Went in for a cleaning and check up. Dr. Mel saw me and did a great job. She was very friendly, gentle, and professional. She spoke to me about everything that she was doing and made sure I understood the whole process. I definitely will continue to see Dr. Mel in the future. It's difficult to find a dentist like her. I felt like she actually cared, which is amazing.

Very great service from all workers! they were all very kind and hospitable and also have done an incredible job deep cleaning my teeth, and they were also very thorough with maintaining a healthy lifestyle, I would definitely recommend coming here!

Had my deep clean here and this one person named genesis was vary gentel and vary carefull with doing my deep clean would recommend her for another deep clean if needed

I had my first appointment with Brite dental today and I must say they did a fantastic job. I went in for an exam and deep cleaning. Dr. Mel was my dentist and she did a great job at explaining my needs and addressing my concerns and when she numb me for my deep cleaning I hardly felt it at all. Genesis, the dentist assistant did a THOROUGH deep cleaning! I could tell by how many times she went over each tooth precisely and the time she took to complete her work. To me that says a lot! My teeth have never looked better honestly. Shout out to the entire staff, thank you for the professional service! I look forwards to coming here again in the near future.

I'm so glad to be a patient of this office. I had work done here & Dr. Mel & Genesis are so understanding, nice & will tell you exactly what they're doing to make sure you're comfortable. I have bad anxiety & they walked me through every step & constantly asked if I was ok. Great dental office in the northwest burbs. Highly recommend!

One star is to much for you !! Be aware of this office !!! They are using unsterile instruments doctor asked for naming syringe and assistant brought unsterile one this is unbelievable . Bright dental of Palatine Make sure you have enough instrument before your appointments !!! If you want to get infected with something go to this office !!!

I got my teeth cleaning done from Bright Dental. Genesis, the assistant and Dr Mel took good care of m. I am very happy with the services done. I will definitely plan for my next visit soon here.

I've been here twice in less than a year and have less then great situation. So far they have been very hands on and helpful an identified and fix a few problems before they got worse. The doctor/dentist is very gentile too, I don't like destists honestly, but I feel safe here and they have been very nice to me and that goes A long way
