I don't give negative reviews lightly but I have to say the entire experience was terrible and unprofessional. I want to start by saying that I'm disabled and I have severe anxiety and my wife has to go with me for these things. I went in with a complaint about tooth pain. I did say I wasn't sure if it was a bottom or top tooth but I was pretty sure it was the bottom. They told me they were going to give me a cone beam x ray. I'd never heard of it but I'm pretty sure dentistry was practiced before this was invented. They tried three times to do it and the first two it didn't work. But the worst part was at the end they told me I'd have to pay $100 because no insurance covers it. I wasn't told this ahead of time or I would've refused it because as I said I don't think it was a necessary procedure. Next I had my teeth cleaned which I wasn't scheduled for but they were kind enough to see if there was an opening. Now remember I have severe anxiety so I don't get to the dentist often enough. I know I have tartar buildup. I know I need to go more often but some of us have issues that keep us from going. This was all told to the hygienist but she just kept on making comments. This doesn't help me get back in. It also gave me an attack later. As for the dentist himself Dr. Sutton, he seemed to be in a hurry. I saw him for two minutes tops. I think out of everything the $100 charge bothers me the most because it wasn't necessary. The cost wasn't discussed. If the lady up front knows no insurance will cover it then they should discuss that with you instead of you having to shell out $100 you weren't counting on. I won't be going back.

There's actually nothing my husband and I could find that the way it was My great grandma always said if it's not broken don't fix it. My husband said I should go with to the dentist. I have no bottom denture and I didn't have an appointment but Dr Murdock said to take the x-ray he came back to me and said good news he can put 2 implants and that will stay just pop it in and no longer have to eat soft food now I just to pop out and put it back in. Thank you Brigham City Smiles for taking such good care of patients. Oh last but not lease the staff couldn't any better. WONDERFUL FRANCIS AND MAIREANTOINETTE SIPPEL

I was past due on my 6 month checkup when I had an old tooth repaired fall off. Set up my appointment online. They let me know they could do both of I can in early. Had my teeth cleaned and checked. The staff are just great. Then Dr Sutton gave me options on the tooth. I chose to have it repaired again. He quickly did that and I was on my way. Best recommendation I can give is we having been coming here for 13 years.
