The receptionist is so unprofessional. I was mislead into believing this practice was in network I asked twice ... before I scheduled and when I arrived. She was offended that I was asking. This practice does not go over coverage before giving a procedure., so you are not aware as to what you will be paying and what amount would be covered by your insurance and what your out of pocket will be. The total out of pocket percentage depends on if the practice is in bettor not. She lied and said I am PPO which is only true because they are not in network as she had already verified they were. So with that said she stole money from my by lying and making me pay a higher percent of my treatment which then in turn takes from my annual maximum that the insurance will cover. As I acknowledge out loud how unprofessional she spoke and I normally do not care but because it set a stage as to how unprofessional she was, she wore a crop top...yes a crop top. Given she did have a pull over you could still see the entires front of her belly and also had wripped gym pants with a 5-7 inch hole in her inner thigh that was completely visable and smaller ones down the back seam with no attempt to cover up. I am shocked and should have walked put and knew something was not right. As I met her at the front to go over over coverages after my procedure she was raising her voice and shaking as I questioned her lies and the dr and nurse I am sure could hear but never tried to intervene to calm the situation down. My personal opinion is that they don't care this is how this practice is ran and they really do not care.

Great Dentist & Staff ,help me out on understand my insurance ,even printed it out for me, very honest staff ,will recommend this office to my friends & family ,front desk lady even gave me advise on working out & staying healthy.

Dr. Brigham is fantastic. Have been going to him for several years and will not go to any other dentist. He's gentle and I never feel any pain. Dr. Brigham will never do any work I don't need.

Amazing service! Went in for an emergency extraction and they helped me stay calm. One of the ladies even held my hand the whole time!

Kenneth Brigham DDS was so understanding and gentle. I really have bad anxiety about going to the dentist, he and his staff were so wonderful to me. They kept reassuring me and making sure I was ok all through the process. I would highly recommend Kenneth Brigham for anyone has any fear of dentists. If I could give him more stars I would. My husband and I have been with this dentist for over 10 years. The best dentist I can ever ask for. Very caring. I respect him a lot for the attentive emergency care needed when my tootg broke etc. I really loved having Tracy handle everything up front such as billings, appts, follow-up. She was trustworthy. I miss having her there. The new girl Tara, I cannot say the same except she's the rudest worker there ever. 10 yrs plus there and her bad attitude may make me change on looking for a new dentist.

From Dr Kenneth Brigham & Staff We strive to educate & give the best care for our patient , Sorry we upset you PY ,But unfortunately we have protocol to follow with the DEA ,We our limited on giving out prescriptions , with so many patients getting addicted to narcotics, which is devastating . (Patient's safety comes first )
