Dr. Candon grew up in a small town in Vermont and has always been passionate about helping others. It was this desire to better his community, combined with his excellent hand skills, that led him to fall in love with dentistry. There is really no better profession for a perfectionist like Dr. Candon.
Growing up Dr. Candon found himself frequently going to the dental office for treatment. Early on he was afraid of the dental visits until one of his dentists offered to let him ask him questions about the dental work throughout the visits. This soon changed his perception as he found himself asking genuinely curious questions about the dentistry, and started him down the path to becoming a dentist himself. Dr. Candon knows what it's like to fear going to the dentist, and strives to ensure your experience is comfortable and enjoyable every time. This dental office is a place where you'll be treated like family, and look forward to coming.
Dr. Candon is qualified in all aspects of general dentistry and prides himself on providing a comfortable dental experience. As a clinician, he is particularly passionate about helping high-fear dental patients receive comfortable and safe care. He promises to deliver high quality dentistry in a modern and comfortable environment.
Dr. Candon completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Vermont where he graduated with honors. He was then accepted into one of the top programs nationally at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, which happens to also be the first dental school in the world. It was here that he met his classmate and future wife, Lisa. Dr. Candon likes to joke that he loves dentistry so much that he married a dentist. While in dental school, he was president of the Academy of General Dentistry and was a member of the admissions committee selecting the future classes.
Dr. Candon and his wife Lisa met in dental school, and later moved here to be closer to family. They recently welcomed their first child, Caroline, who was born late Spring of 2020! They also have a very sweet Golden Retriever named Trout. Whenever he has free time, Dr. Candon enjoys spending time with family, playing with Trout, cooking, and going on hikes.
Candace earned her bachelors degree in dental hygiene from East Tennessee State University. Since then, she has earned her certifications in local anesthesia and nitrous monitoring. For over five years now, she has thoroughly enjoyed helping patients improve their oral health and feel more confident about their smiles! In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her husband and their Goldendoodle, Bentley.
Magnolia has been in the dental field for nearly two decades now! She attended the Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Right now, she is looking forward to earning her certifications in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide. Away from the office, youll most likely find her spending time with her husband and their three beautiful children.
April joined our team in 2020, bringing more than 25 years of experience with her. She loves that she gets to meet new people each day and has the opportunity to change someones life through a smile! She completed her studies at York Technical College before undergoing additional training in nitrous and dental lab designing. In her free time, April enjoys spending time with her two boys, her fianc, and his little girl.
Amanda joined our team in 2020, bringing 20 years of experience with her! She attended both Kings College and York Technical College. All these years later, her favorite part of her job continues to be interacting with patients, getting to know their families, and finding ways to complete the treatment they need. Her interests outside of dentistry include spending time with her children, baking, travelling, and reading.

I actually enjoy coming here and that's rare for me to enjoy the dentist. Dr. Candon is very friendly and takes his time. He addresses all the concerns and speaks you throughout out process needed or getting done. He explains in details to ensure you understand, and each time we start he reminds what will be happening during the visit and for the next visit. Ms. April also is amazing! She is very patient, sweet and ensures you are doing well throughout the time you're in the dentist chair. April also is very knowledge and personable. She makes you feel important and warm each time I come to the dentist. I have such bad anxiety coming to the dentist, she makes me feel at ease and calm! Not having full coverage dental insurance has been extremely hard, but they have a dental plan to show you what you would need get done and the pricing breakdown. It can be overwhelming when you just hear what you need done and along with the grand total. However, the breakdown allows you to plan ahead within a couple of months. Lastly, Meredith at the front desk is also amazing. She so calm, sweet and answers all questions. She always knows who I am upon arrival. She's great at her job! I was able to make an emergency appointment very quickly through the very kind staff at BridgeMill Dental Care. Dr. Candon resolved my issue completely that day and he was very professional and very personable. I have already made an appointment for my next visit. Very pleased with Dr. Candon and everyone I interacted with at this practice. Highly recommend them to everyone.

Staff was very friendly and ensured I was comfortable and not in any pain as I was getting a temporary crown installed. I was able to get an emergency appointment the day I called to evaluate the situation and installed the next day. Very satisfied.

Dr. Candon and his team were fantastic. Thorough cleaning and exam. Dr. Candon is extremely easy to talk to and is incredibly knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and I did not for a moment feel rushed. Really great experience. I highly recommend this practice.

This was my first visit and they were all amazing! So friendly and welcoming. Candace went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them to everyone. Never rushed, very detailed fantastic job. Dr Candon was very nice and easy to talk to and willing to answer any questions.

Everyone at BridgeMill Dental are excellent to their patients. They make you feel warm and show that they care about their patients. I was not waiting long to be seen and i was out within 30 minutes. They addressed my concern and provided me with the right treatment plan for my visit. I will definitely be one of their patients.

From beginning to end, the staff could not have been nicer. Every procedure was thoroughly explained. Candace took great care to make x-rays, gum indexing and tartar removal painless. Doctor Candon is patient and knowledgeable. I feel that I have found a dentist that really cares about my dental health.
