosis to my insurance and get preauthorization for deep cleaning. I called my insurance to question if I could go somewhere else for a second opinion. At that time, I was informed that the insurance company would not cover my x-rays because it was too soon to have them done again. I called Bright Now dental and asked then, again, if thety had my records which I had had sent two months prior. Of course, they did! I let them know that I was not willing to pay for that set because they had my records from my previous dentist. I made the decision to pay them for the consult and to never go back again. One week later, I go to a private practice dentist office and the hygienist, doing my new patient consult, found that I had ones, twos, threes, and one four pocket! No fives at all! I got my teeth cleaned the same day, with very little buildup found! I would call this situation pure fraud!
