Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

On Sunday, February 16th, three doctors from Bright Now! Dental provided underserved communities surrounding Mesa, AZ with the chance to receive free dental care! Dr. Abdullah Ahmad, Dr. Harlean Ahuja, and Dr. Leen Qutachi gathered with over 25 support staff to host a Day of Giving with the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

On Sunday, February 23rd, volunteers from Newport Dental partnered with the Smiles for Everyone Foundation to make a difference in their community. Four dentists and over 20 support staff came together to provide free cleanings, fillings, extractions and more at the Fullerton Day of Giving.

On November 2nd, five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving at Bright Now! Dental in Herndon, VA, sponsored by DDS Lab. DDS Lab is a full-service national dental lab that has been a proud partner of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation for many years. Many Americans have limited access to affordable dentists because they have no insurance, but the Smiles for Everyone Foundation is committed to providing free dental care to those in need.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

Very bad customer service by the Hygienist Bonnie. Pushing very unprofessional opinionated and even had the nerve to tell me that my previous dentist of 8 years and his staff didn't know what they were talking about when I expressed a technical aspect about my dental situation. Also, because I complained of the very high price that they were trying to stick me up with, they lowered price from $500 to $274. This made me even more suspicious of this place. I will never come back again.

Just had a very unpleasant experience at this place. When I sat down after my X rays were taken, a blonde lady started giving me a "budget" of how much the periodontal care was going to be. Then comes the hygienist named Bonnie and started pushing Medicare health insurance agent on me so this person could take care of my dental costs which were budgeted outrageously expensive by the blonde woman. I told Bonnie that I already had insurance person and that I would talk to her. Bonnie apparently does not listen and continued pressing on this particular insurance person that she knew. I found this pushy and unprofessional (an hygienist pushing insurance broker?) as I had not requested a business card nor financial help from anyone. I also kept questioning the price of the periodontal care as the blonde lady kept adding items to crank up the cost. This blonde person told me that I did not have option to change the so called treatment. I have never encountered this with any previous dentist office. I stated that I had the choice and told her that there was some stuff that I was not going to do such as fluoride treatment. I was not happy as I have had a very professional Dentist/periodontist in CA for 8 years and I never encountered this $$ hunger and unprofessional pushiness. When these 2 staff finished giving me the outrageous price (I currently have Medicare and a supplementary that will change Nov 1) I went to the front desk person and told her that I was not happy with the budget that the blonde person have given me and that I was going to look for a second opinion. Then she started looking for "ways" to reduce the price. If I wouldn't had been proactive about it, I would had ended paying the outrageous price without any choices. The price was "reduced" from 506.00 to 274.00 and I became very suspicious of this place. Nevertheless, they told me to come back at 3pm for the periodontal cleaning. When I arrived, the hygienist called Bonnie became very bossy with me as I questioned that I had to do very expensive periodontal maintenance every 4 months plus that they had added up things that I didn't want such as fluoride treatment. She started getting authoritarian and condescending with me arguing that I had to do the periodontal maintenance and that I had no choice. I told her that my previous dentist (that I had for 8 years) in CA had never imposed on me scaling and all the things that they wanted to charge me. She started arguing with me and even told me that my previous dental people were wrong! That is when I stood up and decided that I will never come to this place again. The office manager was nice and the dentist who saw me too. The dentist told me that everything looked fine and that I needed a cleaning. Why did these two staffs came afterwards to add up a bunch of stuff to charge more? Customer service was awful when hygienists trespassed their boundaries. Unfortunately, Lacey (the officer manager), kept making excuses such as: "she is the only hygienist we have", "there was a misunderstanding", etc. Between the authoritarian unprofessionalism of the hygienist and the back and forth of changing of prices, I don't trust this place. Will never come back again.

Best experience I ever had at a dentist! No waiting, treated like VIP all the way through, this was first time there and greeted by receptionist, right on to X-ray, dental exam and cleaning.

I actually enjoyed my recent visit to Bright Now, if visiting s dentist can ever be described as being enjoyable! Bonnie, the hygienist, was polite and thorough. I look forward to my next experience.

Stay far away. Went for my first appointment today. Was told after the fact 1 of my 2 insurances were not accepted. After telling multiple times what insurance I had over a month ago since booking. Walked in and the office smells of weed. My assistant (maybe hygienist?) was complaining of being hung over. Get X-rays and initial exam done. Was given a work up of pricing on future costs, all fine. Then was told that I would need to wait until 9 for my cleaning (90% of the reason for making my 7AM appointment.). Meaning I would have to wait 45 minutes for the cleaning, plus the time to complete it. Me making an appointment at 7am was convenient for me and my 9am work time. Who knew they'd expect a patient to be there for 3 hours for a routine exam and cleaning. There was no prior notice that I should expect to be there for that amount of time. Did not get to get my cleaning done after all of that. Will not be return there again.

Always excellent. Bonnie and the rest of the staff are the best! After my appointment yesterday, the above is certainly still very true. I will add, however, that the office needs some new equipment. The chair I was in has definitely seen better days.

We took appointments for only cleaning for myself and my husband. When we showed up they took us to do detailed X-ray ( the one that the insurance pays once every 3 to 4 years) without asking. The machine they used is very very old and it took her 30 minutes to take maybe 20 images. The dentist came after to review it with me and I thought the cleaning will follow that but unfortunately they told us the hygienist is busy and we have to get another appointment. One of the staff members ( maybe dental assistant) was very rude and kept talking without allowing us to talk. This place is not worth more than one star.

They charged me 300 dollars out of pocket despite having insurance for an extraction. Now I have additional charges of 194.50, 70 of which I have to pay out of pocket, for a charge described as balance forward despite being told I had paid in full when I got the extraction. Summary, overpriced and will go after you for additional charges without explanation.

I love the staff here but I can almost never get anyone on the phone at this location. I'm always calling "outside buniness hours" even though I just called at 1pm on a Friday, when they're open until 3pm today.

1 hour 38 minutes wait so far. Lots of complaints from front office staff because we are patients of the Holiday office that were sent here for emergency visit. Complaint about why we couldn't come last Friday over heard. Complaining about 2 other co workers who were not present in the office. Very unprofessional and made my daughter anxious to be seen. We were here before 3 other patients that were taken back as well. Lack of courtesy , empathy and concern.

I've been going to different bright nows for about 12 years. I've been at this office about 8 and I love the staff and the dentist. Normally I go for just cleanings and some cosmetic work, but recently I had an accident and knocked a front lateral tooth out. I was devastated bc this was my first tooth loss! I made an apt asap and was seen the next day or so. We decided on a bridge for the now missing tooth. I was really scared it would look fake or that I would just hate it for some reason.. but I could not have been happier with what the lab made for me. It's beautiful and honestly I like it better than the crowns I originally had in the front. Hopefully it will last a long time !! Thank you guys

Bonnie is a consummate pro as well as friendly caregiver. Dentistry is a profession that invites apprehension on the patients part always. I look forward and enjoy my visits to Bonnie, The desk people are haerd working but fun, aND ON THE RARE VISITS TO YOUR DENTIST FOR HEAVY CONSTRUCTION WORK all things were cozy. You have a good shop

The team at the Countryside Office is always amazing. They try to do everything they can to fix this issues without having to charge you for non necessary work. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
