Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

Doctor Wu, the orthodontist doctor is fantastic, but the other services are not. They really want to make the money. I suppose to have a clean up, but they requested me to take x-rays and I didn't want to. I have already sent them the x-rays from my regular dentist, but they didn't accept them. They wanted to take more X-rays. I thought it will be more convenient for me to clean my teeth at the same place, but the other doctor refused to clean up my teeth if I didn't take more X-rays.

I love every member of this team. They are thoughtful, funny and caring. They also indulge me being over 50 and acting like a 5 year old everytime that pesky needle comes out. There are several offices around, but I drive from North Oakland to Castro Valley strictly because of the staff.

This customer service here is INSANE. I personally think they discriminate patients. Please train your agents at the front desk, My dad is a Heart Patience and I'm the translator for him, once I came to the counter the agent said you can help your dad to translate for him, after the new dental assistant came who ever was needs more training as one of the agents told me you can't stay and the other one agent you can stay if you are the translator. What to do when this agents do know what they are suppose to do!!! Please train you agents well so we don't have to deal with this kinda issue! The dental assistant or the agent who ever she is needs proper training and the management should train her for not taking personally as you are working at job not a personal errands you running. Pathetic customer service and when I asked the agents their name they said we will call the cops, they refused to give my their names wow! The dental assistance said no one told her that I was the translator where the other agent told me that I can stay as I'm the translator. The employees here have a Ego problem and I believe Management should train or hire better employees where they are happy to work not like this kinda environment where it clearly discriminate patience!! PATHETIC EMPLOYEES!!

I'm 33 and always been terrified of the dentist. From my first meet with the receptionist to the assistant and dentist herself, I was made to feel comfortable and like we've known eachother for years. I can't wait to bring my son here when his teeth come in.

Awesome!! The staff is excellent!!! I have anxiety about coming to the Denist, But the staff REALLY put my mined at ease. Superb!!! I didn't have insurance and the staff not only helped me with a payment plan, they helped me obtain dental insurance!

Bright now dental in Castro Valley has a very caring and understanding staff. They have everything in one place from a general dentist to specialties, one of those specialties is orthodontics I have been in treatment for about 9 months now and Dr.Wu has been amazing he explains the length of the treatment as well as to get the desirable result, what has to be done whither it at the beginning or a couple months into treatment. He is very attentive hears out all my concerns and questions, any worries I have he as been able to fix with a couple tweaks. I always leave my monthly adjustments happy

Dr Samantha Lyu saw me for my exam and cleaning. She was very gentle with the cleaning and exam. if your looking for place to go, go to Bright Now in Castro Valley.
