Just wanted to share an experience I had w/ Bridge Dental Care and Dr. Modi. I was in Chattanooga for a wedding and sheared a crown off on Friday night. Needless to say I had an issue as it was a front tooth. Fortunately I found Dr. Modi's contact info Saturday AM and called his number at 9 AM. He called me back at 9:30 AM and listened to my issue. He said he would come in at 10:30 to see me ( I was amazed). We met and he saw the issue and advised there were 3 options to solve it and get me to the reception. Dr. Modi was very good in explaining what had to done and the time it would take to fix it. the procedure was painless and very thorough. He stabilized everything and I was good to go by 1:00 PM. I could not thank him enough for all that he did. bill P.

I was 10minutes late to my appointment and Dr Modi refused to see me today. I will also add the office doesn't even open until 8 am, I arrived at 750. I had paid in advance for this appointment. The appointment is for a crown that recently the tooth had a root canal. It definitely isn't healthy to let a patients tooth go without a crown this long after a root canal procedure. My first experiences with this office were decent and I finally felt ok going to the dentist but after the last two times of being at BRIDGE DENTAL, Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Extremely disappointed with the entire BRIDGE DENTAL STAFF & Dr Modi!

I broke a wisdom teeth on July 4th weekend. Dr Modi brought me in on Saturday and removed it. Very nice, very thorough... I found my new Dentist.

I want to give a shout out to Bridge Dental. I had not been to the dentist in years due to a bad experience as a child. But when I had an emergency, this office was kind and helpful. Dr Modi was very kind and explained to me very step of the process. I was very anxious going to the dentist, but this office made me feel very comfortable and kind. I highly recommend them and I thank them all for their kindness and patience. Thank you, Thank you, thank you.

I found this office on my insurance webpage. The dentist himself is extremely kind and doesn't make you feel bad for neglecting your teeth over time when you had no dental insurance. He did 2 fillings for me on my front teeth however, and they both look like someone just slathered white concrete on them and didn't really smooth them out. It's been about 6 months (probably) and all of the extra composite fillings are chipping away. I also have a badly chipped tooth beside those front two and he should have filled it also, but instead he didn't and I guess tried to spread out the composite of the other tooth beside it to kind of hide it, and instead it looks worse and almost made a tiny gap there. It's embarrassing. It's cost me a ton of self esteem. I paid all my fees in cash not covered by insurance and was told that was all I needed to pay. All caught up so to speak, but then I had a cleaning scheduled when I had gotten Covid in January and I was extremely sick, so I set my alarm to call and cancel and overslept seeing as I had been in the hospital over night and got home late morning. I called as soon as I woke up to apologize only to be chewed out and belittled by his receptionist. I told her I was so sorry, but I was so sick and as far as I know, that's the law that you have to cancel your patients appointment with that virus so as not to spread the virus to staff or other patients. She was awful and said conveniently that I was gonna be billed $50 for the cancellation (no worries) but her attitude turned me away from ever going back. She then preceded to belittle me more suddenly saying I had more fees I hadn't paid and I couldn't even make an appointment til I paid it. Suspicious. Each time I had paid in cash for my visit, no one gave me a receipt of service with charges and told me I was all caught up. I will never go back here and it's sad bc I was willing to have the dentist see me again and correct the mistakes in my mouth. Now, I am going to pursue legal advice as I feel the office was absolutely in the wrong. Seems like these people don't care about patients, just money. One person on your team absolutely can run your patients off. I am now so embarrassed of my smile that I was once proud of and it's unfortunate. I don't wish them bad, but I do hope this doesn't happen to any one else. Edited to say that the dentist I saw was dr. Modi! I hope you get some better help. It's a shame.

I don't think I ever felt more welcomed and comfortable in a dentist office before. I called Dr. Modi's office after I had a horrible toothache, and my regular dentist could not get me in. When I called the receptionist, Marie I believe was her name, was so kind and listened to me while I explained what was happening. I was able to get a same day appointment, which that in itself is awesome. Dr. Modi and his assistant Britney were incredible. They explained everything thoroughly, and kept asking if I was okay during my exam. It was determined that I needed 2 wisdom teeth extracted, and Dr. Modi didn't feel comfortable doing the procedure, and he referred me to a oral surgeon. He offered to call him, and see how soon he could get me in, and told the surgeon I lived far away, and would like to do everything in 1 trip. Before I could even get pulled out of the parking lot, Dr. Modi called and said the surgeon said he could see me right away, so I headed over and had the wisdom teeth removed, and I already feel so much better. This office won me over as a patient. They truly care that you're in pain, and want to help. That's rare in health professionals these days. Great job!

I have been visiting Bridge Dental Care for the past 2 or 3 years for annual cleanings and dental work. I have always been happy with the quality of services provided! Every time I visit Dr. Modi, he takes his time to make sure that I fully understand what dental work he is providing. Throughout my most recent procedure he continuously checked on me and made sure I was okay and comfortable. The staff at Bridge Dental Care is so sweet and welcoming as well. I will continue visiting them for any dental needs!

I am so glad I called Bridge when my tooth broke on a Saturday morning. They were one of the only places open that could accommodate me as a walk in. Dr. Modi was thorough in his examination and treatment. He also told me exactly what he was doing at all times, and showed me my x-ray, informing me of the extent of my breakage and the possible treatments. The cost was unexpected, so he worked with me on the pricing. I am forever grateful to Dr. Modi for his kindness and attention to detail!
