Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

Staff are very friendly and have great customer service. The orthodontist was awesome very gentle towards me and the procedure was done effectively and with care. He made me feel secure and calmed me down with his explanation of what how the procedure was going to be like.

Erika the office manager is great. I was in last week for a whitening treatment and had fabulous results. The office gave me a set of bleaching trays to maintain my teeth white as I am preparing for my wedding next month. The hygienist Katrina took great care of my teeth whitening and was very attentive to my needs and dental care. The office assistants were all super helpful and came to check in on me during my whitening consistently and I greatly appreciated that attention. Keep up the great work Bright Now Corona

The staff at the Corona facility was extremely awesome from the receptionist, patty the x-ray technician, Katrina the hygienest, and the Dr.Angelina, and the entire staff were so professional and I would highly recommend this facility to all my friends and family... Very embarrassing, this place has zero respects for the patient. The doctor injected 6 needles in my mouth, I waited 2 hours for her then she came back told me to go home because she was busy with personal matters and went home with my face and lips all expanded. I'm gonna let everyone know

Unbelievable what this office put my family through trying to get my son in for his first appointment. I found this place through my insurance website as well as researching pediatric dentists in the area. After confirming they do take toddlers, I decided to make an appointment for my 15 month old son who has more than 10 teeth. Their website says bring them in as soon as they have teeth; well, that was 6 months old. When we get there for the dentist's first appointment of the day, they made us wait 40 minutes with a toddler who barely sits still. Seriously?! What are you doing making us wait 40 minutes when we're your first appointment? Do they even understand the purpose or concept of appointments? Then, when the dentist finally appeared to see us, she couldn't even do anything because they're not equipped for little kids so we had to leave without accomplishing anything. They told us we should be brushing this teeth; thanks captain obvious.

My hygienist was awesome and very gentle. My Vietnamese dentist was effective and gentle as well. I had a buffing by someone else and she was a lot rougher. They did what I needed and didn't try to sell me anything like this other office at West Coast Dental. I got my daughter and grandson to come here now.

My experience has been amazing, the staff is so helpful. My dentist Dr. Tran is patient and easy to talk too. Katrina, my hygienist is gentle and caring with the cleaning. Erika and the front desk staff do an exceptional job when it comes to customer service.

I am new to Corona and Thrilled that I found Bright Now Dental in Corona. The staff is competent, extremely efficient, and was very attentive to my needs. The dentist explained things carefully to me as we laid out a workable plan for taking care of my teeth, after a long hiatus due to Covid. And today Katrina, the dental hygienist, did a beautiful job deep cleaning my teeth. She took her time with me to make sure her job was as perfect as it could possibly be. I'm very very pleased I chose Bright Now Dental in Corona.

Went in for a cleaning 5/17/2022 with Katrina The Hygienist. Usually a cleaning is just a cleaning.. But believe me, game changer when you have someone who really CARES. Katrina goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, I've had many cleanings from PAST hygienist, where I thought my lip would be torn open! I told her she was very consistent the way she does her job and remember how good she was from the previous year. I want to thank her for the great job she continues to do.. I highly recommend Bright now dental in Corona California for all your dental needs. Great staff! My kids and I been patients there for over 10 years. Go check them out! I was not paid to give this review. I just want to show my appreciation to Katrina and the Bright Now Dental staff!!

This is for a service that happened 3 years ago so employees may have changed by then. Horrible customer service. Dentist asked me what I was here for and the receptionist interjected with a condescending tone. Not a good feeling to be embarrassed by an employee when Im already uneasy with the procedure. They price gouge as well. I went to get a tooth extraction because I had a very small piece of wisdom tooth impacted. They charged me $100 w/insurance , I went to another Corona dentist- $15 with my insurance! The difference in price for the same service made me distrust them.

Had a horrible wait experience. My appointment was at 9 am, they got me past 9:30 am to start doing x-rays and I set forever at the doctor's chair waiting to be seen. At 10:30 am, still nothing. Had to leave for another appointment and didn't get much accomplished, just wasted 2 hours of my morning. Came back another day for a cleaning, the Doctor was super nice and everyone very apologetic but sadly this one experience was enough to not make me want to go back afraid it might happen again. The office is also a bit outdated. Other than that, staff is really friendly, just have to be better with time.

I received the best treatment from the office staff. The manager Erika was amazing and so helpful! Love my dentist Dr. Tran who is always so gentle. I didn't feel anything when I received my filling. No pain at all. So awesome. Love her, the staff and this office.

I have been coming here for years and I had my braces and wisdom teeth removal here. Reception ladies are nice and helpful, bilingual too, and the doctors are kind and do a great job. Made my first appointment since Covid for April. Might call to change, but it's easy to forget or too busy to remember.
