Dr. William Pratt is a native Charlestonian and grew up in Summerville, SC. He is a graduate of Wofford College and the College of Dental Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina. He has taken hundreds of hours in continueing education in placing and restoring dental implants including the MAXI Course in Atlanta, GA, the Engel Institute in Charlotte, NC, and The Implant Pathway course in Phoenix, AZ.

Dr. Pratt has practiced in the Charleston area for ten years and specializes in the placement and restoration of dental implants. He and his wife live in West Ashley with their two children. In his free time, he enjoys gardening, cooking, and spending time with his family.

DentistA graduate of Clemson University and The Medical University of South Carolina College of Dental Medicine, Dr. Frank Adams has maintained dental practices in Conway, Greenwood and Charleston, SC, as well as served as a professor of clinical dentistry at the Medical College of Georgia Dental School.Having practiced dentistry in Greenwood, SC for 20 years, Dr. Adams relocated to Charleston and opened Bridge Dental in 2009 as a way to be closer to his family. He is a member of many professional and civic organizations and has more than thirty years of experience in all phases of dentistry, including cosmetic, restorative and preventive dentistry.

Dr. Adams is committed to treating every patient as if they are a member of his family and prides Bridge Dental on being as relaxing of an atmosphere as possible in an otherwise threatening environment.

He and his wife, Donna, have three children, Charles, Asheton and Annie. When not at Bridge Dental, Dr. Adams can usually be found on the golf course, traveling, or spending time on Folly Beach with his family.

Office ManagerAlong with her exuberant personality, Penny provides Bridge Dental with a wealth of knowledge and more than 25 years of dental experience. Her welcoming spirit is always present at the front desk!

Dental HygienistErin is born and raised in Charleston and grew up just behind the office on Confederate Circle in South Windermere. She has been a dental assistant for six years, two of which were spent while living in San Francisco, CA. After moving back to Charleston, she joined the practice in 2020 and has been a valued addition ever since. Erin has a very calming spirit and she makes patients feel at ease while having dental procedures performed. When she is not caring for patients, Erin enjoys spending time with family or friends, walking on Folly Beach looking for shark teeth, or planning her next trip out of town.

Dental HygienistDebbie is from Long Island, NY. After graduating from high school, she moved down to Florida seeking warmer weather and to attend dental hygiene school. Following graduation, she met and married her husband and then moved to Charleston where their daughter was born. Debbie has over 20 years of dental hygiene experience and cares deeply about educating patients on taking care of their teeth. Debbie wouldnt live anywhere else than the East Coast, being so close to both the beach and mountains. She currently lives on James Island with her family. In her free time, she enjoys walking the coastal sandy shores or hiking the rugged and rocky trails in western North Carolina.

Dental AssistantJanel graduated from Trident Technical College in 2009 with her Associates Degree. She is a true Charlestonian and was born and raised in Downtown Charleston before moving to West Ashley. She enjoys working with children, and was a full-time pediatric dental hygienist for seven and a half years, before coming to Bridge Dental.

She referees every summer for Sha-Mel-Lon Swim Team. Also, Janel volunteers a lot of her time to Scouts BSA: Pack and Troop 31 in West Ashley. She is an avid camper and enjoys the outdoors. Outside of work and volunteering, you will find her spending time with her family, reading, watching movies, trying new restaurants, or going to concerts.

Dental AssistantJulianyi aka July (pronounced Julie) is originally from Venezuela where she graduated from Los Andes University in 2015 with a degree in Dental Medicine. Due to rising political tensions, she and her husband immigrated to Charleston. Unfortunately, her dental degree was not transferable to the United States so she attended Dental Assisting school to continue working in the dental field. Following graduation, she started working with Dr. Pratt at Affordable Dentures where they placed and restored dental implants. July is passionate about making patients smile by providing esthetic dental treatment to improve both their appearance and self-confidence. She also serves as our Spanish interpreter, eliminating the language barrier that so many Spanish-speaking patients experience in healthcare.

July currently lives in North Charleston with her husband, her mom, her daughter, and her bull dog. In her free time she loves to travel, ride bikes, try new restaurants, and spend quality time with her family.

Dental HygienistKelly has been a dental hygienist since 1976, a Charleston native since 1978, and with Bridge Dental since 2012. Kelly has a gentle touch and provides the most compassionate yet thorough care for her patients. Her peaceful persona will make even the most fearful patients feel comfortable.

Front Desk AssistantCarolyn is originally from North Charleston. She has been working in the dental field, mostly at the front desk for the past 25 years. Carolyn has a very warm personality and excels in customer service. She currently lives in Summerville with her husband and has two children and three grandchildren. Carolyn spends most of her free time with her family at Lake Marion. She enjoys cooking, fishing, going out on the boat, and taking the ATVs out mudding with her grandkids.

Front Desk AssistantDonna was born in James Island. Although she lived in Atlanta for 15 years, she moved back to the Charleston area to be closer to her family. She recently bought a house on James Island with her husband and son. She enjoys going to the beach, shopping and spending time with her family.
