From beginning to end everyone was very friendly, BEST Treatment I've experience. Dr. Valika was very sweet and talked to me step by step on what he was doing. Very nice dental assistants, thank you for being such a great office with no hassles with my insurance! Took the time to explain my treatment and treatment plan. See you next year in my yearly check up.

I've learned that it's extremely difficult to find a dentist anywhere near me that accepts state insurance. Bright dental is an hour away from where I live, but I think I will be going there from now on for cleanings, etc. My tooth broke due to a cavity. There was no pain but I knew I needed to get it fixed ASAP. They were able to get me in the next day! The Dr started working on the cavity, but it turned out to be deeper than he originally thought, so he had to do a root canal. Apparently I have long roots as he was unable to finish the root canal with the equipment available to him. He put in a temporary filling, gave me a referral for an endodontist, and advised that if I was unable to find one I should go back to see him. I called everywhere trying to find an endodontist that would take state insurance and found no one but the Marquette school of dentistry and they were booked for a month. I called Bright dental again and was told to come in and the Dr would try again. I was terrified that I would lose the tooth as I lost one last year for the same reason. The Dr was able to save my tooth! The entire staff was very professional, organized, and friendly. They made sure I was comfortable and I felt like I was in good hands the whole visit. It's nice to find a dentist who isn't rushing to finish and pushing me out the door. It was a positive experience both visits.

Terrible Treatment-Denied Service for Cleaning with Coverage Dr. Aquil. I had an appointment scheduled for a cleaning. My first scheduled visit was cancelled my them one hour before the set time and was told the Dr had an emergency. Second appointment I waited 1/2 before seeing the dentist. He comes into the room never said hello or introduced himself. In a condescending tone he asked me why I was there, which I replied a cleaning. He took no more than 30 seconds to look in my mouth. He used a gloved hand. HE DID NOT CHANGE HIS GLOVES BEFORE TOUCHING MY MOUTH. He then told me I could not get my teeth cleaned because they were done six months prior and had no coverage. I told him I confirmed coverage twice with the carrier. He allowed me to call my insurance company in the dental room and he left the room. I spoke to a representative and they again confirmed my coverage. I knocked on the doctors door(across the hall) he came out and heard the repr. confirm coverage. He rushed away down the hall, returned and said I had to go wait in the waiting room(waiting room looks and smells like the 1990), so they could "investigate: I responded that he just heard that they confirmed coverage. He then told me that I would have to reschedule. I call and spoke to the office manager Nancy. Not once did she apologize or give and sound reason for the poor behavior of this "doctor". Aquil demonstrated poor judgement and unsanitary practice of not changing his gloves. I have never been treated so poorly by a practicing dentist. I

Everyone from the front staff, the nurses and doctor they did their best to make sure there was a relaxed environment, after so long not having dental care finding a top rated place that took the time to make sure I received the care I needed was phenomenal.

Went in for a routine check up on Tuesday had a decent X-ray service. Went into my chair the Dentist came in said I had a small cavity and went ahead and started to fix it. Put on some gel didn't leave it on for seconds and started to inject my cheek. Hits a nerve and my whole cheek explodes worse feeling in the world never have I ever had that happen at any Dentist visits. Explains my crown next to that tooth needs some fixing could cause future issues. After the visit my cheeks pain did not go away still sore and the cavity he fixed seems to of made space for food to get stuck next to the crown I need to get fix which wasn't happening prior to the fix.

Today was my first time at this office. I called searching for relief, for days, to no avail. Yesterday I was given their number. 1.) They got me in the next morning. 2.) The staff was understanding and caring. 3.)Dr. Hassan and Cassandra were not only kind and caring, but also fast and efficient. I walked in with a wisdom tooth broken off at the gum line. The pain was killing me. Some how these magicians managed to pull this brittle wisdom tooth out with forceps. I'm simply, in awe. They had the entire procedure done in under ten minutes. Today I walked into Bright dentist and found my forever dentist! I won't trust anyone else with my dental procedures ever again.

The staff here is lovely! Everybody was so nice and Dr. Syed really took care of me when I came to get my wisdom teeth pulled. I was in and out in no time. I would recommend him to anybody who needs quick and efficient dental care with a wonderful staff.

Pretty bad experience at this place. The dental assistant is a nice lady, but doesn't really speak English well and thus cannot communicate with the patient very well . During my cleaning she kept leaving for a very long time to go "help the dentist with another patient" leaving me sitting in the chair waiting. Then when the actual cleaning was done it was pretty painful. She tried to water pick the spot right next to where I had a tooth extracted 6 days ago. She seemed to have thought my tooth was pulled from the other side. when I got upset about it she seemed rush through the rest quickly and ran off to "help the dentist with another patient again". When the dentist was done with the other patient and finally ready to get started no one had spoke to me about what the cost would be.. they sent me a form on my phone during the cleaning that I happened to look at while I was waiting forever. Showed I would owe 500$ after the extractions. I then asked the dentist about this who had no idea and sent back the lady from the front to "explain everything." She didn't really explain anything.. she showed me a tablet saying this is what you would owe and this is what "should be covered." Had I not questioned this I would have been billed 500$ for something I was lead to believe was covered by insurance. I realize this place is new but this service was terrible.

The other day my fiance and I drove down to bright dental Racine to look at his tooth. To begin, the lady that began the exam, Cassy, was extremely friendly and professional. She did everything possible to make him comfortable. Dr. Hassan then came in with an equally friendly demeanor. A tooth needed to be pulled and they worked professionally and made the whole process extremely easy. Greatest experience either of us have had at a dentist.

Dr. Hassan and Cassy created such a great environment for me. I struggle with my teeth and was very nervous going into the office. I kept telling my girl how bad I did not want to go. Although I had to have a tooth pulled, they both took their time explaining the entire process, comforting me, and making it an overall easy experience. If I ever need work done in the future, I will definitely be willing to take the 2 hour drive in order to have them. Amazing customer service-amazing people!

Dr Hassan and Cassandra are so amazing! First time there today & I have found my new Dental place They were so super nice and comforting! I tend to be on the nervous side but that did not bother them at all as they were super patient with me I went in for consultation on a root canal and ended up getting help the same day! They explained the procedure in it's entirety and even gave me visuals. They were awesome at keeping me calm and comfortable the entire time. I can't express how grateful I am to them for all their help! Also a huge plus is all staff there were also sweethearts, I truly enjoyed my visit. So Blessed by this place and I highly recommend it!
