Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

Everyone here is pleasant. I'm not really a fan of seeing a different hygienist or Dr. each time on my visits. I really prefer a more personalized experience on-on-one. However, they do get the job done and so far I'm happy with the results.

The whole staff at Bright Now Dental in Brandon are amazing! I had stage 3 breast cancer 14 years ago and the chemotherapy made my bones and my teeth very brittle and my teeth, which were beautiful before I had cancer were just breaking off and crumbling and I went to Bright Now Dental to have them fix my teeth and in the past two years they have made me feel so much better about myself & I thank them from the bottom of my heart!! ! They are so awesome!! 5 + stars!!!

Just went back after my initial appointment, which was an emergency appointment, and I have to change my review because I can no longer give this place 5 stars. This time I saw a different dentist for a consult. I've finished 1 antibiotic that didn't help much and they respond by sending a weaker antibiotic and scheduling the procedure 4 weeks away. When I asked for a sooner appointment, they gave me a referral for another location as if I have the time to explain and go through all of this again. Not only do I think they don't care, but the dentist didn't take time to explain the procedure. His assistant explained to me what and how it will be done, but the problem is that what she said is a safety concern and contradictory to what my previous dentist had said, who I trust very much. If I could, I would go back to my old dentist but unfortunately, that is more than 800 miles away. I have very serious concerns about the quality of care and question their billing practices and the motivation behind their decision making because if they were to do the procedure the way I was told it should be done, my medical insurance would cover it instead of my dental and I wouldn't be charged an estimated $600!

Was the most ridiculous visit. I was already informed before of my wonderful hygienist to be out and they will call me to reschedule, which they didn't, so I called to follow up. I was then scheduled a day for which I rearranged my work and schedule to drive 45min to sit there for over an hour to find out they NEVER pulled my chart when I signed in and my hygienist has left for the day

I receive excellent service when I am AT Bright Now Dental. However, they seem incapable of contacting me properly; more often than not, confusing my wife's and my phone number. This is the NINTH time I've raised the issue, and the FOURTH time in the last three months. Even the link to provide this review was sent to the wrong phone number (and forwarded to me). --Ed

This place isn't professional and just isn't anywhere I would want to spend my money. After waiting over a hour for the root canal doctor he puts this liquid on my two molars and ask me if I can feel anything. Then he says you need root canals. Just didn't sit right. Then they said we'll finance $1200 of the $4000 root canals. I sAid does that include the crowns and she said no. I said quit playing games. I wouldn't sell you a half a car. What's the total price? Then she said about $5000. So I said how does the $1200 pay back work. She said you put $240 down and 4 monthly payments of $240 each. I said then you're lending me $960. I said why don't you finance me $6000and make me put $5000 down. Stay away. No transparency or honesty and it's healthcare. Shameful

I love this Bright Now dental office. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Best to none. Alexa the new manager always works with you and make her best to please you. The dentist Dr. Marrero is caring and outstanding; the best one. I recommend him to all my friends.
