Dr. Roxzanne Amos earned her Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the University Of Florida College Of Dentistry in 1997. Energized about advances in all aspects of dentistry, she devotes more than 100 hours per year to state-of-the-art continuing education and has completedthe core curriculum at the Dawson Academy. Dr. Amos also studies at the world-renown Pankey Institute which specializes in complex oral health evaluations and restorations as well as the Spear Institute. She is passionate about helping her patients improve their overall health through excellent dental care.
Dr Amos has traveled to Guatemala many times to serve on dental/medical mission teams to bring relief and care to those who need it desperately. She grew up in Winter Park, Florida. She moved to Virginia Beach in 2003 when the US Navy assigned her husband, Mike, to NAS Oceana. They enjoyed the area so much, when her husband retired from the Navy, they decided to stay and raise their family. They now reside in Virginia Beach with their son Luke and their yellow lab mix, TJ. Dr Amos enjoys cooking and baking for her family and friends, being an active member of her church, and focusing on health and fitness activities.
Susana has been working in the dental profession since 2003 and is overjoyed to be a part of the Bright Life Dentistry team. She has completed a numerous of administrative, clinical and insurance seminars throughout the years in several parts of the country. She enjoys learning new things every day.
She loves assisting our patients to help them understand their dental benefits, how to maximize the use of their benefits, and to submit and process insurance claims for them. She finds it very rewarding to see people leave the office smiling and feeling good about themselves.
Outside of the office, she enjoys watching movies, listening to music, and traveling. She also enjoys spending time with family & friends and exploring new restaurants together. When the weather is nice you can find her at the beach.
She is a graduate of Old Dominion University, with a degree in Dental Hygiene,and a minor in Psychology. She believes in lifelong learning, is a self-proclaimedcontinuing education geek, and is passionate about helping bring patients tototal health. She is involved in community activities, and currently serves asPresident of the Virginia Dental Hygienists Association.
Suzanne was born into a Dental Family and raised in Smithville, Tennessee. She worked in her father's dental office throughout High School. She received a Bachelor's Degree from East Tennessee State University, and was licensed as a Dental Hygienist in 1979.
Suzanne married an Army Officer in 1980, and their family adventure took them across the country and to Europe. While her husband was serving in the Federal Republic of Germany, she was a Department of the Army Civilian Dental Hygienist, at the local Army Dental Clinic, helping to ensure the Dental Readiness of his soldiers. While in Maryland, she worked for the US Public Health Service caring for Coast Guard Personnel at Curtis Bay, Maryland. She has been practicing Dental Hygiene for 42 years.
She believes Dental Hygiene is an important part of everyone's overall health and feels honored to be part of her patient's life journey, achieving their brighest, healthiest smiles at Bright Life Dentistry.
She was born in WV and moved to Virginia Beach 34 years ago. She loves spending time with my family, day hiking with her daughter in the mountains, and riding motorcycles with her husband. She loves the beach, concerts, and cooking! Trish's faith and church are an important part of her life.
She loves being a dental assistant and caring for our patients. She wants to make them feel comfortable and confident that they are in good hands and getting the best dental care. Trish wants to autograph her work with excellence and put a smile on our patient's faces!
She loves coming to the office and feeling at home with each staff member. She appreciates how everyone works together for the good of our patients and each other. She is proud to be working with such a nice group of women!
Maddie began her dental assisting career in high school, where she completed a two-year dentalassisting course. After graduating in 2019 she started working full time with several generaldentists, prosthodontists, periodontists and oral surgeons in Southern Maryland. In October of2021 Maddie moved to Virginia Beach and has been a dental assistant here at Bright LifeDentistry!
