Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

this is the worst place i ever came!!! they book me for a cleaning and the day they book me the person who does the cleaning was off like why would u guys make people waste time and miss work!!! so unprofessional just want to charge the insurance for things we don't need and was the same for my sister waste of our time don't come to this place so unprofessional

Something went wrong the first time, but staff lead by Dennis made it right. It's been good experience since then. Friendly doctors and staff...that's what I like best at Bright Now! Dental. Specifically, I appreciate Dr. Fulle and staff for consistently demonstrating great customer service, very professional. My special thanks to Adelle and the lady dental assistant of Dr. Fulle. They go beyond my expectations. Job well done!

The worst, save your time go somewhere else. Update 6/13/22 Tried to make an appointment online, did not get any call back. Called right now at 11:50 am, was put on hold for 5 minutes. Then they hung up on me.

Hey Now All, I'm a 61yr/Blk Marine corps vet and I am terrified of needles/shots. Today I went in to fix 3 cavities so u can imagine what my brain was processing . Now here this!!! After I disclosed my clear fear of 's his trusty side kick 'Ronnie' knumbed me up alil wit red gel then' Dr Sean Full'came in later to give me 2 more injections to knumb me up for drilling and I didn't even fill the injection or drilling procedure at all.. So I'm giving Both Sean and Ronnie a 5 Review. So if u have a fear of needles/procedures Bright now dental n Bellflower will take care of you.. TRUST ME..

They were extremely helpful and friendly, I had a better experience here than most places, everyone greats you with smiles and you can tell the friendliness is genuine when you get there. The dentist was careful and worked without me experiencing any pain for my tooth extraction, he guided me through my healing process clearly, they were all very helpful.

We are you patients to this office. I was only able to make appointments for my two kids on one day and had to make an appointment for myself on another day. My kids had an appointment on Monday but only got X-rays done. We all need a teeth cleaning which I explained on the phone to the lady when I made the appointment. I was told I would have to make a separate appointment for cleaning and the hygienist only comes in once a week. What kind of dental office is this that I can only go on a Tuesday for a teeth cleaning and I can even book my appointment at the same time as my kids? Very disappointed in this office. When I asked the lady about scheduling teeth cleaning once a week she got an attitude with me.

It only takes one thing for a dental visit to go sour and have that unsatisfying feeling. I don't know if all dental offices are like this, or if it's just only this place. This DDS and assistant(s) NEVER(emphasizing the never in capital letters), never introduce themselves whatsoever. Up to this day, I don't know either the DDS names, nor the dental assistants except for one-Joey. All the front office staff, specifically Adela, are good and introduced herself professionally. But man, these DDS need to be spoken to by this facility's management. They just walk up to me, or patients, and start laying hands on us without even caring to explain what they're doing, what they're looking for or explain the plan of care. They just slap their gloves on, tell the patient to open wide and move on to the next patient. Didn't school teach them to introduce themselves and explain procedures, and/or what they're doing? I mean introducing yourself in all of the medical field should be of upmost importance to establish some kind of comfort to the patient. These dentist, or DDS, should take some kind of provider to pt social communication skills training.

My son had a dental appointment today, 2-21-22. Been booked this date since 6 months ago. I got a email last week to confirm that we will be there. I get there this morning & they are closed.!! Why didnt the staff call to let me know.?! Why did I get an email to confirm, if they wasnt gonna be open.?! Why was I even booked for this date in the first place.?! So now I lost a day of work for absolutely nothing. & will have to loose another day for him to actually be seen.!! Ridiculous.
