Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

The office in Arcanum is good, only because of who the people are! The office in Huber was very bad, they cheated me, and I would never, ever go there again!! It was not the dentist, it was the office staff They would get 0 stars!! Judy

This location is really good at what they do, super friendly/ professional and gets you an appointment quickly. I highly recommend them as I drive 40 minutes because the patient care is so good! I am grateful for this Dentist as well as the hygienists, assistants and front desk staff. Top notch dental care and a super clean and professional clinic.

Had a filling done here ended up breaking into my gum line and stabbing me for a half a year untill I got tooth removed. Then I go in to get a check up and they put a filling on a tooth that was not bothering me. Then after a week I can't even chew on that side of my mouth that the filling is in. Now I have extreme pain coming from said filling that has been constant and will not even let me go to sleep, after not sleeping a wink Saturday or Sunday I thought I was saved coming into the office on Monday.... Wrong they decided they would take a sand disk to my filling without any numbing. Making the pain double. Praying to god he would give me some pain pills so I could sleep but instead prescribes something that takes a week to feel the effects. Here I am again up all nightcrying in pain on a Monday having to miss another day of work. Probably the most pain I've ever had to endure

I unfortunately had a very poor first experience with Bright Now Dental. I arrived at the facility early to complete new patient paperwork and sat in the lobby for over an hour before being taken back for my apt. In that time an individual who came in after me stating that her apt had been scheduled for 20min after mine was taken back. When I finally was taken to a very tiny exam room not a single staff member who came in introduced themselves. There were four different individuals in the room and I didn't know who any of them were or what their job duty was. Not only this but the room I was taken to smelled like poop. One lady looked in my mouth, rattled off some numbers to another lady, who I'm guessing wrote the information down, and that was it. I was at the facility for over an hour and a half and I didn't even get my teeth cleaned. I was told that if I wanted this service I would need to schedule another appointment in 4 months and was given a breakdown of what the charges would be. Beyond frustrated, I left without scheduling another appointment and do not plan on returning.

I will not be returning to this place again! My son left with a bacterial infection in his mouth which had to be treated with antibiotics. When I tried to talk with the dentist about my sons mouth, I was immediately interrupted and he insisted it wasn't from them. They do not work well with children. They told my son it doesn't hurt that bad and back in his day they didn't have anything to numb them. This was not very comforting to my 10 year old. There is a reason this place always has openings and other dentist offices don't. Not very sanitary and very unorganized.

I have had 2 appointments with dr greg so far and he has taken his time each time with me to go over all my options. There are dentists out there that only want the money, but I feel as if dr greg is still in it for the passion. Thank you dr greg!
