Would not recommend going here for anything other than last minute needs. Everything and everyone was rushed, appointment was 45 minutes behind schedule, saw the actual dentist for less than two minutes, the machine used to clean was extremely painful, and the dental assistant didn't even get all of my teeth with polish. In my exam room the walls/tvs were cracked and had holes in them which was incredibly unsettling. The only redeeming factor is that the staff was incredibly nice.

From the time I entered the facility I was treated as a person and not a $. The DDS went above and beyond my expectations as well as the family there. I recommend Bright Dental, they care about there patients! Thank You!!!

They did an excellent job. I experienced no pain. The dentist showed a lot of care and understanding while distracting my tooth. I recommend to anyone to go to Bright dental. For any dental work they are fantastic.

Very unprofessional staff. I had to inform every employee in the facility to wash their, hands going back and forth between clients. The bathroom was a sight to see there was dried feces on the soap container as well as the replacement soap container. I asked was everyone aware of the feces in the bathroom know one seemed to care. Staff weren't in compliance with quality and safety standards. Bright dental violated health care protocols not wearing gloves handing equipment, tools and other materials, placing these items on unsanitary tables. I was utterly disgusted. My son caught a cold after his visit and had to take a covid 19 test to return to school.

Dentist was nice but kept leaving the room to attend to other patients every 20 minutes. What was supposed to be an hour long root canal and crown prep turned into 4 hours of pain and constantly having to be numbed.

This place want get your money, and if you don't pay it they will treat you like animal. If you are looking for 5 minutes teeth cleaning for whole process, just go this place. I should give 0 if I can.

Worse experience with dr Hannah. Had to wait for 1:20 minutes to verify my insurance and for doctor even after filling all insurance a day before. On top of this, doctor was rude and did cleaning for 7 minutes and polished for another 5 mins, took only about 12-13 minutes for cleaning. They charged for comprehensive evaluation to my insurance even I denied due to some personal reason.

I took my fiance to his appointment and he was very nervous. The nurses and Dr. Made him feel very comfortable. He was so surprised that it did not take but a few moments, and he felt nothing. He was very pleased. He will send his friends here. Thanks for being so gentle with patience that are afraid.

Terrible place. First time I went they said I needed 4 root canals. I got a 2nd opinion from a different place and they said I didn't need any root canals just regular fillings. So glad I got that 2nd opinion! Then I go in for a simple cleaning and had to wait 1 hour and 45 mins after my appt time to finally get the dentist. Then she does an extremely aggressive cleaning, stabbing and poking me in a very hurried manner. Then the machine she was using to polish my teeth kept falling apart in my mouth, and she would grab the part and reattach it. Both of my experiences there were awful, I'll never go back.

Reading many reviews here before my first visit to clinic yesterday, was apprehensive given the many negative accounts. Kept my eyes open and remained observant. Place was clean in waiting room and patient room. Staff were friendly, answered my questions and treatment was efficient and precise. Did NOT hear people screaming in other rooms in pain. Equipment for xrays and panoramic was most advanced. Arrived early and was seen early, treatment completed quickly. Did experience changing dentists, started with one for exam and different dentist for treatment. Felt the reason for this was dentist who did extraction likely had best skill to do so. Molar extraction was surprisingly fast - one pull. Happy they take badgercare plus, no problems with insurance claim. Nothing for me to do in that regard, didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. Will go there again when have saved money for implant, half the price of most dentists for this.

Was here for an appointment for my fiance and to schedule my first appointment and Patricia at the front desk was AMAZING! She was so kind, wonderful and went above and beyond! She even looked up all the information plus directions to our next stop after here which she didn't have to do! Wish there was more people out there like her, the world needs more Patricia's!!Everyone else there is wonderful too I just HAD to give a huge shout out, well deserved! Thank you for everything Patricia

Incredibly disappointed with this clinic. The nurses and receptionists were wonderful, however my issue lies primarily with the doctor and the scheduling. Upon my first visit I waited approximately 45 minutes before being taken to the back, followed by intermittent periods of sitting there waiting, leaving my 5 PM appointment for an X-Ray and cleaning (which was about 20 minutes of actually seeing the doctor) at 7 PM. Walked out today after I was told of a similar wait time, will be going to a different dentist.
