Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

I have NEVER walked out of a doctor's office before!! My appointment was at 3, but I waited an HOUR before saying "screw this" and walked out. The receptionists never greeted me or anything. I came in early at 2:45 to do new patient paperwork, like they asked, but was never given so much as a smile. I sat in that office for an HOUR while other people went in and out of their appointments. It's like the receptionists didn't care. Even another lady was getting upset because her appointment was at 3:30, and it was 4pm at that point. The office didn't give us any reason why we were kept waiting. I chose this place because of the good reviews, but I sadly didn't get the same treatment as them. I am very angry that I wasted my time on this place. I only get one day out of the week off and my time is precious to me.

This was my first visit at this office. The receptionist was quite knowledgeable. I had already picked up a questionnaire. Wait time was very small. Had a great exam from Dr. George. He's very professional & very prpersonable. Made an appointment for a cleaning. My friend referred me, very happy she did.

Dr. Victor George was very caring and personable. I need some work and feel confident he will do a good job. I went for a second opinion but will now make him my dentist of choice. Pleasantly surprised by costs. Less than expected!

I've had my share of a few horrible dental visit experiences. I took a chance on BrightNow! and I don't regret it. I just received 2 fillings and braces on the same day, and quickly! Hands down the best service/treatment I've experienced. The staff are warm and friendly, the doctors are thorough, attentive and listens to your needs, the overall atmosphere is super positive and the location is really convenient. I'd give 10 stars if possible. Great job you guys, I highly recommend!!

Love it here. Dentist is super nice, staff is friendly, and they did those mouth x-rays better than I've ever had them done before. Those x-rays are normally really uncomfortable

Quoted me an out of pocket price for a deep cleaning, not once but twice, like 2 weeks before the procedure and then charged me more after it was done without a word to me in advance. Very rude and disrespectful girl behind the counter who first lied and said the dental hygienist himself told me and then was like "oh well" and walked away. My insurance has not changed at all. She never bothered to schedule my follow up and that was the first time I've ever visited the office without receiving a text asking me to tell them how it went. So she's not doing her job on all fronts. I asked to have the manager contact me and of course never received that call. Completely unprofessional office.

Would not recommend them to anybody. I went in for an evaluation to be told there's a chance I may need a root canal but likely would be good with just crowns, so I had the work started. Left with temporaries and in unbelievable pain, so I called them back and they insisted it was normal and I did not need a root canal. After 3 days of continuous pain, I asked them to take another look, then when told I do need a root canal, they tell me they don't even do them on the teeth they worked on, and after paying $1500 they now referred me to a specialist that wants another $1300 per root canal.

The office doesn't have a stable staff, I saw like 4 orthodontist. I had teeth pull and fix and pulled out again even after i paid for procedures to be done the right way. Several times on my visits I've waited for more then an hour to be taken care of. I don't recommend bright dental.
