I went to this office for the first time because my insurance recommended them to me. First thing I noticed is that they are clearly understaffed. The x-ray tech did a great job. I usually gag but I didn't once with her. Great job! Now onto Dr Pinsker, he was extremely harsh with me and came off just as rude to his employees. The x-ray tech was getting yelled at almost the entire time I was there. He kept pushing uncovered procedures on me. I was there for a filling and he wanted me to come back for implants and bridge work that I can't afford. I didn't like his bedside manner at all. I will not be returning unless the office gets a much needed upgrade on dental practices and etiquette. I felt I was forced to see the implant specialist for a consult even though I informed both the front desk and Dr Pinsker that I wasn't interested and couldn't afford the work. I felt very uncomfortable and have since found a new dentist.

very nice, everyone is nice...joseph fixed my filling, my tooth feels so much better, he had to re-do my filling that another dentist in warren had already filled but did a bad job on. thank you!!

No thanks! Mediocre work. Had a filling done, was charged $70 through my insurance and it came out the next day. I had to go to a different office to have it done right! If I'm going to pay you $70, you better do the work right!! I don't have tons of money laying around like some people do. The doctor was also trying to sell me on an implant! What?!!? you can't even do a filling correctly! You think i'm going to let you chop my jaw up?!!? I called my insurance and changed offices never going back!!!!

Office is outdated, need cleaning and a paint job bad. Nothing special about Dr. Pinsker. Receptionist needs to retired, she was upset to be there. Staff rude and need to learn decent behavior skills, it fell short at home. Do not recommend.

I have been going to this dentist for 2 years and have no issues. Like the office and staff. Always a great experience. The dentist is very professional and concerned about your dental care. I never have to wait. if your appointment is 2 o'clock your in, even if you arrive early. The treatment rooms are very comfortable and even have television. I highly recommend Bridgewater-Greenbrook Dental.

The dentists at Bridgewater-Greenbrook, Dr. Bloom and Dr. Pinsker, are both outstanding. They have provided the first-class service. I am totally satisfied. I can see that, after I switched to this dental office, my teeth have been very healthy.

COVID ALERT!!! The doctor doesn't change his PPE!!!!!! I saw him go from the room across the hall right into my room without changing his coverall gown or mask!! HOW LONG DOES HE GO WITHOUT CHANGING HIS PPE!!!!!!????? That's how the virus spreads! How do I know you didn't see a patient and get there I spit on your sleeve then you want to come and touch my mouth!! NO NO NO NO!!! I've been safe for months I am NOT going to get it because of a doctor that doesn't know how PPE works. Also there's a little air filter machine on the counter...that's it?! How is that circulating the entire office when you have an AC unit?! I feel bad for the staff there. The girls were so incredibly nice to me I hope they are protected. (No N95 masks on anyone) I'd hate to see any of them get sick because the doctor is reckless. If you are going to go here, wait until COVID is done otherwise you may be at risk!

Dr Pinsker is by far the best dentist I have gone to!!..super friendly and very gentle...I would highly recommend him!!
