Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Seriously, don't come here! This is the worst dentist ever. He messed up my wife's filling twice. She is still in pain. On top of that, they never answer calls. They are never open. The only way to contact them is by going through the phone line as a new patient. Avoid this dentist at all cost!!!!

Office manager Denise is awesome the vibe at the Reseda location is wonderful now !!! Update I went back yesterday for some emergency help , The hole team was beyond caring to my needs . I started coming in 2021 and when I first walked in they really helped me out now it's the year 2022 and I must say this is the best dentist I can ever go too . Seriously ! This is the best dentist . All the workers from the receptionist, to doctors , and other employees are respectful, on time , reliable and helpful. Thank you so much

The whole staff is very nice and organized. They were very helpful and got me in as soon as they can for wisdom teeth removal. They were there for assistance afterwards as well.

Find a different place to go. The front desk is rude every time we come in (once a month for two years). Even though the county has lifted the mask rule, they still discriminate against anyone who chooses not to wear one. Literally kicking us out. We always followed the guidelines, now we get kicked out for following the current guidelines. On top of that, they scolded my daughter, one thing they yelled was " DONT YOU KNOW HOW TO LISTEN!" This is the last straw, I always put up with their rude ways. The can't talk to people however they want, especially to my daughter I will not give this place businesses.

Dr Vince and Denise ARE AWESOME!! There was another assistant, I didn't catch her name, but she was awesome too!!! I work for a dental office but I come here for my dental work. That says a lot about Bright Now Dental Reseda. They are really easy to work with very pleasant and financially they are very affordable

They had me fiance for a root canal and then referred me to there specialist and after I gave them over 700 dollars the specialist wanted a new loan to start work on my infected tooth and now I can't afford this specialist abs no one will tell me where my money went to fix my tooth they say to call final from loan and the loan provided by smile bright says to call the dentist office no body will fix my tooth and I am suffering still and no one has fixed my tooth ! If anyone knows what to do now I would love advice they don't care about your health there all about your money so disappointed and honestly a single mom they took my saving abs left me in pain suffering abs no one cares

Receptionist was very kind and professional as well as the Dentist and hygienist. I feel that they just need to work on the scheduling a little better. My appointment was first canceled and I only noticed because I received an email and I made a call to see why it was changed as I was not informed before changing the date and time. Also I work Mon-Fri so it would be nice if they would have more weekends available for appointments so I don't have to use a lot of time off from work. It did take long to be seen but once seen they were able to do whatever they needed to do fairly quickly, I understand that due to Covid many places are low staffed but I think that it could have been planned out better.

This place was awful! My daughters appointment was for 7am. The doctor didn't even bother to show up to work until 1 and 1/2 hours past her appointment! How unprofessional can you be? They would never allow a patient to be an hour and half late. Complete disregard for their customers.
