Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Me daughter had to received some dental work at this particular location. The customer service was terrible. I was unable to attend the procedure but her mother was present. When I the father call to ask very reasonable questions in regards to the particular procedure, I was met with aggression. Not only did I find it disrespectful I found it degrading. And will be reporting the behavior to the insurance company. About this particular establishment. Along with asking for a full audit of the billing and procedures done

Bright Now! Dental, a full service caring dental service. They listen to adults and help childern to understand what is going on to give them a good experience. I was there for a general cleaning, but could listen to how well they treated others.

I went in to get 4 wisdom teeth out the doctor and nurse was very nice and caring. The doctor asked if I felt any pain and when I did he numbed it more . They took great care of me and I can't thank them enough!

Experienced this office with myself, husband and 3 children. If you care about truth and caring for your kids, don't go here. We were told that we all needed much more work than actually needed done. My daughter had two tiny cavities and we scheduled that in for 4 days from the exam. We went back and they had magically changed it to 6 and couldn't tell me why. They did 3 of the 2 they had said she needed, and we left and found her a new dentist. With my 15 son, they wanted to grind off his front teeth and put on crowns (he has beautiful front teeth that needed a couple fillings) and told him he had 30+ cavities (he did not, not even close). My other son literally had a hole in a front tooth and the dentist said he was perfect and sent him home. Myself, I was told I needed multiple cavities taken care of, but when I went elsewhere, I am cavity free. This place is scammy and many of the front desk people are rude and won't answer questions that are important. Some were very kind but too many were not. It's sad that places like this are scamming insurance companies and traumatizing people, all in one fell swoop.

Hate this place! I called to confirm my sons appointment and got a very rude, very short mannered receptionist on the phone. Walked into the office later and it was 100 times worse. This place has some of the rudest, most unprofessional and impatient receptionists I've ever seen. The one I was unlucky enough to deal with was horrible from start to finish and I can't count how many other patients I heard her be rude to, also. The dentist was also very unprofessional. Came out of her office very loudly talking about her kid at school and then proceeded to make us wait another nearly 30 minutes to then only be with us less than an actual minute. We will not be returning!!!

The surgeon pulled 5 teeth in about 30 min. He had a great bed manner. Very compassionate and gentle putting in the shots. I had no complications afterwards.

I got my wisdom teeth removed and they didn't put me to sleep, the just numbed me, and I suffer from severe anxiety and the dentist is one of my worst triggers and I had an attack WHILE they were taking them out. They didn't numb me enough and had to put more, didn't wait long enough the second time and said it was just pressure I was feeling, when I was clearly in pain. And the prescription I was given required that my home address be written on it in order to be filled, which they failed to do and I was unable to get my prescription, so I have to be in pain for the next two weeks. Thanks Bright Now.

My daughter had an appointment to have 2 molars evaluated and a cleaning. Her appointment was at 8:50am. She didn't get called back until 10:13. I understand that you don't get called back right away after you arrive, but an hour and twenty three minutes is a bit excessive. I figure they probably overbooked appointments for the day, but when people have other obligations like in the case of my daughter being extremely late for her first day of school ,that can put people's schedules in a tilt. I was offered no apologies or anything for the inconvenience. Of course that seems like the norm with people nowadays. My daughter had a cleaning and 2 cavities filled and she described the experience as a bit rough. I don't know if they were rushing a bit from being behind, but she said she never wants to go there again.

I personally asked 2 doctors to numb my mouth more before removing my wisdom teeth. They did not and I felt one side almost completely. I was so physically hurt that I almost couldn't walk out of the room. Her response to me telling her to numb more was "bite down on my finger" then she ripped my tooth out. In the same day one of my bottom fillings was NOT filled completely and is left sharp. Now I need to see another dentist to fill a hole in my tooth. Not to mention my whole visit, staff in the operating room were complaining that it was Friday and they were ready to go home.

How can you cancel an appointment with a family or a child if you know there's not going to be another available slot for six or more months. It seems at that point cancelling a families appointment is not appropriate especially after they've already waited eight months for the appointment So unprofessional

It is currently 4:03pm. my daughter's appointment was at 3:00pm. We arrived 10 minutes early. We are still waiting to be called back. they aren't sorry. oh and at 4:05 we finally got called and apparently parents are not allowed back with their children.... this is our last visit.
