Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

I'll start off with saying that disappointing is not even enough to cover my experience at this place. If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. My elderly father has been going here for a few years despite reporting that he received very rough treatment every time he had a visit. I would attempt to have him consider going elsewhere but he prefers to stick to what he knows and he was already used to this place. Fast forward to now, my father goes twice a year, if not more, to this dentist. He recently had an appointment. Upon the first appointment he reported they were very rough, he had to ask them to stop because he was bleeding. He was told he had a minor cavity and needed to return the following week. After the second appointment he was so upset and told my brother and I how he was given a huge bill and never told what they even did. The list showed that they were able to extract $800 from his fixed income account by administering a local antibiotic at a "discounted" rate of $81 per tooth. He did not understand that this is what happened. My brother and I went into the office in hopes of speaking to someone who was professional and able to address and possibly resolve this issue. Instead we encountered two women, who were rude and EXTREMELY defensive. As someone who works in the medical field, I know the importance of a patient giving consent, and I know the importance of a patient understanding what they are giving consent to. This is not a small thing. Both women never apologized for my father's experience, only justified the fact that he was told what was happening and what he was going to pay. They were so satisfied that they would not be liable because they ran through their consent paperwork, even though it was clear he did not understand what the hell was going on. They insisted that my father appeared as someone who didn't need any special attention or care when making such a decision. My father is 84 years old. He has a hard time hearing, and cannot read without assistance. He was extremely confused and had no understanding whatsoever about what had occurred at the dentist office. It was visible in his eyes and extremely evident to anyone who works in any type of setting. I'm not sure what I'm more upset about, the fact that they took advantage of an elderly person who was not understanding what was happening or the fact that they did not apologize even ONCE nor even seemed that they cared. Upon my brother asking for a higher supervisor to speak with, the manager told us that she can send an email, but that it did not mean that anyone would get back to us. All around, the service here is terrible when you can't even ask for an explanation without someone becoming immediately defensive and basically telling you, you're wrong. You do not need to be guilty to apologize, or to make a patient feel that you understand them. The fact that they wanted to cover their butts and defend themselves really made them look pretty guilty to me. In fact, the moment we mentioned the bill, they knew precisely who we were talking about, and sheepishly acknowledged it. A few days after we confronted them, my father received another bill for an additional $300 not covered by insurance. Meanwhile, we haven't had anyone contact us to discuss this matter. I would not go here, and I would not recommend anyone to go here. Looking at the reviews, I see that unfortunately we are not the only ones who have had this type of experience.

I went in for a deep cleaning after a long absence from the dentists office. Paid cash. I was visibly nervous. The dentist did my "deep cleaning" in under 7 minutes. When I got home I could literally see plaque on my teeth... nothing was done ! So they see I'm more scared than normal so they take my $300 and do nothing. Unfortunately you can't prosecute this type of thief. My new dentist says my deep cleaning will take approx 70 mins. After to being asked to contact them to discuss the issue. I was given a one sentence email response. "the matter has been looked into." No it wasn't. Still waiting for my refund from the fraudulent service.

I went to take my kids in for their first visit today and was speaking to a receptionist. She was very irrate and unprofessional when I tried to explain I cannot wear a mask and choose not to mask my children! She was so concerned about following rules from The CDC but didnt fillow all rules and exemptions for rhose who are autistic, hearing impared or medical conditions that allow you to be mask free! Even after going against my better judgment I said I would but she refused service bevause I questioned her knowledge, the laws & our rights! She became flustered after being unknowledgeable and refused service even after I said I would comply! I walked out and then walked in to speak with a supervisor. Well she was the supervisor, unfortunately! As management this establishment shoukd be ashamed and that woman should be fired for her unprofessionalism! May God have peace and patience upon her heart for people

So I've been twice now, and it's been fine, everybody is nice and communicates well. This time I had to wait a while which was totally fine! They were busy. But once they got to me...they RUSHED. It was the most aggressive, quick picking experience I've ever had. And it didn't feel thorough. But it was very very rough. I also didn't like that the water and vacuum were *constantly* in my mouth (instead of at the end of each row or something like I'm used to.) So not only was I getting stabbed a bunch it felt like, but my cold sensitivity was going nuts. I'll be returning in 6 months, but if the pick job is that rough again, I'll be switching elsewhere. Yes my gums are not the best I'm sure. But there's something to be said for delicacy when using those picks.

I had multiple bad experiences here before where they took over 2 hours just to see me after check in. They then also took an hour for the dentist to actually do the clean up. I would not recommend this place.

Every time I have been in to see this dentist someone is coming in complaining. At first I thought it was people being rude but I realize it's definitely not that. The staff is great and friendly but the dentist herself never seems like she knows what's going on. She's nice enough but just not organized. The staff almost seem to keep her straight and focused. I've been here 4 times and 3 out of those 4, treatment changed when I got there because they were unaware of the plan. Today I came in and the dentist was asking me which teeth she was to pull from my son. I'm not the dentist, she is. Definitely not going to have her work on my child's mouth if she's not sure the plan beforehand. I'm so disappointed and honestly frustrated. I'm finding a new dentist today. Let me also say that I've been to bright now dental other locations and loved it, it's definitely not the business itself -just this specific dentist.

Very unprofessional. I was treated poorly and overcharged. Actual dental treatment was not well done. Once you become a victim of this place there is no recourse. No accountability here
