Jeanine who has worked reception for years since I became a patient is always short, snarky, and flat out rude. She makes every interaction hostile and it pains me to pick up a phone knowing she's responsible for scheduling. Just awful. Hygienists and Dentists have always been great! Especially the hygienists, they're super sweet and helpful. Note: I had a very similar experience to the person below who commented about the dentists claiming you've grounded your teeth down. Oddly enough, they told me the exact same thing and I've never had a problem with grinding before, nor did I notice any change or problem. Seems a little peculiar to me. I also had issues with the original placement of my crown filling and had to return multiple visits for them to fix it.

Jeanine at the front desk is incredibly rude, curt and generally unhelpful. As if visiting the dentist isn't bad enough she makes it her goal to be rude to patients.

Went to this clinic by my friend advice to go dr Bruce and was a patient for more than a year. He did fillings, crowns to me and my wife. Eventually the last crown failed because was done higher than suppose to be and got a crack on a root which caused sinus inflammation (dr Bruce told i need to get a set of antibiotics instead of proper diagnostic) and got tooth extraction in other clinic after CT scan. I do not recommend someone to get any treatments in this clinic. They will not act properly in any uncommon case

It was my first time here today, WONDERFUL. The office is incredibly clean, receptionist very kind and patient. Dr. Suk is very sweet. She did an oral exam along with a cleaning :)! She was conscientious of water build up, and gentle. Definitely referring the office to family.

I have had nothing but great service from this friendly office. I like the text reminders, flexible hours, office is also very clean. Every hygienist I have had here has been friendly and done a great job. As a medical professional myself, I feel Dr. Nguyen is fantastic and goes the extra mile. I have had complicated teeth issues post chemotherapy and he is very knowledgeable.

This place is AMAZING. I had a horrible experience at another dentist office a couple of weeks ago, and coming here was a breath of fresh air. I felt so comfortable and they are honest and don't try to upsell you for unneeded services. Terri did such an amazing job cleaning my teeth and she was very thorough! If you are looking for a quality, honest dentist office, GO HERE! After my visit, I'm never leaving!

They said they close at 7 but seems the office staff closes earlier tried calling 15 minutes before close and no one ever answers. Sadly I found a dentist that knew how to stick to their open hours and I just scheduled next day appointment - so Bridgeport Smiles thank you for closing early!

Exceptional dentistry! My wife and I have been going to this dentistry for past couple of months and so far we are very happy with the experience. In our last 5 visits, the staff have been exceptional. Dr. Nguyens and their staff are absolute best. After my deep cleaning I even got a courtesy call next day to check if I am doing OK. These small things make big difference. I recommend Dr. Bruce Nguyen.

I went for a cleaning in September 2017. They were pushing to see if they could do a deep cleaning. Never have I ever needed a deep cleaning. Then they said I had cracked teeth and that I grinded my teeth and needed a night guard. I've had sleep studies in past years, and none ever revealed I grind my teeth. After my cleaning, I was notified I should schedule another cleaning in November because my insurance pays for 2 cleanings per calendar year. Why just 2 months later just because the insurance will pay. It seems wrong to me. My husband went in later that week and got the same song and dance. Only they said they couldn't do a regular cleaning and quoted him $500 for our out-of-pocket part to pay for the deep cleaning. I told him in no way was he going to do that. He left and never scheduled the deep cleaning. We found another dentist who determined my husband didn't need a deep cleaning. My feeling based on my experence is this office is all about money instead of what is really needed for each patient.
