I first met Dr Salpeter 12 years ago for a reworking of cosmetic work I'd had done years before. His artistry in constructing a new, better looking, and healthier (for the gums) solution was immediately apparent. Not a single issue in 12 years !!! Then, two years ago I had four lower front teeth extracted and a permanent bridge installed by a different dentist. The bridge never fit right, my tongue would bump against it, and I had difficulty speaking. Finally, in August of 2022, with no other options on the table, I approached Dr Salpeter to see if he thought there was any way to construct a NEW bridge that would provide more space. Over the next month, Dr Sal worked diligently with his lab partner in creating a custom solution that involved new abutment hardware and a smaller, less intrusive bridge. I am totally satisfied with both the end product and the exacting, caring process that Dr Sal basically invented to craft this solution. The best work I ever could have expected, solving an extremely complex and difficult problem. I'd give an unqualified recommendation to Dr Sal for his knowledge and skill, but also for his manner and approach to understanding patient needs... Robert Nouza, Wilton, CT

Dr.Sal is literally the best they're is. I am 30 years old and this has to be the best experience I have come across I didn't feel a thing ! The care and comfort I received! I recommend this office ! Thank you

Dr. Michael Salpeter is an outstanding, talented dentist, the best in my years of seeing different dentists. He is knowledgeable about all dentistry cases and is willing to go the extra mile for his clients. A definite plus is the staff which is both very friendly and professional. Bridgeport Dental Group inc office is fantastic! Super clean! They are following all the CDC guidelines. I feel super safe when going. I had many structural issues, which Dr. Salpeter has corrected. Now I am proceeding to the cosmetic phase of treatment. I have no doubts I'll be delighted when the work is complete.

Doctor Sal is one of the best dentist I have gone to in my life, not only is he extremely well educated and knowledgeable in dentistry, but he has the personality and patience for working with people whom have had terrible previous experiences with dentists and been able not only work on them but create a very wonderful doctor patience relationship with them. He's one of the best in the business!!!!

This is to let everyone know that every time I needed work done on my teeth at the Bpt Dental group they greet me with open arms and they make sure to find time to see me ASAP. Like today I called to make an appointment and they took me in right away and ended up doing a root canal and fixed another tooth at the same time , I couldn't ask for anything better than this great service. That I receive every time I neede help .I highly recommend them and tell everyone about them.and thank you for the help I have been receiving..Eli Chakar.

I have been seeing Dr. Salpeter for 10 years. He is by far the Gepetto of dentistry. His work is nothing short of masterful. Not only has he made my smile more beautiful but he's sensitive to the fear many of us have just being in the dental chair. I recommend Dr. Salpeter to everyone looking for an outstanding dentist.

Do NOT use this dental practice. They are a bunch of inexperienced dentists & do unnecessary procedures so they can bill your insurance. They cause more damage to the teeth & then refuse to listen or fix their damage. reported them to the better business bureau also. Use caution. Just horrible.

Dr. Salpeter is a true artist of dentistry. He is creative, caring and professional. From the simplest of procedures such as whitening to the most complex procedure of teeth reconstruction he is like no other dentist you'll ever meet. He is the best. Personally, I have always had a fear of dentists and an extreme fear of pain. Dr. Salpeter has been caring for me for many years and never have i experience the faintest pain at all. He never suggests more than is needed and always works out a payment plan that is affordable.

The office visit itself was fine. I waited a long time to be seen, but the hygienist was very kind and thorough, and the dentist was professional. The problem is from billing. I purchased a Groupon for a cleaning, exam, and x rays, which seemed to confuse the office when I called in, but they booked me anyway. 2 months later, I got an overdue bill from the office, saying I owed something like $65. I called and was told by the front office that it was a mistake and they cancelled the charge. A few weeks later, I got another bill, now saying I was 90 days overdue. Called again, was told it was a mistake again and someone would email me confirmation of the cleared charge (never happened). I then get a notice the balance is being sent to collections. I called the office and spoke to the dentist, who told me the billing person would call the next day. I expressed my frustration that it hasn't been handled, despite multiple calls and assurances that it was set, and the dentist got kind of snippy with me and guaranteed the billing person would call tomorrow. I'm tempted to pay the balance, just to avoid the credit ding, but I most definitely will not be returning. It's a shame the office handled a minor billing issue with such a lack of professionalism, because as I said, they do their job well. Maybe go if you have insurance so they can fight over bills.

Words alone cannot express the sincere GRATITUDE I have for Bridgeport Dental. The Dentist was clear on his communicating the details about this procedure as well as his assistant Erika. Reassuring me! Dr.Salius the IMPLANTOLOGIST was incredible. Let's face it, I was scared. The bone graft was done effortlessly and PAINLESS! Her touch was sooo soothing, I did not feel a needle! When I left the office, I drove home and was waiting for 3 days to feel some pain? Hardly any discomfort, and I was able to work! NO PROBLEMS>
