This is not my first visit to dentist. I had been going several different places. I was very unhappy with those services until I came to THIS PLACE--BRIGHT DENTAL OF LA MIRADA-- OMG I wish I had came this office long time ago instead wasted my entire time with another dentals office whom did horrible job compare this BRIGHT DENTAL OF LA MIRADA, has made me so happy because after I went thru xrays and check-up exams and then the dentist came in and review the xrays and went thru oral exams then sat down with me and tell me what is need to be done by step to step and details it out with everything. Really amazed me because I do want to know EVERYTHING WHATS GOING WITH MY TEETH! And I came in with all results and details. Also made my next appointment for step 1 and 2 to be done. I'm on the way to goal with beautiful bright white smile picture day! I RECOMMEND FOR EVERYONE to come to this place. You will not be sorry because you will get what you want and they will fix and make your goal to be completely satisfied that is their goal!

The receptionist are always nice and welcoming. The hygienist is very gentle and thorough. The dentist has always been very polite, knowledgeable and caring. I am very happy I am a patient here!

For anyone who has anxiety for going to the dentist, come here. The staff here at Bright Dental will take care of you. They'll listen to any and all of your concerns and make sure you're comfortable. I had a lot of work that took several months to complete and they let me go at a pace that worked for me. I can't stop proclaiming how well the staff of this office performed and I try to send any friend of coworkers here if they need work.

Bright Dental is amazing! The staff is so sweet and caring. They are honest and very informative and above all very professional. I highly recommend.

The one very important thing to remember about this review is that I have a terrible fear of the dentist. Like completely terrible, panic attacks and all! So terrible that I put off seeing the dentist for 7 YEARS!! However push came to shove and I finally had to go cause my teeth had just gotten too bad. The only reason I made the appointment here was because they had an online option to do so. I did luck out though they made me feel so comfortable and over the many appointments I had I became more acclimated to going. If you have a fear of the dentist I highly recommend this place! I am going to continue to come back for my check ups for sure!

Like everyone else I'm scared to death of the dentist. I had a wonderful experience today with Dr. Daniel. He's quick and efficient. I needed a filling and was afraid but he was so gentle I didn't really feel the numbing shot. The staff is very caring and professional. I highly recommend Bright Dental La Mirada.

Horrible service at the front. They canceled my appointment about an hour before it was scheduled. They've done this so many times and it's so irritating when you take off work for it. Do not come here if you want to feel comfortable and welcomed.

Everyone should go to Bright Dental. They are very friendly and very caring office, and I like the treatment I have had there over many years of going there.

The worst dental office workers I ever met for more than 56 years. The Office worker (Gabby?) and Samantha are the groupy some who dogs you together. My issue was with requesting for a deep cleaning authorization from Denti-Cal. First, the Samantha tells me that it will take more than a month to get the authorization from the Denti-Cal. I asked if there is any way sooner. Samantha said "NO". So, I waited but I thought I would give a call to Denti-Cal to see if they could expedited the approval since my gums were hurting worse. Denti-Cal told me that they never received the request, and told me to see if the dental office could send the request electronically, then it should take just few days for the approval. So, I called the dental office and asked to submit the request electronically, then Samantha tells me that they could fax the request to the Denti-Cal and that is the electronic way of submitting it. I had a dought and asked again "Fax is a electronic way of submitting?". She said "Yes". Well if she said yes I had to trust her, so I waited. I was calling in to Denti-Cal for the status but received negative response. I called in to the dental office, they gave me run around... putting me on hold too long until I had to hang up... some times she hung up on me. So, finally, I called Denti-Cal again for the status, today. However, again, Denti-Cal never received anything from the Bright Dental (Not So Bright after All!). Now, Samantha lies to me that I told them that I wanted to go to the different dental office, so they declined the authorization. I called the Denti-Cal to verify to see if the Bright Dental sent any request for me. Again, the Denti-Cal never received any request to start with so there was never any authorization. How can Samantha decline the authorization from the Denti-Cal when the Denti-Cal never sent any? It took 3 months and 3 weeks for this event as of today. Only thing I asked that may upset Samantha and (Gabby?) at the beginning was to get the authorization soon since my gum was hurting. Bright Dental have 3 out of 5 review score from the Yelp!!! No wonder why !!! Maybe the review would get better if both Samantha and Gabby get fired.

Great staff, clean and sanitary. Doctor's will explain what procedures will be done. They listen and answer any questions. They will work with you in scheduling appointments. I recommend this Dental office to all, including my family members.
