Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

The people there We're very Friendly there , the first time there, because the one went to closedown. Then I had to wait a long time like 1 hour because I was not assigned me to them, so people there had call insurance people to get assigned there , then the lady came in & told me what I needed have done, you need antibiotic shot for my gum & your insurance don't cover that , the shot is only $120.00 . I can't afford that right now so she told me I can give it to you for $90.00 dollars I said ok, when I got home the paperwork said I payed for 4 shots, I only agreed to have one shot done but changed me for 4 shots that was $360.00 that I don't have. That shows you what kind of people they are. There only there to get money out of you. So don't recommend this place. I went to the one in Brea they didn't lie to you. "Like here". I was not impressed with this place.

This place is great. The ladies at the desk are so sweet and helpful . My dental hygienist Ramon has done most of my cleanings and yes he did an amazing job. He was careful and it literally did not hurt at all. This is the place to go. I recommend this place 100%

I would give this place no stars if I could. Unless you want to be seen by uneducated people who literally do not care about you or your treatments. DO NOT COME HERE. There is always an issue with these people and company with every single visit. My son got his braces here and the process is complete trash. Overpriced and not to mention that the staff thinks you have no life and other responsibilities. They do not accommodate patients for their needs. You either come in and bow down to what these people want or you lose your money. Never will I tell anyone to come here if anything I'll advise them to not even see a dentist if their only option is this place. Having bad teeth is better than coming to this location. They need to change their uneducated RUDE staff and their policies. DO NOT COME HERE.. they DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR NEEDS!!

Well I will say speaking to Lupe makes things easy she explained in such away that made me feel better . Very soft spoken , and made me feel she's willing to go the distance to help . Our you can ask for the Dallas cowboy fan can't remember her name She will go the distance . Help like this is very rare . The office here is great

The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I hate going to the dentist, like I'm sure a lot of people do. But the staff made me feel at ease and comfortable. Starting at the front office all the way to thr back. During and after treatment I was at ease.

I love this place! When the Fullerton office closed down I was transferred here, and they have such great service. They are polite and courteous to everyone, even when some unpleasant patients get Karen-like. I will continue to get my dental work done, so far my braces are almost done and onto the end tasks! The front office ladies (I forgot their names, sorry!) are always nice even when I've been late. I'd recommend them if you are a respectful and non-selfish, regular patient!

I love this place. I have been coming here for almost a year. I began coming when I bought braces in June. I look forward to coming to my cleanings and check ups every month. The staff is so friendly. There are so many sweet people here. Diem is the best hygienist I've ever had and the front desk staff is a joy. Definitely would recommend

My dentist made a direct appointment with this facility. When I arrived for my appointment they had no appointment for. I was standing next to the person who made my appointment and heard her speak to someone at Bright Now. My appointment was at 11am and they told me it was a 3hr wait. I already took the day off of work so I had to wait. I didn't eat because my dentist instructed me not to. I asked for ice and they never gave me any or let me know they didn't have any. No one gave me any updates, but I just keep hearing this lady tell other patients it's a long wait. We can't rush surgery. The waiting room is outdated. You have to knock on the front door so they can let in. After 1 & 1/2 hours they called my name. Just for an x-ray. They could have had my dentist"s office send over the films I took a week prior. 2hrs later they informed me they were waiting on a room for me, then basically told me it was my dentist's fault for not communicating with me about the wait times. This place only cares about making as much money as they can by funneling as many patients they can in a day. Don't go to this place if you can't spend all day here. 4hrs later and no one still. My dentist's office even tried to expedite things and nothing. After another 45min I left, still in pain, still not cared about, and rushing to go back home to get a Rx for antibiotics for my tooth issue.

Well there are many problems with this place. Here is what we experienced, our dentist(not us) made the appointment for 11am today. Figured we had to get here early a bit to maybe fill out some paperwork. Receptionist said she did not see that we have an appointment. So immediately called our dentist. Our dentist confirmed she made the appointment and she did speak with someone in the office. So our dentist informed us she called here and spoke with the office manager and confirmed the information. Ok great. The receptionist then said "just to let you know the wait would be between 1-3 hours because you can not hurry surgeries". Well that was disappointing but we were willing to wait because my wife took off of work and this was the only day she had available. So we waited and waited and waited, 1 hour and then two hours. We were getting impatient, we then asked how long is it going to be now? Their answer was, "we are waiting for a room to open up" ok fine, they took someone from the waiting room that arrived 2 hours after we did, my wife was upset and looked at me and said "did you see that?, that person came in after us". At that moment i think the staff saw the mistake and said, "we are still looking for a room to put you in". Well according too logic, our room was given to someone else at that time. Another hour went by and my wife asked again why haven't we been seen, the receptionist said that she already told us that we did not have an appointment and it would be some time. Again frustrating right? Well another 30 mins went by and my wife our dentist office, letting them know what is happening, our dentist was floored that we have not been seen yet. Our dentist even called this place multiple times with almost everyone looking at the phone lines and ignoring the calls. So exactly 4 hours since we arrived in this office, we decided to leave. On our way to our dentist office this place finally decides to call us and say "the surgeon is ready for your consultation". Over 4 hours for a consult even though they knew this was a surgery. Now, i do believe this place is geared toward money grab of people that do not know better. Sad really and im sure i will get a response from this review just like everyone else "im sorry for your inconvenience, please email us at....". Which lets face it, that does not work to change this place. What does work is not letting this company grab your money, treat you like trash. Note to this business before you respond with threats, i did record the whole experience with time stamps just in case your employees decide to stretch the truth.

My experience at Bright Now! Was Phenomenal to say the least. From my first initial call with the call center, they answered all my questions and made scheduling a Breeze. When I arrived the staff was friend and upbeat, at time of check up the doctor, the hygienist, the payment specialist all made me feel comfortable and where extremely polite and gentle. I am glad I made the decision to switch to this location. Thank you

My service has always been really exceptional until yesterday. I waited an hour for my hygienist to get back from lunch...and they still never showed up. Everyone was very apologetic. Luckily, the dentist ended up doing my cleaning.
